- Mo Samadi (1/5): It's a scam! - It felt like a scam. I visited Windsor for work with my colleagues, and booked this place using my company card. The total shown at checkout was around $370 including cleaning fees and deposits, which already seemed high for a listing that was originally advertised closer to $200. Right after booking, the host called and demanded an additional $300 e-transfer as a “safety deposit” that they said would be held for 2–3 weeks. They claimed this was mentioned in the listing description, but if it was, it was either hidden deep in the details or not clearly disclosed at all. When I refused to send money by e-transfer, the host stopped answering my calls completely. Since I was stranded late at night in Windsor for work, I had to urgently book another place. I lost my money, wasted hours dealing with this situation, and unfortunately Booking.com was not helpful in resolving the issue.

- Mark (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and clean Parking was an issue because another renter took up two spots. Please mark parking spots so that it is clear there are 3 spots. We had to park on the road.

- Max (7/5): Good - Its was alright, cute appartment with parking include. Washing machine is outside but worked fine. There is a looots of stairs do go up and down to get in appartement. Its was not very clean and there was a lots of bugs inside the appartment. Had to keep windows close to keep the heat not too high. A lot of dogs barking in the houses around
