• Бабич (8/5): - Понравилось наличие двух спальней. Удобные матрасы. Уютно. С туалете хорошая плитка и сантехника. Посудомойка (правда всего одна таблетка на дня). Хороших телевизор. Расположение. Чисто, за исключением пола. В общем апартамент отличный, вернулись бы в него еще раз. Пол был очень пыльным, грязь цеплялась к ногам. Его давно не пылесосили и тем более не мыли, пахло пылью. Обрезанные ногти валялись под маленьким столиком в гостиной. Мне пришлось даже пожаловаться хозяевам, но мне ответили, что пол был убран перед нашим заездом. Хорошо, что мы взяли с собой тапочки! Не было губки и средства для мытья посуды. Всего одна таблетка для посудомойки. Даже мыла на кухне не было, пустая мыльница. И как мыть посуду? Не хватает чашек для чая, в кофейных чай не заваришь. Душ не отделен и пол во всем туалете мокрый.
• Todorova (9/5): - The location of the apartment. The style - it is very nicely furnished and decorated. There are no other neighbours. The price is really good. The entrance is a bit creepy. And there are high stairs to reach the apartment. But when you enter inside - everything is OK - nice and cosy.

• Надежда (10/5): Прекрасно място с дух и атмосфера в сърцето на Пловдив - Апартамента е на най-добрата локация ако посещаваш Пловдив с цел туризъм - еднакви близо са стария град, централната част, забележителностите и Капана. Беше чисто, подредено, добре организирано, с всички необходимо вътре. Прекарахме прекрасно с двете си 8 годишни деца. Обстановката е много артистична и предразполага към комфорт. На нас лично - всичко ни хареса. Важно е да се има предвид обаче че има вита дървена стълба която би била неудобна за трудноподвижни хора или за детска количка/много малки деца. За нас си беше супер.
• José (7/5): - La ubicación El baño es muy incómodo. No tiene plato de ducha sino directamente las baldosas y se mojaba todo al ducharse. Una de las toallas estaba sucia y la colcha de la habitación grande era muy pequeña para esa cama.

С много добре оборудвана кухня и баня. Едната стая е много голяма, другата е по-малка, а в кухнята има разтегателен диван. Мястото наистина е подходящо за едно семейство. Намира се на пешеходна улица, много близко до центъра. Апартаментът се намира на първия етаж и е само той в цялата сграда. В малката стая нямаше климатик. Местоположението е много удобно, но понеже е в центъра е малко шумно. Бяхме помолили за по-ранно настаняване, но домакинът отговори, че ще ни уведоми в деня на настаняването, което създаде малко неудобство за нас.
• yuhsien (4/5): We checked into a property with no bed linens, and even after six hours, nothing was resolved. Only after we threatened - 1. The password provided was incorrect, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience upon arrival. 2. The accommodation was not properly prepared. One of the beds had no sheets and had clearly not been made. This is a fundamental failure of basic hospitality standards. After notifying the management, we left for several hours to allow them to resolve the issue. However, upon returning, nothing had been fixed. Only after we explicitly stated that we would report this to Booking.com did they respond. They then sent a staff member with his arm in a cast to deliver a bedsheet—someone clearly unable to perform the task. As a result, we were forced to make the bed ourselves. It is unacceptable that after six hours of check-in, guests are still required to prepare their own bed. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and basic service standards.

• Katrin (5/5): Expected much more considering the reviews. Host wasn’t helpful enough. Good location but was way too cold. - It was clean and location was perfect It was super cold, only the main room has air conditioning which was too weak to heat the apartment. The other air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working.There was only one portable heater, so basically we couldn’t use one of the rooms. Asked the host to possibly provide additional heater they said they will check if there’s one available and never got back to us with response. Also, there was no dish soap nor sponge to clean the dishes, so we had to buy these from the local store.
• LinP (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The accommodation is perfectly located right in the city center, on a pedestrian zone, which made it an extremely convenient and strategic location. Everything was within walking distance, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The apartment itself was beautifully and tastefully furnished. The equipment was excellent – we especially appreciated the dishwasher, and the dishes were lovely. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. It was also a nice touch that coffee machine capsules, as well as capsules for the dishwasher and washing machine, were provided. Despite being in the center, the apartment was quiet and peaceful.Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again. The only minor issue was an incorrect code for the key box, but the hosts responded immediately and resolved the problem very quickly.

• Tomas (9/5): Perfektní ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě - Perfektní lokalita, centrum v dosahu pěšky, dobrá dostupnost na bus i vlak. V bytě vše poctivé a kvalitní, designové, čisté, nové. Jsme nadšeni z tohoto ubytování, doporučuji. Moc děkujeme za takto kvalitní servis. Přístup do domu byl na první pohled trochu překvapivý, zasloužilo by to nějaké opravy, ale chápu, že to není součástí pronajímaného bytu. Někomu by nemusely vyhovoat příkré schody, ale je to jen taková drobnost v jinak krásném ubytování.

• ALi (7/5): A two double bedroom appartment must have two keys. 4 nights we had peoblem with the keys because one of us was going ba - The location, the kitchen and thermal comfort. Only one key for a two double bed room apartment, there was no shower box so it was together with the toilet.

• Сабин Сабинов (6/5): - The apartment is situated in the lovely Kapana district, offering excellent access to all key places in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and as a family with a child, we were delighted to discover a great selection of children’s TV channels — a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. The building gives a rather empty and abandoned impression, and there’s no visible sign indicating the name of the apartment anywhere. The entrance area doesn’t create a very welcoming first impression either. Accessing the key box is quite difficult and requires some effort. While this might not be a major issue for solo travelers, it can be challenging when traveling with a partner and children — especially since kids can easily become tired, impatient, and restless. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience for me. However, considering the facilities and conveniences the apartment provides, these shortcomings are largely balanced out. I believe it’s still a suitable and comfortable place, particularly for those who need longer-term accommodation.
• Jelena (10/5): - Odličan smeštaj sa retro uređenjem. Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji, vrlo blizu starog grada, a u zgradu se ulazi iz pešačke ulice. Vlasnik nam je poslao lokaciju besplatnog parkinga, koji se nalazi odmah preko puta smeštaja. Stan je komforan, prostran, sa dve spavaće sobe, opremljen čak i mašinom za pranje sudova, veša i rernom. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila dobra i lako smo ušli u stan. Velika preporuka. Ne postoji kada, niti tuš kabina u kupatilu, već je kupanje direktno na pločicama.

• Selin (10/5): It was a wonderful stay in a perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for more. - The location was perfect. I read a lot of reviews saying the stairs might be a problem but actually they were normal stairs. Just one flight. So it was easy to get to the apartment. The apartment was nice and clean. It was a bit cold but we got one heater working which was enough for the whole apartment.

• Andrew (8/5): Happy in the Kapana - The location. Close enough to enjoy the Kapana restaurants and bars but not inside the noisy areas. Would stay again. Stairs not good for restricted mobility. But, the apartment and facilities were superb.
• Gina (10/5): Great place and location - We had a great time in this apartment. The location is great, easy to travel locally around Plovdiv. The apartment close to all shops and food very easily accessible. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a family of 4. Even with the apartment being in the downtown, it was so quiet at night, so even loud music or people gathering outside did not bother us at all- it was seemingly sound proof.
