• Kath (5/5): - The property itself was good, well located and clean. We were extremely disappointed that after we had paid weeks in advance, the dog fee was not billed to the card, but they were expecting a bank wire. We are in vacation and don’t have a German bank. We said we could pay with visa or cash upon arrival, but this is all outsourced, so there is no one you can talk to at the property, so paying cash was not possible. We said we will find a way to solve the problem, but they were withholding the codes to enter the apartment due to stupid €45 they weren’t trusting we were going to pay, although they have all our information ( Full names, address, passports pics) disregarding the fact that I’m with three kids in the middle of the winter arriving to a place that has long been paid. I find this unacceptable and extremely poor management, they should specify on the website that the price for the dog is not like everywhere else a one time cleaning fee, but €15per night and that it can’t be paid cash or with card, then you can plan ahead and don’t have such a frustrating experience as we did.

• Kate........ (7/5): - Overall it's a cosy apartment that has everything you need, including a hairdryer and even a new razor. Apparently, due to intensive operation, some things already need a little repair (for example, a leaking shower and doors from kitchen furniture), which we informed the apartment manager about when leaving. The permitted height of the underground garage is up to 2.10 m, you will not find this information in the description. During our stay, we had an unpleasant incident, which, unfortunately, we were forced to solve on our own. One evening we couldn't park our car in the underground garage, which we also paid to use because all the parking spaces were occupied by other guests. We called the manager, to her credit, she answered the call at half past eight on a holiday, but after a long conversation and one call back, apart from an apology, she offered us no solution. As a result, late in the evening we had to independently look for a parking space in a foreign city. The manager offered to pay the cost of parking, but we put the car in a public parking lot, which was free that day because of the holiday. Nobody offered us any more compensation. For us, parking outside the garage created some inconvenience, because we had to unload from the car the things that we would leave in it if the car was parked in the garage, as we planned. And also, you need to consider, if you need an invoice for a legal entity, you will not receive it either at the time of check-in or at the time of check-out. We were asked to fill out the same forms for legal entities several times, which creates a feeling that employees do not follow the correspondence with guests in any way. But on the other hand, we were reminded several times that we are obliged to wash the dishes and clean the apartment after us. We were also given conflicting instructions on where to leave the key to the apartment when leaving, and this also required additional clarification. As a result, after a long wait, we were informed that the invoice would be sent only 7 days after departure, no one warned us about this before checking in, although we immediately informed the manager that we needed an invoice for the legal entity and person and immediately filled out the form that was sent to us. But even after 7 days, we were able to get an invoice only after another reminder from our side.

• Pavel (10/5): - Apartmán nás příjemně řekvapil už na první pohled - byl totiž větší, než se zdálo z fotografií. Všechno bylo čisté a hezké (od kuchyně a vybavení, přes koupelnu,po terasu). Možnost parkovat v domě byla super. Komunikace s ubytováním také. Perfektní místo v centru, ale přitom na úplně klidném místě. Rychlá WiFi.

• Miguel (9/5): modern apartment in a quite neighborhood, in the city historical center - Everything, modern apartment with a lot of light, sound proof, in a quite neighborhood but in the city historical center. We will return to this charming city and apartment. Only one problem, the microwave was not connected and could not find the plug close by, but a minor detail honestly.
• Agnieszka (10/5): What a great time we had ! :) - We stayed in this apartment for two nights with our family and had a great time. The apartment was modern, cosy, spotlessly clean, and well equipped – it had everything we needed and more than we expected! It’s located in a quiet area, yet just a short distance from the city centre. The underground parking was also a big plus. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s a lovely place that clearly has been prepared with care and attention to detail. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again!

• Silke P. (9/5): Wochenendtrip nach Bayreuth - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktionierte schnell, einwandfrei und problemlos. Die Wohnung ist modern, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren hochwertig, die Matrazen sehr hoch und fest. Schön war, dass überall automatische Außenjalousien angebracht sind, das ist beim Schlafen sehr komfortabel. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Außengelände ist wirklich schön, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Hochbeete hat uns gefallen. Das absolut Tolle ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Zentrum, in 1 min. steht man sozusagen mitten im Geschehen. Das war hervorragend. Die Stadt Bayreuth hat uns wirklich ausgesprochen gut gefallen.

• Heike (8/5): Super Lage und modern - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Vieles fussläufig erreichbar aber auch Bushaltestelle gleich nebenan. Die Ausstattung ist recht gut. Auch Waschmittel und Seife ist vorhanden. Betten waren bequem. Es fehlten Rauchmelder in den Schlafzimmern. Wer einen Fluss erwartet wird sich über das kleine Rinnsal wundern.

• Vanessa (8/5): Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment in super Lage - Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz ist auch sehr gut. Die Betten waren relativ hart. Wir konnten daher nicht so gut schlafen. Aber generell empfindet das ja jeder anders. Es gab elektr. Rollläden, was ich super fand. Allerdings haben diese doch nicht zu 100% abgedunkelt. Für Unterbringung mit Kindern ist das etwas unpraktisch.
