• Andrea (7/5): - La localisation est intéressante, loin du centre touristique mais facilement accessible grâce au métro (ligne direct). Bon rapport qualité prix même si ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles comme indiqué. Le spa est moyennement propre. Un autre client m’a dragué et touché les fesses dans le sauna. J’ai signalé ce comportement inadmissible à l’accueil du spa. Mais à ma connaissance, rien n’a été fait. Femme solo, attention.
• Mohammed (8/5): - Grundsätzlich stimmen die bookingsbilder mit der Realität in der Türkei in diesem Preis Segment immer nicht überein, aber und jetzt kommt aber 😊 man hat alles was man braucht bett, fernseher mit netflex usw. Warme Dusche, Kaffee Tee, Spa ( Schwimmbad, dampfkabine, Sauna usw.) Frühstück ist in Begriffen. Wenn man keine grosse ansprüche, das ist bei mir der Fall, hat und Preis Leistungsverhältnis betrachtet ist das perfekte hotel. Z.b. Frühstück: für mich und meine Kinder war wichtig dass das Frühstück in Begriffen ist und das wir was zum essen bekommen haben. Das Frühstück immer das selbe und nicht vielfältig ist, war uns nicht wichtig. Oder sauna es gab keine eingusszeiten und sehr klein und sehr heiss , war mir auch nicht wichtig. Ich brauche nach der sauna kalte Dusche das macht mich happy. Oder das Zimmer an sich klein ist, die Fenstern, die nicht aufgehen, war mir nicht wichtig. Wir waren eh die ganze Tag unterwegs und wenn wir zurück sind brauchen wir ein Bett und ein Klima Anlage, und das gab es. und das gilt für die restlichen Dienstleistung im hotel. Achja Personal war auch ok ausser die vom spa. Da komme ich nachher bei den Sachen, die mir nicht gefallen hat. Die Bewertung hängt von deine erwartungshaltung ab. Wenn deine Erwartungshaltung ist, dass die Bilder entsprechen die Realität muss du, nicht nur in die türkei, tief in die Tasche greifen.... Eine Dame aus Spa. hat meine Kinder im letzten tag aus dem schwimmbad rausgeschmissen weil sie keine kopfkappe haben, ich weiss auch dass diesen Kappen in die türkei üblich sind. Als ich sie gefragt habe ob sie mir 2 stück verkaufen kann, meinte sie es kostet 2000 lira je Kappe oder mit anderen worten ich will euch hier nicht mehr sehen. Wobei die Türken grundsätzlich kinderfreundlich sind. Es war sowieso letzte Tag und später sind wir eh nicht mehr dazu gekommen noch mal zu schwimmen zu gehen deshalb habe ich mich nicht beschwert und habe gut gelassen. Aber ich nehme an dass die Dame schlechten Tag hat und ändert meine Meinung zu den Türken nicht dass sie kinderfreundlich sind aus meine damalige Aufenthalte in der Türkei. Und meine Kids hatten eh im hotel die ersten 4 Tage jeden Tag geschwommen 😂😂😂

• y (10/5): Ontspannen!!! - Personeel, ontbijt en locatir! Enige wat ik kan zeggen is: geweldig. Ontbijt elke dag lekker vers en personeel super chill relaxed en vriendelijk. Kamers waren prima soms hygiene nie zo optimaal maar daar tegenover stond dus het personeel en eten dat te goed was om deze review niet te plaatsen Hygiene rondom de badkamers alleen, kamers waren schoon en alles werd elke dag verschoont je kreeg flesjes water heel erg handig!! De spa viel erg tegen, er lopen mensen continu rond in het spa gedeelte en het zwembad is half bedorven dit wil je niet… erg jammer. Je hebt geen enkel privacy in de kleedkamers of sauna en spa. Dit had ik niet verwacht viel erg teGen. Boek dan mercure hotel deze is net ernaast en meer privacy in de spa!!!!

• Sevil (4/5): Sehr schlecht 😭 - Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Es gab viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten, und die Marmaray war ganz in der Nähe. Die Frauen vom Reinigungsservice und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren schrecklich. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern, und der Lärm hört oft bis 3–4 Uhr morgens nicht auf. Das Bad und die Wasserhähne sind sehr alt. Viele Zimmer haben kein Fenster und keine frische Luft. Morgens wacht man mit dem Geruch von Frittiertem auf, weil die Belüftung sehr schlecht ist. Die Sauna und der Pool sind ebenfalls schrecklich und riechen sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag dasselbe. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr faul und spielen den ganzen Tag nur mit ihren Handys.

• Charlotte (1/5): Definitely not a 4 star, non smokers must avoid! - We only lasted 1 night of our 6… Arrived at 9pm to a room where the toilet wouldn’t flush, reception was happy for us to stay in that room with maintenance coming in the morning. As someone who has Crohn’s disease and was also on their period I was not staying in that room overnight with no flushing toilet, reception reluctantly moved us. Constant overpowering smell of cigarettes in the room, in the hallway and even in the breakfast restaurant. Although hotel says smoking is prohibited, the receptionist was smoking in reception and I’ll leave it at that. New room had a broken blind that only half shut and the next day we came back to find the air con didn’t work only heating as the lowest was 21 degrees and you don’t control your own aircon you have to call reception to change it for you, and they can’t turn it off. They offered to move us rooms against but enough was enough and we ended up checking out. Other than that the breakfast was diabolical, (good if you want chicken nugget’s and chips though) the rooms facing the main street are super noisy at all hours and the hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos and I would not recommend staying here if you’re used to a 4 star hotel and not a 2. If you do want a nice 4 star hotel for a similar price, the Merlin over the road (which we moved to) is lovely. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in hostels in Asia while budget backpacking.

Een wat verouderd hotel met zeer oude en weinige fitnessapparatuur. Verder viel ons tegen dat je klimaat in je kamer niet zelf kan beheersen. Toen wij in de avond naar ons kamer kwamen was het een sauna binnen omdat vanuit de receptie de verwarming op 28 graden was gezet en wij moesten bellen om de verwarming uit te laten zetten.

• Tatjana (3/5): Günstig ist es, aber die Bilder und die Beschreibungen passen überhaut nicht! - schöne Lage und alles Zufluss erreichbar. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war dabei und ist vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt's eine Kaffeepad Maschine und Wasser im Zimmer. Das Zimmer verfügte lediglich über ein Fenster, das nicht nach draußen, sondern in eine innenliegende Kammer führte. Morgens hielten sich dort die Reinigungskräfte auf und rauchten direkt vor dem Fenster, wodurch Rauch ins Zimmer zog. Frische Luft oder Tageslicht waren somit nicht vorhanden, sodass das Zimmer dauerhaft dunkel und stickig war. Zudem kam es vor, dass man – wenn die Gardinen nicht vollständig geschlossen waren – direkt von den Reinigungskräften aus der Kammer begrüßt wurde, was die Privatsphäre erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Dieser Umstand wurde in der Zimmerbeschreibung in keiner Weise erwähnt. Ich halte das für absolut inakzeptabel. Zu dem war das Bett kaputt. Die Kaffee Becher waren unbenutzbar und dreckig.

Brut i smród.. brak szafek dla klientów by zostawić rzeczy, w jacuzzi zimną wodą, w łaźni brak pary, nic nie działa jak trzeba.. obsługa nie zna języka angielskiego, wszędzie palą papierosy, nawet na recepcji Spa!

Вареные яйца, нарезка сыров, салат, оливки, выпечка - кахвалти набираешь себе сам. Отзывчивый персонал. В номере есть холодильник и чай/кофе. Есть 3 платные парковки рядом, ближайшая 650 лир/сутки. Для нас расположение было удобным и близко к Марине, но до старого центра нужно добираться. Про минусы: В первую ночь нас поселили в номер 14 метров без окна (заказан был 25 и по фотографиям с окном). Мы приехали поздно, решили переночевать так, пожалели - очень душно и жарко, кондиционер сильно сжигает кислород. С утра попросили другой номер, спокойно переселили (подозреваю, не первый раз с такой ситуацией сталкиваются). Второй номер был с джакузи - ремонт сильно уставший, ламинат вздувшийся, джакузи не работает. Утром была какая-то проблема с водой - горячей не было, пришлось умываться холодной, потом вода пропала во всем здании.

Para ser ainda melhor Poderia ter shampoo e sabonetes com mais qualidade. Poderia ter menu físico ou digital de serviços no quarto com os serviços do hotel como massagem e spa e amenities para banheira como espuma de banho caso cliente quiser comprar.

Székek, ágynemű szintén foltosak voltak. Reggelinél nem volt nagy választék. Időben kellet érkezni,mert nem töltötték fel, ha elfogyott valami. Asztalok nem voltak letakarítva. Wellness részleget csak akkor lehetett használni ha van úszósapkad, de azt nem közölték előre, csak ott a helyszínen. Nőknek feláras. Szobában a jacuzzi nem működött, és nem jött meleg víz belőle.

• Abdelrahman (2/5): The worst - Nothing Subject: Formal Complaint Against CIP Hotel – Urgent Action Required Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at CIP Hotel, which turned into one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered during my travels. I initially booked two rooms through Booking.com from March 20 to March 25. I later informed the hotel that I wished to extend my stay until March 29. The hotel staff advised me that there was no need to extend through Booking.com, as they would handle everything internally. On March 29, I requested an upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi. The hotel again discouraged me from using Booking.com and assured me they would manage the process. I was charged €80 per night for the suite. On April 3, I returned to a standard room. Despite this being part of the same booking arrangement, the hotel increased the nightly rate from €35 to €50 for Room 605 (April 3–5), without justification. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable. After reporting the issue, the hotel sprayed pesticides while my luggage was left open inside the room, resulting in my clothes and belongings being contaminated with chemicals. No cleaning or compensation was offered. At the end of my stay on April 11, I requested an airport transfer arranged by the hotel and paid €70. The driver provided by the hotel dropped me in the parking area instead of the passenger terminal and refused to take me further. The situation escalated, and I was physically assaulted by the driver. I immediately contacted the hotel to report the incident, but they showed no concern or responsibility. Due to this incident, I missed my flight and had to file a police report. A legal case has been opened, and I sustained multiple physical injuries. This entire experience reflects severe negligence, lack of professionalism, and failure in ensuring guest safety.
