• Deenie (6/5): Good location, could be cleaner. - Good location and walking distance to various F&B. Good water pressure. Spacious. Towels and toothbrushes provided. The cleanliness of the place was bare minimum. There were ants crawling all over the walls, floors, tables. The bidet hose had no holder and was just left on the floor. There was visible mold along the sink and toilet areas. The shower head did not fit well with the added filter and was leaking water. Unlike what was stated by another reviewer, there is no water dispenser, just a kettle.

Sinki terletak di luar tandas agak pelik untuk gosok gigi kat luar. Lokasi orang cina. Tiada tempat halal berdekatan. Kena prepare makanan sebelum datang.

• Belle (9/5): Superb - Great location, many food places nearby within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we were provided with ample extra toilet paper rolls. Host was friendly and provided clear instructions for check-in and registration. Host also provided prompt assistance when we faced issues with using netflix on their television. The fan remote was confusing to use. It was either spinning really slowly or really quickly. Would be nice if there could be a bigger mirror in the apartment. The mirror provided was quite small, it's hard if multiple people want to use the mirror at the same time when getting ready in the morning.

• Jing (7/5): Okay. - Self collection of keys was okay The air con spoilt (it was leaking badly). But the host was quite responsive. It was just abit difficult to coordinate a time for the repair man to come because it was Christmas period.It was abit noisy at night downstairs.

Should have a little more offerings such as water and beverage packets.
• Viniss (7/5): Short gateway is totally fine, not for long stay for sure - Parking is easy to find but is outdoor, the food surround me is plenty, there is a guard 24/7 taking care there, and there is crowd which is quite safe for alone traveler. aircond is cold, bathroom is clean, entire space is spacious, towel & toiletries is provided, same goes to cutlery the entry point is quite difficult to find out especially on the day i arrived is raining, it will be good if host can put more photo so that the entry point is ease to recognize, the lift entrance machine is also kind of old to me. TV is small and speaker is just fine, The noisy from street is obviously quite loud for me as im a light sleeper

• David (2/5): Poorly manage apartment. - Nothing. The toilet fixture are faulty! Shower hear is holder spoilt. No shower curtain. Toilet and bath are combin, after a shower the whole toilet is wet. Bathroom only have 2 tiny hooks, and a small rusty shelving, no place put/hang your towel and clothes. NO mineral water. NO Tooth brush, NO coffee and tea.🙄 The location is more to nightlife. Morning all shop are closed. Breakfast is a problem. Unless you drive. Not suitable for elderly and family. Not convinent. Upon check in require to pay online RM50 for refundable deposit. Only notified on the day itself and to transfer immediately. Fan remote control missing. Not informed, not replace!Refund is slow! Not recomended!

Convenient kitchen utensils I didnt like how we only get one access card which has to be used every single time like at carpark and when you have to use the lift going up. When you come with family, its hard to go separate ways. Wish you could add more mirrors and tables each side of bed especially the one inside the room. It is inconvenient to put small stuffs on the floors. The fan in the living room did not working properly. Have to rely solely on the aircond The environment around its not that good either. Because it is hard to move around because it is located at busy roads especially even until night

Electronic lock door to the unit. Unit was spacious and clean, away from where the garbage collection area was. Very good location, lots of food choices nearby. Toilet was nicely scented with potpourri. Temperature of water produced by the water heater was just right. Pressure of water from shower head was just nice. There wasn't tissue paper in the unit, only toilet paper. No hand soap on the sink outside the toilet. No bottle cap opener. Bed was too hard for my personal liking. Shower head holder couldn't be adjusted. Fridge could've been cleaner.
• Riham (10/5): Very comfortable apartment, but unfortunately very poor owner. - I liked the property. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and the windows has sunrise view. The host communication was very poor, they stressed me out so much and only sent me the access information on the day of my arrival before 2-3 hours. It was terrible. They ignored my messages. I also didn't like the curtains in the bedroom. They were slim and not covering the full window, it made it hard for me to sleep.

Water supply was intermittent during our 3 days stay. Nothing was done by the owners except saying they will check. Low water pressure. Towels were pilling. No hand towel. One teeny weeny mirror that was quite dirty. Can be noisy til ant 1am or 2am due to ktv and eating places just downstairs

• Edzwan (10/5): Exceptional - I thound they only had 1 bedrooms, but i was so suprised when they had another bedroom in a room which is very convenient. They also prepare everything in the pantry except ingredients to cook because thats our choice. Everything was great experience here.
• Jiajin (9/5): Comfortable stay in a convenient location - Right in the heart of Mt Austin so it was easy to walk around. The living room was very spacious and had the basic kitchen necessities as well as a fully sized fridge, much better than the usual crappy hotel minibar fridges. Two large beds means two couples could have stayed together. Only one toilet in the entire apartment, which wasn't a problem for a single couple but might have issues for 2 pairs.

It's a very clean and comfort place. Despite being in the centre of a bustling area, I don't hear much noises and the air is exceptionally cooling at night. Love it! Overall, a great stay.
