Subject: Disappointing Stay at OL18B Modern Infinity Pool KLCC Balcony View This review is to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at OL18B Modern Infinity Pool KLCC Balcony View. While the photos accurately depict the property, the listing's description as a "1-bedroom apartment" is grossly misleading. The room was significantly smaller than expected, barely exceeding 200 square feet. The bathroom was minuscule (approximately 3 square feet), and the balcony, while offering a view, was also quite small (around 25 square feet). The bed occupied almost half of the room, leaving minimal space for movement. Furthermore, basic amenities like drinking water were not provided. When I inquired with the host, I was instructed to boil water in the kettle, which felt inadequate. Despite expressing my concerns and requesting to move out, the host refused to negotiate, citing Booking.com policy. While Booking.com acknowledged my complaint, they failed to provide any meaningful resolution. For the price paid, I could have easily stayed in a reputable boutique hotel with daily room service, a stark contrast to the self-service nature of this accommodation. I strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider this information before booking. The "1-bedroom apartment" designation is inaccurate, and the overall experience fell significantly short of expectations. I hope this review helps other travelers make informed decisions and avoid a similar disappointment.
