Guest Reviews
- Maureen (9/5): Enjoyable. All comforts of home. - Excellent location. Poor quality towels.
Only one drinking glass.

- Sarah (1/5): Could not access the accommodation - The advert looks great. Maybe the property is lovely. It appears to be in a good location. When we arrived at the property there was no one available to provide the keys, despite our arrival being within the agreed check-in window.
We were unable to access the accommodation at all and received no response from the host at the time.
After waiting and trying to contact them, we had to contact Booking.com for help.
Booking.com refunded us before the host ever responded. Unfortunately this meant we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation in London in the middle of the night, which was very stressful.
We never actually got into the property. The experience felt extremely unreliable and, at the time, honestly felt like a scam. I would strongly recommend confirming check-in arrangements very carefully before booking here.

- Deborah (5/5): This flat is nicely situated but needs better servicing and maintenance. - Location good and nice sitting room This flat is convenient in its situation but needs better maintenance. It is OK for 3 to stay in but would not be suitable for more than this, and it is a bit of a squeeze even with 3. There were several things which needed to be fixed, and the towels were damp and inadequately cleaned and smelled. The flat seemed to have poor drainage and smelt of sewage. The kitchen is very small but fairly well equipped. The second bedroom is very small and cramped. The main bedroom has a bed which is fine but is really too large for the room and it is difficult for the second person to get into as it is situated right against the wall. There is no bedside table and the shelf above is too high to be practical. Things needing fixing included: 1. The front door surround 2. The toilet seat, which slipped when one sat on it 3. The electricity fittings including the bedroom light 4. The blind in the second bedroom did not work properly. 5. The towel rail in the bathroom should have been heated but would not turn on to work properly. 6. The bathroom needs to have better ventilation as it mists up quickly.

- אפרת (2/5): Not recommended:/ - The neighborhood is pleasant, there are cafés and supermarkets nearby, and the atmosphere feels safe. The apartment was very dirty, from the dishes in the kitchen to a used dish sponge, hair and dust on the floor, and mold in the shower. There was a very bad smell in the refrigerator. In addition, there is no Wi-Fi reception in some of the rooms and the lighting flickers. The building has steep and narrow stairs. The subway station requires about a 15-minute walk.
- Nick (10/5): Our home from home - Roomy stylish apartment in a fabulous location.
- Nick (10/5): - Great location, comfortable and roomy apartment.
- Jonathan (7/5): A good stay in a great location with some inconsistencies. - Our first experience with this accommodation was the communication with the hosts, who invited us to a WhatsApp group and sent frequent messages via Booking.com - they were extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the service at all. Collecting the keys was very easy too, picking them up from a shop right around the corner from the property.
The property was nice and spacious, in a beautiful location. Very easy to find and check-in. We enjoyed the local area and walks over Hampstead Heath, which we'd not visited before despite multiple prior trips to London. Lots of shops nearby and also good transport links. The walk to Belsize Park underground station from the property only took 10-15 minutes and from there you are connected to London via the Northern line.
Very comfortable space for 4 people, bedrooms were big enough and despite the kitchen being small we were able to cook a big breakfast. Lounge and bathroom were a good size too. Plenty of bedding, towels, toiletries, etc. in the property when we arrived, making it a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable with the quilt in the main bedroom being especially lovely.
Good Wi-Fi and availability of streaming services on the TV. Nicely furnished and the number of house plants made the property feel very lived-in. There were lots of amenities which are fairly uncommon, i.e. a lint roller, umbrellas, a Bluetooth speaker, and a clothes airer which were a really nice touch. Plenty of coat hangers too. You can travel very lightly to this property and still have everything that you need.
Check-out was very efficient too, simply returning the keys to the pick-up point. We were informed that we could not have a late check-out, due to the cleaner wanting to arrive early, but this was not a problem for us on this particular stay. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of this property. We found that most of the cutlery and cookware had not been washed before we arrived, with visible food stains on them. As a result of this, we had to wash everything before use as we could not trust the hygiene of any cutlery, crockery, or cookware. Lots of dust on some of the blankets and furniture too.
The sofa bed was a bit odd, as the bedding was quite well hidden and a few of the slats under the mattress were missing - meaning the support was lacking. We also had to create a barrier between the kitchen to the lounge where the sofa bed was located, as there is no door to the kitchen and no blind in the kitchen window - meaning that the sofa bed is entirely exposed to the kitchen window. If we hadn't done this, there would be no privacy for the user of the sofa bed and it would also have allowed too much light in as the sun rose in the mornings.
The shower was poor, with actual temperature being totally unaffected by the temperature dial. It would just start warm, and get hotter, until it ended up being scolding - even if the temperature dial was turned down to its lowest setting. If water was used elsewhere in the property the pressure would reduce and the temperature would drop very cold. It was not a comfortable shower to use.
Glass in the windows was very thin, so outside noise was quite disruptive. There was a lot of construction outside the property when we stayed, which isn't the fault of the hosts, however it did cause some disruption while sleeping due to the thin glass in the windows.
- Penny (9/5): Superb -
- Millicent (1/5): Good host, close to shops and subway. However was not clean on the day of our arrival - The venue is close to shops, and the subway station. The host is amazing. Sadly the place was not clean- inside the apartment, and the entrance hall. Please was not clean
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Bright roomy apartment.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (9/5): charming and comfortable apartment in the perfect location - charming and comfortable apartment in the perfect location. There is a park nearby and many wonderful cafes and pubs. Two steps from the metro. everything is thought out in the apartment down to the smallest detail the keys had to be picked up not in the box but in a separate place
- Joe (6/5): It was an affordable two-bedroom place with a bathroom. That's what we were looking for. - The property is in a nice location, adjacent to Hampstead Heath and a bunch of small restaurants and coffee places in Hampstead village. The overground station is just around the corner which was very handy. The furniture is a bit second-year student; the sofa in the living room is much easier to get into than out of and the beds are not very comfortable. It's a perfectly practical place to stay but it's more eccentric than elegant.
- Patsy (8/5): Very good -
- Sairah (7/5): Cosy and comfortable but not the cleanest - Spacious and cosy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location just a stones throw away from hampstead heath and local amenities. Wasn't the cleanest. The toilet seat and bowl was stained, which was quite off-putting. Thankfully, there was cleaning equipment in the apartment; however, I expect the facilities to be thoroughly cleaned before arrival, especially as I paid over £250 for a night.
- Srirupa (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Susie (5/5): Passable - Extremely well priced for a last minute booking. Not terribly clean. Its clearly just receiving a surface go over and the shared entry is filthy. The space is cluttered, poorly decorated (rooms are more like a student flat) and the bathroom rusted with cracked tiles and mould.
But it was cheap so I do feel like I got what I paid for.
- Olena (9/5): Superb -
- Craig (9/5): Business and pleasure - Location is superb, close to the station and access to the best views in London from the Heath. Not to mention great walks to great pubs in Belsize, Hampstead , Highgate and Gospel Oak Extractor fan on Cooker didn't work. Small bed in 2nd room not that comfortably
- Marion (10/5): Very very enjoyable. - I liked the fact that it was so lovely and bright and fresh. It was very warm and cozy.Very near the Heath and the village with shops and restaurants.
If I was to go back again to Hampstead, I would certainly stay there.
- Iain (7/5): Good - Location Main bed and pillows were poor
