• maria (10/5): Appartamento molto comodo metro 10 min e attrezzato lo consiglio - Appartamento accogliente , proprietario sempre disponibile, ha dato tutte le indicazioni corrette e risposte veloci, Si trova a circa 10 min dalle metropolitane quindi comodo davvero , c è tutto a portata di mano nei dintorni . Anche L ‘ospedale di fronte :) La ventola del bagno non finestrato non funzionava . Se devo essere migliorativa e non critica , mancava qualche piccolo accessorio secondo me utile in cucina come uno sgrassatore , uno panno per pulire meglio, una scopa 🧹. Sarebbe carino avere qualche bottiglietta in frigo d’acqua, ma in compenso c’era il caffè in capsule:) La moquette non era pulitissima, ma ci siamo portati le ciabatte usa e getta .
• Hastings (3/5): Made the best of it - Close to tube station. Bed very comfortable. It was dirty. Nothing to cook with for the oven. Limited plates. Dirty floor. Disgusting entrance that was not the responsibility of the owner.
• Krasimira (7/5): - Домакинът беше отзивчив. Има всякакви удобства: пералня, миялна, фурна, които не сме използвали. Котлони, голям хладилник, прибори. Спалнята беше удобна. Близо до метростанция 10мин пеша; срещу автобусна спирка. Комуникативно място. Заради мокета трябва да се поддържа по-добра чистота. Диванът за възрастен не е удобен, но за малко и слабо дете става. Определено срещу болницата е шумно.
• Aurelie (9/5): - Appartement cosy. Propre. Échange avec le propriétaire simple et rapide. Bonne localisation par rapport à la gare d’arrivée de l’Eurostar.
• Veronica (8/5): - Buona posizione, ben attrezzata, soprattutto la cucina che era bella, nuova e completa di tutto: non pensavo di trovarla così attrezzata, macchinetta con cialde per il caffè, microonde, tutto comodo per la colazione o per un pranzo. Presente anche il phone in camera. Bagno comodo e doccia nuova. In generale è confortevole. La camera carina e accogliente. Lo consiglio. Si trova in una posizione comoda, dall'uscita della metropolitana c'è un autobus che lascia proprio davanti l'entrata dell'appartamento ed è vicino ad un centro commerciale molto grande "westfield" a shepherds bush, collegato con un autobus. Il divano non è stato comodo per dormire, comunque eravamo 4 adulti (necessiterebbe di un vero divano letto con un materasso, anche basso, e non un divano apribile che rimane molto duro e scomodo. Quello potrebbe essere cambiato. Inoltre il divano era abbastanza sporco con macchie evidenti, anche le lenzuola erano macchiate. Però ci siamo adattati perchè tutto il resto era ok. L'entrata lascia un pò a desiderare, molto sporca e trascurata ma comunque la consiglio, per qualche giorno va bene!
• Helen (4/5): Over priced, - Facilities were as expected. Overpriced (taking advantage of marathon weekend I suspect!) Blinds and windows in particular were really dusty and glass dirty inside and out. Everything was tired and in need of a really deep clean. No sockets near the headboard of bed for overnight charging. Not good value for money.

• JORGE (7/5): Buena - La ubicación En linea general el apartamento no estaba lo limpio que debería, así como la entrada al mismo, que dejaba mucho que desear y que ya antes de entrar daba una mala presencia. La mesa del salón rota. el sofa cama le faltaba un pie que hacia que no fuera cómodo para dormir.
• Vir1981 (9/5): Buen relacion calidad/ precio para lo que hay en Londres - La buena comunicación con el personal, el baño y la cocina nuevos y amplios. La cama de la habitación, cómoda. La zona está muy bien, varios supermercados, lineas de bus que conectan con zonas interesantes y metro cercano ,a menos de 10 min del apartamento. En general muy bien. El sofa cama un poco incómodo, para adultos es bastante molesto, en nuestro caso,.durmieron los niños que no lo notaron mucho, pero una noche durmió mi marido y dijo que muy regulero.

• Luca (8/5): Capodanno a Londra - Appartamento ben suddiviso, letto comodo e cucina molto attrezzata, soprattutto per gli standard londinesi. Molto accessoriata la cucina: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, tutto come descritto. Vicino a supermercati, mezzi pubblici e locali. Da sostituire o ripulire a fondo la moquette e mettere delle tende oscuranti nelle camere per la notte. Sarebbe gradita un aspirapolvere o una semplice scopa.

• Viktoriia (8/5): Ogólnie jednak pobyt oceniam na plus. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i świetne wyposażenie — w apartamencie jest wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu: suszarka do włosów, pralka z funkcją suszenia, zmywarka, ręczniki, żel pod prysznic, mydło, żelazko. Miejsce jest funkcjonalne i dobrze przygotowane dla gości. Jedynymi drobnymi minusami były dość twarde poduszki oraz słyszalny szum z zewnątrz w salonie, a także wykładzina, która mogłaby być lepiej odkurzona.

• Riad (8/5): Good to stay near by underground - Fast response: we had issue with the delivered Key Code. But it was solved in minutes. Therefore I see it positive. Things can happen but fast solve. Could be cleaner specially the entrance and stairs.

• Jimmy (8/5): - Appartement très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L'hôte répond très vite à nos demandes ou questions. L'appartement est très bien situé : - arrêt de bus juste en bas au pied de l'immeuble (plusieurs bus possibles pour se rendre à l'underground situé à 2 arrêts) - commerces pour faire des courses au pied de l'immeuble. - 4 lignes de métro à proximité, avec le centre de Londres en 20 mn. Petit bémol : situé en face de l'hôpital Charing Cross dont pas mal de trafic et donc un peu bruyant. Nous reprendrons cet appartement le jour où nous irons de nouveau sur Londres. • Johan (10/5): Trevligt - Bra, rent och snyggt. Fungerade fint för en familj med två vuxna och två unga tonåringar. Enkel incheckning och bra kontakt med värden.
• JUAN ANTONIO (8/5): Family Weekend in London - Location, easy access to public transport. Plenty of small supermarkets and restaurants around. Easy access to Appartment. Lack of cutlery, only one fork available. Bed sofa not pretty comfortable for two people.
• Irene (5/5): Would not recommend for travellers - It’s location was good. Not set up for international travellers. There was so much of the little stuff that was needed. If this is advertised on an international site these should be included in the Tarif.

• Andrew (8/5): Cozy apartment in a good location, a few more supplies would help - Location - close to buses, the subway, shops, and football stadiums Washing machine, dryer, kitchen Friendly owner who accommodated a late checkout which was much appreciated It would be handy to have some shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, some more cutlery (especially spoons), another roll of toilet paper, and a dishcloth. Mattress & pillows were too firm for my liking
• Kosic (8/5): Very good - Location was great, right next to eventim Apollo. Apartment had everything we needed, as was a base. It was like a home from home Really comfortable, beds were great
• Tony (9/5): Great apartment in a great location, with an attentive host. Highly recommended. - We stayed at the apartment for five (5) weeks. The apartment itself was larger than we expected, as well as being very well maintained and appointed. Location is great; bus and trains near-by, plenty of places to eat and get groceries, the Thames a few only a minutes walk. We did have one minor issue on arrival, the apartment door lock didn't seem to work properly (didn't stop us accessing the apartment). We contacted the host and within an hour a tradesman had arrived and repaired the lock. So, a very quick and positive response. Not so much a didn't like, but more of a "please understand", the apartment is across the road from entrance to Charring Cross Hospital. And as you would expect, during the day and evening, there is a fair bit of traffic noise with frequent ambulance sirens, although these had always stopped by late evening. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, so this also helps to reduce the traffic noise.
• Vasiliki (7/5): Good - The location was perfect and so was also the size of the apartment. There are steep stairs in the entrance so maybe not appropriate for those with mobility issues. The apartment was not very clean. The bed sheets and the sofa had stains on them and the carpet was dirty.

• Jessica (9/5): Great for a young family - The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed. I found it suitable for us. I could very easily toddler-proof the place. Location was great with a 24 hours shop next door on the ground floor. Lots of nice restaurants around. Was worried about noise for the hospital but I think any ambulances must got to an alternative hospital entrance cause I didn't hear any! Photos of the apartment were genuine and lived up to expectations. The bottom key on the front door was fiddly and we struggled to get in sometimes. The toilet seat needs repairing. WiFi wasn't working at first but my partner sorted that.
• Sarah (8/5): Good - Convenient Entrance hallway from road. Clearly work is in progress, but the carpet is in a poor state. Flat door unlocking troublesome at times. Bathroom sink slow to drain.
