• Alexandra (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Gemütliches kleines Apartment im Herzen von Hampstead. Sehr sauber und perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus/U-Bahn ganz in der Nähe. Das Schlafsofa ist für einen jungen Erwachsenen mit etwas mehr als Federgewicht nicht geeignet bzw. eher unbequem.

• Nathalie (7/5): Generous studio in leafy Hampstead - Hampstead area is lovely and the flat is near the underground station. The property is light and as an L-shape studio gives it a spacious feel. The front door is in a narrow short alley by restaurant bins. Then the appartement door is one floor up, for the loft space to be another flight of stairs.

• Bogna (10/5): - The flat was exactly as advertised. It was clean, the kitchen facilities and the shower were perfect. In the heart of Hamstead, safe and quiet location. The bed was comfortable too. It would benefit from an ironing board.
• Kate (9/5): Tidy clean apartment close to everything you could need - Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, the tube and buses. Very comfortable. Quiet at night. Good Wi-Fi. It’s above a restaurant so there is a bit of noise from staff coming and going but nothing that would make me not want to stay here again. There are two flights of stairs which are quite narrow and poorly lit. But it is an attic after all.

• Dayan (8/5): Lovely flat in the heart of Hampstead with a Ski Chalet vibe. Close to great shopping and restaurants, and The Heath, of - Excellent location in the heart of Hampstead Village. Very cute with lots of amenities. Wish we would’ve known about the hours and hours of piano music from the restaurant on the other side of the wall- the piano player has a great deal of stamina! We now know the entire Cole Porter/Andrew Lloyd Weber/Disney songbooks by heart. Could be worse-screamo maybe.

• Dan (9/5): Cozy attic in the heart of the village - Position A1 in the heart of Hampstead Village. Cute attic apartment that had both space and coziness combined. Very clean and well appointed Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, probably needs a thicker mattress.

• Andrea (8/5): - Location, nicely decorated, comfy bed. Just needed a few more items in the kitchen when you’re staying for a while. Frying pan, baking dish, bread knife, dustpan and brush would all be handy but not a crucial we managed.
• Izabela (10/5): A comfortable studio in a picturesque part of London - A very nice studio above a restaurant in Hampstead. Comfortable beds, a kitchen and a small table, a toaster and a great coffee maker plus a fridge, so we could easily prepare breakfast. We stayed there during a heatwave, but a ventilator was provided and it was also possible to open various windows to cool the space. The bathroom was clean and roomy, also with a window, well-ventilated so our towels dried quickly. The restaurant serves good meals and sometimes there are live piano performances - the music could also be heard from the studio which created a nice, summery atmosphere. There are many shops and cafes in the area and the tube station (Hampstead, Northern Line) is very close. We're hoping to come back one day!

• Julia (7/5): Schöne Lage, Abstriche bei den Details - Lage in Hampstead. Schönes Appartment. Der Müllraum von einem Gasthaus ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Es gibt sehr steile Stiegen zur Unterkunft. Für ältere Menschen und schweres Gepäck nicht geeignet! Das Kingsize Bett ist zwar bequem, aber nicht so breit wie ein Doppelbett. Es gibt nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke. Die Ausziehcouch ist als Bett eher ungeeignet, unbequem und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Gästebett zum Aufblasen dabei, auf dem unser Kind dann schlafen konnte. Zusammenfassend ist das Appartment nur für maximal zwei Personen geeignet.

• Amy (9/5): This is a lovely walk-up flat that is very tidy and well situated near Hampstead Heath and the Tube - The location is great and easily accessible from the Hampstead Underground station. There are a lot of cafes, shops, and amenities all in walking distance. There's also not one but two creperie stands and a pub literally steps from the front door. This is not the fault of the hostess but we were there in a heatwave and there is no air conditioning or a freezer for ice. We kept the shades pulled all day and opened windows at night. There is a fan but with very high temps in an attic it was still hot and sticky.

There are stairs to reach the flat so make sure that works for you. Sunny and bright flat, very well equipped, lots of natural light. This was a return stay, and we will stay here again.

• Tuesday (9/5): Great for a short break in a brilliant location. - Fabulous location in beautiful Hampstead. We had a great stay at the apartment.
• Craig (8/5): Hampstead living in tidy and comfortable studio - Excellent location right in the heart of Hampstead and close to the tube and number of excellent pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. Flat very clean and functional . I didn't cook during my stay so can't comment on that It was dark when I arrived and the automatic lights didn't stay on very long so it was a bit tricky getting in. Toilet seat was broken and welcome basket was nothing like the picture ( no Walkers shortbread !) . Quite a lot of daytime noise but it quietened down by 10

Just as a suggestion - a couple of pods for coffee machine and perhaps a dustpan and brush might be useful additions. Merely a thought.
• Alistair (10/5): Fantastic flat in the heart of Hampstead village. - The flat is brilliantly located, right in the heart of Hampstead and a very short walk from the tube. The flat itself is lovely: very spacious with a comfortable bed and well equipped including a Nespresso machine with pods. Nothing - it was great.
• Allan (8/5): Fantastic accomodation, clean light and well located we would definitely stay there again. - Apartment was clean, bright and extremely well located Steep stairs to get to apartment although it’s clearly advertised as a attic, just a note for people who may find climbing stairs challenging. The TV did not work, we contacted the host who was helpful, but still did not work after rebooting the router, we gave up trying to get it to work

Studio is above a charming Italian restaurant. I personally rather liked the piano music from there but noise sensitive people might not.

The owner was responsive and understanding. There are some steep stairs to the apartment, but this is to be expected with an attic.

The shower room was very comfortable and the kitchen adequately equipped. TV a very good size and easy to watch from the bed. We were surrounded by restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. It was an easy walk onto the Heath and to Parliament Hill. Nothing.

In addition,the owner Mrs. Alexandra is very friendly, helpful and on top of that , she is a social person. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit London. Everything was just perfect!!!
• Ian (10/5): An enjoyable and considered accommodation option ideally located in Hampstead Village - Excellent location, considered design and decoration, courteous host, and welcome treats left out for guests. The location means that you get the atmosphere of Hampstead Village.

Walking around Hampstead looking at shops, visiting iconic pubs and cafes… or walking on Hampstead Heath, we couldn’t have found a more perfect venue. We did all of the above and even went to the Everyman cinema 3 mins away and met friends at the fabulous Holly Bush pub for dinner. The flat itself is warm and very light . The bed was heavenly and great water pressure in the bathroom made my hubby happy after his runs on the Heath. Bus and tube on the doorstop. Bottles of bubbly, mineral water etc plus nibbles left as a treat. We will stay here whenever we are in London . In fact we’d like to live there! Hosts were extremely friendly and flexible. We asked a question about wifi and they replied within minutes. Such a great find. We loved our stay . Can’t think of anything ..

Close to public transport with many attractive and interesting places to visit within walking distance. Helpful yet discrete hosts, available when needed but not intrusive.

• Brandi (10/5): Lovely studio, great location - Lots of small thoughtful touches in the studio, from toothpaste to multiple types of tea to snacks to board games! Lots of bright light in the studio with the sky lights, and I especially loved the design bathroom. Only 3 minutes from Hampstead underground. Really enjoyed our 2 nights and would definitely return! A small bit of noise from downstairs in the evening, but nothing disruptive. A doormat and coat hooks near the stairs might’ve been nice for our wet garments due to all the rain we had during our stay.
