- Talalqahtani (1/5): Bad - lack of response to our calls and the inadequate cleaning of the apartment for more than 5 days. Additionally, the heaters in the apartment are not working properly, which has made our stay quite uncomfortable. We are disappointed with the level of service we have received, and this experience has been very unsatisfactory.

- Abdulaziz (4/5): Good for people with no bags and strollers - Location Only. The Property didn't meet my satisfaction for the following reasons: 1—The apartment is accessible through very high stairs. If you have bags and a child stroller, it will be difficult to get in and out easily. 2- The heater system was not functioning effectively. 3- One bathroom has no isolation, and it constantly freezes inside the bathroom. 4—The second room is located on the upper floor with high stairs, and you need to carry all your bags there. 5—The apartment is located in front of the hotel's main door, and it is noisy with too much traffic. 6- The apartment is located on top of some stores and offices and is uncomfortable. 7- Many cars and trucks are parked in front of the apartment. 8- I wish they had mentioned the stairs on access.

- Janine (7/5): Great central location in fabulous neighborhood with spacious living area. - Location of the apartment was excellent and the spacious living area was comfortable for four adults. The beds weren’t comfortable. Second bedroom is really only suitable for two small children or one adult. There is also minimal airflow in the second bedroom so in warm weather a fan is the only method of cooling the room. En-suite does not have a shower, toilet and basin only.
- Khalid (5/5): Small appartment only good thing was location which was near to oxford - Location was good. But the entrance was not good Entrance. Outside was a garbage box next to entrance. All Storage areas in the lane. Stairs to appartment were really narrow. Not safe for older people. Appartment otself had WC and sink only as ensuit. No shower. Bath with shower was outside for both bedrooms.
