• Tuck (7/5): Cozy home - Great location. It had lots of room for everyone. Worth the money. Kitchen was well stocked, but could have been cleaner. Stove was dirty & some utensils.
• Andrew (4/5): The location was good but the house was a disappointment - The location and neighborhood were great. The property/house was in poor repair. A crumbling exterior piece of the corner wall on the garage greeted us as soon as we pulled in. Mismatched/ ripped curtains, old soft mattresses, dead wasps in the liviving room and a notice on the neighbors fence that was disturbing. The hottub cover was very old, very heavy and water logged and and the tub was half full of rain water. The dish washer leaked and the soap .marked for use foamed and leaked out the bottom. We will send pictures in a follow-up review

• Barbie (6/5): Stay was great but really disappointed with the lack of upkeep and cleanliness of the outside - The size and lay out of the place was great! Excellent kitchen set up. The property had lots of little things that needed fixing- the front door screen was unusable, the lazy Susan door was almost off the hinges so we set out the items we would use and did not use that cupboard and the hand sprayer in the master bath was broken so we couldn’t use that. The white carpet in the front entrance area was quite dirty. The front step area was dirty and needed a good scrubbing I did some weeding but the outside of the property did not appear to have been tended to in many weeks This is a great property but it is in need of some TLC This is a really great property that needs some TLC
• Charity (3/5): neighbor doesnt want airbnb or vrbo guest in the neighborhood. - accessible to places where we want to go. the neighbor is taking pictures and videos of us and telling us that we are not welcome in the neighborhood to the point that we have to call the cops, the bed is uncomfortable, the barbeque grill isnt working, the hot tub is dirty and its hard to reach out to the host no matter how many times we called its always on voicemail and didnt bother to call us back even if we are giving the callback number.

• Clive (7/5): Overall the property was satisfactory - Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds Main sitting room only had one light, a freestanding one. We had to take the light bulb out as the other sitting area only had one table light with no bulb. Could not find any bulbs in the cupboards
• Jorg (5/5): This place needs a complete do over! - Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the old heating system/ forced air terribly noisy! Had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep!!! Of course the house was cold in the mornings

• Maria (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! - We really enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy, well-equipped, and felt just like home. Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few issues. The place could have been cleaner. The other pullout bed is broken, couch needs a deep clean and we couldn’t use the hot tub need to be clean as well. With a few improvements, it could make a big difference. Beware! The Neighbor has a huge signs that says visitors are not welcome in their neighbourhood. And he will stand outside just to make you aware that his there.

• Victor (7/5): Owner difenetily has to upgrade vent system. - Superb location. Serenity in the backyard. Old appliances, but it's OK since working, noisy ventilation. The over range fan is falling apart . The bbq is very old and leaking fire from all the pipes. Dangerous to use. We didn't.
• Mustufa (7/5): Good but could be improved. Expensive. - We liked that the check-in instructions were easy and everything was ready and clean. The location is nice and nearby to the amenities we were interested in. There was also a very nice little welcome gift and handwritten letter that I liked. Unfortunately, we didn't liked a few things **The hosts were unreachable during the entire stay, I called them up and also left a message on booking.com, but no response** 1. There was only one portable fan in the whole house, this made it difficult to sleep due to the hot weather 2. The hot tub did not work, it never climbed beyond 94F which is cold for a hot tub 3. The dishwasher is ancient and the cover is broken, although it worked, it was difficult to operate due to the loose door and the broken cover 4. One of the sofa beds in the game room was broken, this made it difficult for us to make sleeping arrangements as we were dependent on the bedding supplied
