• Anonymous (5/5): Only recommended if you have a large group that needs a place to sleep - - Able to accommodate large groups - Multiple bedrooms and multiple bathrooms - Lots of parking available - Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean - Affordable option - The front porch is the only place to enjoy being outside which sits along a busy road - Bathrooms are only supplied with toilet paper - Some bathrooms had hand soap, while others were empty - Limited dinnerware, glasses, and utensils - There is damaged items through out, which worried me about being held accountable. So took lots of pictures - Property owner/manager did not respond to my emails sent over the course of 2 weeks - Tried calling property the day before checkin, no answer, and voicemail box was not setup. But I did receive a call back shortly after I messaged customer service.
• Clarissa (4/5): Kind of worth it for a large group of people not planning to stay long. - I liked how spacious the listing is. The house opens to a living room, led into a small dining area, and had a separate dining room. I also liked how most areas had its own sink, that made it really easy to clean. The multiple washrooms was also nice to have. The TV is helpful when just wanting to wind down. Listing has a 4 car parking space so it'll be good for family/friend gatherings. The area is within the strip so lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Area is kind of sketchy especially at night but stay inside and you'll be fine for the most part. I only received the check in instructions when I got to the property. I had been trying to reach the host since 1pm during the day of our stay and they only got back to me at 4pm when we were already on the front porch. It was a bit anxiety inducing as I called them multiple times from 1pm to 4pm and they rejected my calls. They also did not respond to my texts until we were already at the listing. They said that they emailed me the check in instructions the night before but I checked my main inbox and junk and did not see it there. Ultimately, they sent it to me over text. The place was messy, limited toilet paper, washrooms were falling apart, weird entrances and door handles. The faucet in the washroom would come out of the wall when used, I was scared to break it and pay fees. The place also felt extremely dirty and the mattresses were wildly uncomfortable.

• Susan (7/5): Some things to consider. - The space was great for our team and location helped with our ball games! Loved the amount of bathrooms Very limited toilet paper. No cleaning clothes. Very small amounts of habd soap for bathrooms. No hand towels for bathroom. No good knives for food prep. No ladels and needing a bigger coffee pot. No extra garbage bags and no dust pan.
• د.نائلة (1/5): The worst stay in my life . - nothing very bad It was the worse stay I ever had .The main door was broken not closed.The bathroom was not working and dirty.The house is not suitable for family .many corridors and steps.It was not suitable for elderly nor for wheelchair people.I called the owner he offered another house to see.It was even worse and dirty .You can't sit on chairs or eat at the table or sleep .every where was dirty.The bath room was broken.but I accepted because we were coming from long way and tired and it was late for looking another property.I told him The house needs cleaning he told me in the next day he will send somebody to clean.He came afternoon but did nothing.still very dirty. I agreed to rent this house in case of getting refund ..it was not worthing more than one thousand for two nights.He accepted to refund back after check out.But we didn't get any refund. He is not answering any call or massage. The mattress was uncomfortable..vary bad.Many electrical outlet is not working. Whoever you will not find any requirements such as shampoo.gel for washing ..or water.I had vedio but I can't download. third day I book another house from bnb for one night 450 CAD.The owner was very gentle he accepted check in at 11.30..He provided the house of everything you can imagine. water.grocery.shampoo.shower gel.tooth paste.and brush..water .slippers. It was very clean house.I hardly advice to book from this site. My vacation was destroyed because if this house .He made me feel angry and sad all the stay.I came from Saudi arabia specially to have few unforgettable memories but unfortunately it was very bad experience.
