• Florentiu Ciprian Dobrin (10/5): Personal amabil, mic dejun variat și raport calitate-preț foarte bun. - Am petrecut 3 nopți la acest hotel și, per ansamblu, experiența a fost una pozitivă, mai ales dacă raportăm serviciile oferite la categoria de clasificare și la prețul plătit. Un aspect pe care l-am apreciat în mod deosebit a fost posibilitatea de a face check-in încă de la ora 07:30 dimineața, lucru care ne-a ajutat foarte mult după călătorie. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, politicos și dispus să ofere sprijin ori de câte ori a fost nevoie, contribuind semnificativ la confortul șederii noastre. Camera nu impresionează prin lux, însă a fost curată, funcțională și în concordanță cu ceea ce te-ai aștepta de la un hotel din această categorie. Consider că raportul calitate-preț este unul corect, fără surprize neplăcute. Micul dejun a fost unul dintre punctele forte ale sejurului. Oferta a fost bogată și suficient de variată pentru a satisface preferințe diferite. Deși anumite preparate s-au repetat de la o zi la alta, am găsit întotdeauna suficiente opțiuni proaspete și gustoase pentru a începe ziua într-un mod plăcut. În ceea ce privește parcarea, aceasta este disponibilă contra cost, la prețul de 20 de euro pe zi. Deși nu este inclusă în tariful camerei, avantajul este că se află la aproximativ un minut de mers pe jos de hotel, ceea ce o face foarte accesibilă. Recomand acest hotel celor care caută o variantă decentă de cazare, fără pretenții de lux, dar cu servicii corecte și personal ospitalier. Este important de menționat că standardele de clasificare hotelieră pot diferi față de cele întâlnite în multe alte țări din Uniunea Europeană. Din acest motiv, recomand să evaluați hotelul prin prisma categoriei sale reale și a prețului achitat, nu prin comparație cu unități de 4 sau 5 stele. În concluzie, am fost mulțumit de ședere și aș lua în considerare să revin în viitor, în special datorită amabilității personalului, micului dejun consistent și raportului bun dintre calitate și cost. Nu este cazul!
• Andrei (7/5): It is totally worth its price - Some staff members are really welcoming and hospitable, clean rooms (everyday cleanup), modern and fresh design, 5-7 walk to the nearest metro station, safe area near the hotel, delicious breakfast. The room is really spacious. Maybe I should've seen this while booking the room, but there turned out to be no kettle, cups/glasses and, accordingly, neither tea nor coffee. There were also no "do not disturb" sign (which we were given after a while), only one hook in the bathroom for your towel/clothes in a room for three people. There is no water cooler in the lobby/restaurant area so you need to ask for water, which is given you with a bit of discontent.

• Samantha (4/5): - Dat de kamer elke dag werd schoongemaakt! De lift was kapot bij aankomst en kreeg een kamer op de bovenste verdieping 6 hoog, dat was geen pretje die trappen. De kamer zelf was nogal verouderd en de douche liep over. De douchekoppen zitten vol met schimmel en kalk en de douchedeur hing los. Verder was het ontbijt heel summier en niet lekker. Er lag patat wat koud hard en niet te eten was. Als je dan iets liet staan omdat het niet lekker was werd dat met een boze blik afgedaan van de ober die er liep.

• Salima (9/5): Meilleur hôtel qualité prix. - Le petit déjeuner était copieux ,toujours frais. le personnel et spécialement kerim etait aux petits soins. Il nous a aidé jusqu'à la dernière minute. Il merite un grand bravo. La chambre était nettoyée chaque jour, les serviettes changées quotidiennement. Vraiment bravo. Lemplacement de l'hôtel est proche de tous les moyens de transport. Tout etait parfait.

• Makhabbat (10/5): - Местоположение очень удобное и безопасное. Возвращались после прогулок и поездок по городу после 12-1 ночи. Т1 рядом в 3 минутах ходьбы и Мармарай тоже близко. Отель сам чистый. Завтраки разнообразные и всегда свежие продукты. Убирались каждый день и персонал очень приветливый. Понравилось все.

Unable to open the window as too loud outside, even with windows closed very loud at night. The bathroom was not clean and visibly dirty shower cubicle.The pictures are decieving as the light is too dim in the room as well. it is low price but i know why.

• Lina (8/5): For me was good enought, cause I was out all days - Room was calm and clean, nice bathroom. Location for me was perfect, cause i was there for work and bit of holiday. My advice for hotel management-put kettles in the rooms, it will bring more value. I will be honest- atmosphere is little bit depressing there. Maybe its because there are almost no people, still not touristy season. Stuff looked some kind of sad, trying to be pleasant, but sad. Breakfast was same all days, and this is because of no guests at the moment. By the way-with all my kindness-I do not want to be rude, but coffee just terrible.

The breakfast had many choices but everything was cold : hot breakfast was cold and cold breakfast was cold. No toaster to make the bread warm. The machine to keep omelet warm was cold. Hotel is very noisy. People let go of the door(boom!)

• Araspel (5/5): the personel and management are very good and serviable , very very friendly , - reception gyus and cleaning lady (Malika ) are there to help you at anytime -and they help you with pleasure . the Hotel is clean . insonorisation in the rooms are on NO LEVEL-you could hear what your neighbors do in their room ,SOME OF the cleaning staff is OPENING THE DOOR and enters without warning , actualy they don't care if you are in the room or not, they do so even after you hang **DON'T DISTURB** on the door handle , after yelling on them on the third time and talking with receptionist they've STOPPED to do so .. THE breakfast is médiocre ,poor and monotone.
