• Marshae (8/5): Overall, for the price and high quality area and location, I would stay again. - The location was very central for what we needed. Close to beach, restaurants, and great views The shower didn’t really have good water pressure and the jacuzzi tub is so massive that if you are short (like me), it’s difficult getting in and out. Also, the pool wasn’t open but we weren’t aware before booking.

• Monika (7/5): Wspaniała lokalizacja - Lokalizacja Apartament niestety nie jest przystosowany dla 4 osób – sofy w salonie nie są rozkładane, co znacząco obniża komfort pobytu. Proces meldowania jest bardzo dziwny i uciążliwy: nawet aby wejść na basen, trzeba okazać dowód tożsamości, a dodatkowo wykonywane są zdjęcia. Największym rozczarowaniem był jednak fakt, że pościel nie została wymieniona po poprzednich gościach, co jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne.
• Flores (7/5): Great location and amenities, but the room’s worn condition and poor finish work held it back. - The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. Although my room faced the main street and I would have preferred a river view, the overall stay was still enjoyable. I really appreciated having a full set of cooking utensils available, especially for the nights when I got tired of eating out, and the in-building laundry room was extremely convenient. However, the room itself was beginning to show noticeable signs of age and wear. The paint and caulking were poorly finished, which unfortunately took away from the otherwise nice setting and gave parts of the space the feel of an older Las Vegas motel. With a little refurbishment and attention to detail, the room could match the quality of the location and amenities.
• Mario (1/5): I might as well bought my own air mattress - Very clean False advertisement. The bed was on the floor! Literally a Mattress “ONLY” sitting inside of a bed frame On the floor! The bed was advertised as a normal bed in a bed frame with a box spring and mattress . I inform them I had knee and lower back issues & I wasn’t giving any accommodation, just a “Sorry” So I left the apartment

• Chernenko (1/5): Bed bugs - There were Bed bugs in the apartment. My whole body was bitten during the stay and I brought bed bugs home with me in my luggage. When me and Booking contacted property for a refund, they stoped responding to any kind of correspondence

• Joao (3/5): Dont recommend for more than 2 - Location Sofa in the living room was not a sofa bed. Really do not recommend for more than 2 people even if with kids. It should not be allowed to book for more than 2.

• Marc (8/5): Excellent ! Except for the minor issues mentioned - The property offers everything you require as a couple or single traveler. Blinds are not sufficient to keep the light in the morning. Safe is a must but that is missing at this property. Windows are not really sound proof so being at the busy Brickell Avenue gives some noise disturbance.

• Ulrik (1/5): All in all a very disappointing stay. I will not recommend staying here. - Location was decent. Everything else was not good. In order to move around the facility you need a key on you at all times and to use amenities you need an app. The apartment only provided one key and refused to provide another key for my family. The app used for the amenities stopped working on the last day which meant we couldn’t use any of the facilities (gym, pool etc.). The staff were unwilling to help, including the host. Finally, the apartment was not clean when we came.

There were more than 20 people in the queue sometimes (15 minutes waiting) The towels were crap and there were no pillowcases. Lightbulbs were different colors.

• Rae (9/5): Lovely place in a great location! Would stay again in the future! - This place is in an amazing location and it’s very walkable to close by eateries and shops. The apartment is as pictured - very nicely decorated and plenty of space Getting inside was tricky since we couldn’t locate the elevator fob and had to get the front desk staff to assist us when returning

• Alex (3/5): Great location, but otherwise abysmal. Avoid. - Location was great. Gym was good too. It was old and poorly maintained. The bed and sofas had stains. The kitchen and bathroom were filthy in some places e.g., the sofa had what looked like years worth of crumbs the middle parting of the sofa and we had to spend the first few hours of our trip cleaning the kitchen and soaking all kitchen equipment which was sticky and dirty. Also, there were blood stains on the bed sheet which is just not ok. My wife and I felt icky the whole time we stayed there.

• Matthew (5/5): Good unit. Unaccommodating and unreaponsive managers. There are better units with better managers in the building - Unit was clean and as advertised There was no key fob left for me which you need for the elevator. Apparently it was lost by a previous guest. That’s not their fault. However, I found the managers to be unresponsive and unaccommodating.
