• milena (7/5): - Mi piace come sempre la location dello stabile, e l'appartamento che e' pulito e in gran parte ordinato Mi spiace evidenziare che ad oggi (sono tre anni torniamo sempre.nella stessa struttura) non sia stato ancora sistemato uno dei due bagni ...basterebbe sostituire il wc e sistemare il flussuometro ( sciacquone) e la relativa seduta..
• Jason (5/5): Worked in a pinch but apartment not as advertised - Location was great Mold in bathroom. Paint peeling. Broken mirror. Master bath toilet constant running. Lack of towels. Keys not present at start of stay.
• Mohammad (9/5): - I can only speak positively about my experience, in fact all I needed in my plan for Milan was a place to spend a short time and sleep, but due to the bad weather I had to spend more time in the apartment, which wasn't a bad thing because the apartment is well equipped.. location, 2 balconies with nice views, description according to reality, all the photos in the ad are real photos... I don't think there is anyone in Milan that offers something like this for the same price.. in addition to the quick response when I needed help to get into the building and my apartment.

• ELIA (6/5): no repetiria - la ubicación La cadena del baño grande no tira bien, se notaba muchísima humedad dentro del piso, las puertas de las habitaciones solo se entornan, no cierran. Y las camas individuales bastante duras.

• Maria (2/5): Not a good experience! - The location. The property was advertised as having air conditioning, there were only fans. When I contacted the host, there was never an apology or respond. We were very uncomfortable, the weather was in the 90s. The bathrooms were very dangerous as whenever taking a shower the water spilled all over and the bathtub and it was very slippery.

THE PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!! No proper air conditioning. The posting stated AC which is false. We arrived on 32 degree day to a hot boiling apartment. Saw couple of fans waiting for us in the room. Sent host a note about AC prior to booking and she stated they had AC. False!! Sent note to her the day we got there about heat in room and she stated the AC is controlled by condo board which was not told prior. Absolutely awful!! Requested more fans and she never showed up. If I had known this is how their AC worked I would have not booked the site Water leaks everywhere. Poor bathroom maintenance Flush handle on the toilet rough to close so water keeps running in the toilet Mold on the bathroom ceiling Beds were so uncomfortable. Pillows were awful No extra toilet paper to use The booking picture shows large fridge for us to use but there is a very small fridge No proper supply of dishes. Dirty cups in the cupboard. Stove very old and have to use small lighter to start and takes long time to heat All of doors rub against the floor when trying to close No locks on bathroom doors Mosquitoes! Bitten everywhere!
• Megan (1/5): NO AIR CONDITIONING WILL NOT PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE SMALL FAN, DO NOT BOOK IN SUMMER TIME - Nothing. This listing lies about having air-conditioning. They do not have it, one fan & refused to bring more fans, said we had to wait until the morning. It was 92° out and about 95° in the apartment. (Unfortunately I didn't see the other multiple reviews confirming there is NOT AC) Begged for 2.5 hours for extra fans they refused, we had to leave it was way too hot. Ruined our whole day in Milan. NO AIR CONDITIONING please see the MULTIPLE reviews saying the same thing. ONE FAN and I begged them to bring us extras because my 75 year-old mother and 3 children were sweating & uncomfortable, they refused. We had to leave & they’re fighting the refund. Disputing only credit card. This listing lies about having air-conditioning. They do not have it in this building. It was 92° out and about 95° in the apartment. They started by saying it should already be cool, to it will be cool soon, then by tonight if all the blinds are shut. They said they’d bring fans in the morning I said we need them now, they refused so we didn’t stay there. We couldn’t it was like being in the depths of hell. BE CAREFUL because Booking won’t help either and won’t make them update their listing to remove the incorrect claim that they have AC. We would've stayed if they brought fans because we didn't want to waste our day BEGGING THEM to help us cool the place down and moving somewhere else but they refused and kept saying to be patient. It's on the fifth floor w NO VENTILATION whatsoever. They ruined our trip to Milan & were extremely rude about it too.

• Gina (2/5): Large Apartment close to Central Station…. But couldn’t wait to leave! - Only communication was by WhatsApp and we received a video and differing instructions by 2 hosts so was a bit confusing Having to pay tourist tax by card prior to arriving. Was a bit worried due to security with our card. If we wanted them to meet us to gain access it was extra 25euro. There is NO AC even though the listing states there is air conditioning. We spoke to the host and they said the AC is not on until mid May. We were told to open the windows and doors for air which we did, only to be bitten by mosquitoes. So it was either warm and no air flow or get bitten, we chose the 1st option. Very outdated and not very clean and was dusty. Definitely needs to be fixed and modernised. Dishes were left for us in the overhead drying rack instead of the cupboard. We thought there was no crockery. Unsure if this is the practice in Italy. Haven’t had this issue in pre ious properties we stayed in. Not many utensils or nice coffee cups. The bathrooms were extremely unacceptable. Bad drainage in the shower/ bath made it extremely slippery as we tried to step out of the bath. Very difficult for older people to get out of. The toilet with rust stains was wobbly and constantly leaking. Toilet seat in the apparent ‘2nd smaller bathroom’ was chipped. All doors are opaque glass and would not close properly. Very sticky. Apartment is very noisy but that is expected in a big city like Milan. Positives were few can only say that there were lots of large mirrors and the hair dryer worked well. Hot water was turned off when we arrived and when we called the host we were told just to let the water run when in fact it had been turned off at the mains. We had to work that out ourselves. Would not recommend to stay in its current condition. Flavia was helpful via WhatsApp.
• Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - It was a little tricky getting access to open the door. The main link to fill out the access application was removed from the email, I'm guessing by booking.com and so I had to message the host who initially was not very responsive. Once we connected everything went smoothly.

• Gavan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very large and a 5 minute walk to the main train station. The in-floor heating was great making it comfortable without being too hot. The apartment was comfortable and everything worked well. It will need a renovation soon to keep it in good condition.
• Khue (10/5): I really enjoy the stay - The place is so spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. The location is close to the train stations so it's easy to go to other places. The host replies quickly. It took us a bit to figure out the hot/cold water situation. But you just need to ask for that.
• Samantha (8/5): Very good - This is a very homely, cosy place to stay. We stayed with 3 adults and 4 children and it was just what we needed. We were out all day from morning until evening so didn't spend a lot of time there. It was easy to walk to from the central bus station (where the airport buses drop) and then we also left our luggage back at a luggage store near the bus station on our last day. When we arrived were met at the apartment to be given the keys. We were late, beyond check in time and we were grateful for this as it made things much easier. The virtual check in was a pain - we were two families and it said we could share the link, which we did, but it seems that as one added passport details, the submitted passport information for the others that had already been submitted was deleted (but no way to know or check). I ended up having to do it 3 times, and in the end send some by whats app from the airport! I suspect had one person submitted all information at the same time then there wouldn't be any difficulties. I would suggest the owner leaves a little information in the apartment such as an emergency contact number, what guests are expected to do with rubbish at the end (if anything), recommendations for very local restaurants/take aways for people arriving late at night. This would be really helpful.

• Carla (7/5): Good - Very big and a second bathroom was a surprise bonus. Wifi was good It was difficult getting in the first time we were let into apartment by someone else once we had the keys it was fine
• Elaine (8/5): It was a good value. - It was close to attractions and central station. It’s is advertised as having air conditioning, but all we had were fans. Granted it was the end of August and it was hot.
• Gianna (6/5): Pleasant - Ease of access and clear instructions. Clean home and nice space, not cramped. Great for access to train station and some great cafes and restaurants. Sink in smaller second bathroom plug sticking. A little dated and beds bit hard. Perhaps some extra pillows for choice. Otherwise we were quite comfortable and happy. Princess was very friendly and accommodating.
• Stephanie (4/5): Good location but poor facilities and disappointing host - Good location for train station and metro for getting into centre of Milan No hot water for showers, either early in the morning or evening. Very disappointing. Very difficult to get into apartment as no one there when we got there. Overall instructions were poor. Then, having made contact with our host, we texted to ask for some additional sheets and were just ignored. Poor customer service.
• Kelly (6/5): The basics, if in a pinch. - The host was nice to come help us get in, as the process is very complicated and I’m not sure we could have done it on our own. It is a spacious apartment. It’s a 10-15 minute hike when getting off a train. The building is a bit older and the whole place seems not quite as clean as you might like. The elevator only holds about 3 people, luckily there are 2 elevators. One of the bathrooms is very small. Though a minor point, the decor is not very tastefully done. Also, the shampoo bottle had only water in it.

• Roy (10/5): Great place for large groups close to train station. - It was 8 of us and we needed a place for the night close to the train station. It was perfect. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to Princess. It doesn’t have A/C but there are fans and we knew this before renting it.
• Xiaoyu (5/5): Won’t come back, but served our purpose this trip - Location serves our purpose, large space as well. Princess was greeting us at the door to let us in No AC, very noisy at night, so many mosquitoes, all doors are opaque so if someone is using the bathroom everyone inside of the room can see. Also we have requested a crib for our one year old, however found no crib when we arrived. We got a confirmation when we booked this trip saying they have confirmed our request. However, they messaged me when we were flying in to Europe and asked extra money for the crib.

• Cliff (4/5): Not a great experience at all and misleading information on Booking.com - It was ok to stay one night or if you have a family but you have to know there’s no AC. There is no AC in the apartment we were given. In facilities they mentioned there’s AC. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep with lots of mosquitoes. The place is more like a family home. Too complicated to check in and we had to walk in the rain to their office and then back to the place as the digital key entry was out of service.

Plumbing was very noisy. Difficult to lock doors. No one was on hand to provide some information all were they messages and in Italian so we need to use translation application to understand .

• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Great location. Lots of space. The heating there was no way to turn it down and it was like a sauna and the city noise can be loud but if you’re used to that then you will be fine

• Alexandra (9/5): Good value - It is a short distance to metro stations and to Milano Centrale. It was spacious, we were a group of 7 and there were beds for all of us. The kitchen door was very loud to close, the windows are not covering the sound and it was quite noisy, the construction site nearby started at 6 am on Friday. We would have appreciated an espresso machine.
