Die Unterkunft hat sich nach dem Bezahlen und Online Check In innerhalb der Angegeben Zeit nicht gemeldet und das Zimmer auch nicht bestätigt. Obwohl wir den Online Check in bereits vor 22 Uhr erledigt hatten.Wir dachten uns nachdem wir den Online Check in erledigt hatten uns erwartet eine Schlüsselbox da ein Pin Code hinterlegt wurde in Booking.Aber Vor Ort war keine Box. Wir haben mehrmals angerufen,jedoch hat die Unterkunft uns vor dem Eingang um Eintritt bittend beobachtet wie sie uns am Nächten Tag per Whatsapp dann berichtet hat!!! Hat nicht am Telefon abgehoben oder uns in die Unterkunft gelassen.Obwohl sie munter war und die Gäste verzweifelt nach ihrer Zimmer suchen sah.Und dann mussten wir Touristen Gebühren bezahlen für ein Zimmer was uns nicht gegeben wurde und zusätzlich wurde uns das Zimmer nicht vollständig erstattet sonder nur in etwa 30 von 90 Euro obwohl uns das Zimmer nicht gegeben wurde und sie uns auch noch beobachtete hebte sie nicht ab aber versucht abzukassieren ohne Leistung zu erbringen und verhöhnt uns am Nächsten Tag noch per Whats app das es doch wichtig sei wann wir ankommen,obwohl wir schon Zeitlich uns gemeldet hatten und den CheckIn Erledigt hatten,hat sie absichtlich das Zimmer nicht bestätigt aber trotzdem Kassiert! Wenn sie einen Sichereren Aufenthalt sich wünschen ohne Böse Überraschungen wie wir es erlebt haben Rate ich ihnen von dieser Unterkunft ab,das hat uns unsere Erfahrung gelehrt! Alles Liebe und Guten Urlaub!
• Tomoko (9/5): Superb - The host was really kind and brought a kettle in for me to brew some tea after our chat :) Clean and comfy room with great views. Close to the conference venue.
• Yaroslava (8/5): Location: satisfactory, about an 8-minute walk from the metro station—very convenient - Pros: - Spacious, comfortable apartment with a separate kitchen and bedroom—everything is designed for a pleasant stay. - The kitchen area is well equipped (except for a kettle)—you can easily prepare your own breakfasts and dinners. - The hosts’ children leave snack packs for guests at a small charge—a very sweet and thoughtful touch that brightened our stay. - In May the apartment is pleasantly cool and quiet in the evenings. Overall: We really enjoyed our stay: the cozy layout, the convenient location, and the warm atmosphere made for a great experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this apartment for a short visit to Milan. Cons: We couldn’t find a kettle for boiling water (it may exist, but we never located it). In May it’s best not to leave the balcony door or windows open: tree fluff blows in and settles inside.

Very spacious double bed room. Owners happy to communicate and help. Bedroom heating working well and combined with AC, all is good. Rest of the apartment climatisation and heating in need of some maintenance.

• Greta (8/5): Very good - The location was great, super friendly and helpful hosts, great view from the top floor, fridge full of variaety of drinks, plenty of snacks, price list added and a pot to put the money in, it was great. We areived late and didnt need to worry being thursty or hungry. Strange smell in the rooms, the smell of the bedding was not pleasant, reminded of hospital bedding smell.
