- Marion (9/5): Ansonsten war das Hotel wirkich schön und empfehlenswert - Die Lage und das Personal wàren äußerst freundlich! Finde ehrlich gesagt die Hoteleigene Tiefgarage mit 19€ pro Nacht sehr teuer! Das Frühstück ist extra zu bezahlen, grundsätzlich in Ordnung, ich finde aber das man von Anfang an dazu sagen sollte, dass nur ein Heißgetränk inkludiert ist! Wurde leider in keinster Weise von Frühstückspersonal erwähnt! Fand ich sehr schade!

- Christoph (10/5): Aussergewöhnlicher und kunstvoller lönnen Sie in Graz nicht übernachten - immer gernre wieder! - Das Augarten Ist sehr nahe an der Perfektion. Das Personal ist natürlich, sympathisch und freundlich. Das Frühstück sucht seinesgleichen. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist hervorragend. Eierspeisen werden à la minute frisch zubereitet. Auch der Orangensaft ist frisch gepresst. Wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten - anstatt das gebuchte Zimmer, stand uns eine komplette Suite mit Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Unser Hund, hat sich sehr darüber gefreut! Jetzt kommt Jammern auf hohem Niveau…zwei kleine Punkte könnten noch verbessert werden. Zum einen das Toiletten Papier - dieses ist vergleichsweise hart. Eine weichere Variante wäre super. Zum anderen gab es die Bademäntel nur in einer Einheitsgrösse - welche für mich zu klein war.

- Ralf (9/5): Perfekt für einen Besuch der Innenstadt. - Die durchgängige Freundlichkeit des Personals ist wirklich herausragend gewesen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich. Eier etc. konnten nach Wunsch bestellt werden und wurden frisch serviert. Bemerkenswert war aber, dass wirklich bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit permanent aufgefüllt worden ist und wirklich nichts gefehlt hat. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist zwar modern gehalten, wirkt aber nicht sehr hochwertig (Metall...). Die Türe zum Badezimmer ist schon ziemlich angeschlagen gewesen.

We loved the paintings and sculptures everywhere. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. Parking was easy. The accommodation is not in the city center, but it is within walking distance, even with small children. -

- Aleksandra (10/5): - Lokacija hotela je na pjesackoj udaljenosti od centra u mirnom dijelu grada. Tramvajska stanica je 3 minute hoda. Osoblje je ljubazno i nasmijano. Hotel je cist i uredan, pun umjetnickih radova koji ga uljepsavaju. Dorucak je odlican. Kreveti su udobni, sobe prostrane, s balkonom. Vrlo kvalitetni sapuni i pjene za tusiranje. Dovoljno uticnica u sobi. Mozda mali prijedlog za koju dodatnu vjesalicu u kupatilu ( za rucnike)

- Lucia (10/5): - Besonders gefallen hat uns der großartige und geschmackvoll gestaltete Wellnessbereich: Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und Bereich mit Sauna/Dampfbad, Zitronenwasser und kleine Snacks sowie Badetücher sehr liebevoll bereit gestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffett war traumhaft, vor allem für Langschläfer*innen bestens geeignet weil bis um 12:00 offen. Auch unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Uhrturm ließ keine Wünsche offen =)
- Silvia (9/5): - Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist nur ca. 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und hell und das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut. Toll ist, dass man Sonntags bis 12 Uhr frühstücken kann. Interessante Kunstgegenstände in allen Räumen und im Außenbereich. Die Teeauswahl beim Frühstück muss man erfragen. Es wäre gut, wenn die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ersichtlich wäre und ein Samovar für das Teewasser zur Verfügung stünde.8

- Melinda (9/5): - Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Tágasak és elegánsak voltak a szobák. Valódi kortárs műalkotások mindenhol. Jól felszerelt volt a szoba és konyha, talán szalvétát és edényszárítót és érdemes lenne kihelyezni. Reggelinél külön kell jelezni, ha valaki gluténmentes reggelit kér, 5-10 percet kell rá várni.

- Veronika (10/5): Individuelles, sympathisches und gemütliches Hotel mit tollem Spa-Sport Bereich - Die Zimmer sind super ruhig und ich hatte sogar eine Terrasse! Sehr bequem war das Bett und was ich besonders mochte war die Sauna und der Fitnessbereich, ich war fast immer alleine da. Und das Pool ist natürlich auch toll, das hat auch nicht jedes Hotel. Ich mag auch die vielen Kunstwerke und Bilder und das Personal ist super nett, werde wieder dort buchen! Einziger kleiner Schönheitsfehler (ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau) ist, dass die Duschkabine etwas klein ausfällt und nicht 100% dicht war, aber da alles andere so toll war, hat es mich auch nicht gestört.

The city center can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our studio was large and clean, with fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. The spa and swimming pool are a nice plus and they are open 24 hours. Friendly staff. Easy underground parking and quick checkout.
