- Ryan (9/5): Can't get better views - The location is extraordinary, great outdoor space. Amazing views for NYE fireworks, and a great little beach right in front of house down some stairs. We had a good time. Everything was tidy, but the place wasn't fully clean -- the place clearly hadn't be used in a while. Back deck and BBQ hadn't been touched. Dust and dirt on doors and windows, and basement bathroom was better to avoid. None of it ruined the experience - just saying that for the high price we paid, you would expect it to be cleaner.
