- Jo (10/5): Excellent in every respect - An easy 25-30 minute walk to Sandstone Point Hotel for the concert, comfy beds, gorgeous pool, wonderful house. Everything was great. If I return in summer, I wonder if there will be an umbrella in the firepit area instead of a firepit because it would be great if there was.

- Pam (7/5): The location was great but the facilities and host were disappointing. - The location was brilliant - beautiful view and close to convenience stores. The pool table was missing the 8 ball, the cues were broken, there were no unbroken golf clubs to play the mini golf with, the BBQ was filthy, the grill in the oven was dirty and there were no pegs for the clothes line (despite there being no clothes dryer). The fire pit was a great idea but there was not even one log, no matches and the wood container was full of empty chip packets from the previous tenants. The air conditioning control on the downstairs floor was broken so the aircon could only be controlled from the upper floor. All of these problems were reported to the host " Premium Realty" whose constant reply was - everything was fine last weekend or 'where am I going to get an 8 ball from on Friday morning"? They made very little attempt to rectifyl any of the problems. I even sent photos of the damaged equipment as they really didn't believe me. I received NO RESPONSE to these. We had booked the venue so our family could play pool and mini golf together. Very disappointing.

Nothing about the property. It was beautiful! Minor things: Equipment for mini golf and bowling were broken and need replaced.
