• Kaia Teres Kvalvik (7/5): Fin leilighet med flott beliggenhet, men litt mangelfull rengjøring. - Praktisk og fin leilighet. Flott beliggenhet. Man kunne fint komme seg rundt både til fots og med kollektivtrafikk. Enkel inn og utsjekk, vi fikk rask og god hjelp på telefon når vi skulle sjekke inn og døren ikke åpnet seg. Dårlig renhold. Kunne også med fordel ha vært et bord i leiligheten. Var en benk med barkrakker og en frittstående sofa uten sofabord. Ellers var vi fornøyde.

• Blanka (10/5): great stay - The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to everything – shops, restaurants, and public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
• Rafał (9/5): Great apartment with great localization - Localization was great, bed super comfortable, and room very spacious. It took about 15-20 minutes by walk to be in main center and 10 minutes to train station. Despite apartment was very close to many restaurants and pubs it was quiet inside and of course closeness to those restaurants was absolutely positive thing as we can chose from many of them. Some of kitchen accessories was missing and it could it be more of them for expample frying pan, dishwashing sponge. There was dishwashing machine but no dishwasher tablets. Also I was not informed about necessarity of turning on hot water boiler, but after i figure it was off and turn it on everything was great and works perfectly. I understand that it is for energy saving but any information about it would be helpful. Both of those things are not impacting my overall note.
• Gabriel (5/5): Ok, but not so 'easy life' - The apartment is nice and modern, with all the amenities. Great location, within walking distance from the train station, but also the city center, with nice restaurants right around the corner. I also appreciated the customer support, they responded promptly even at 11pm on a Saturday. First issue: the apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The bed sheets were clean, but otherwise the floors were not vacuumed or mopped, there were dust bunnies on the night stands, crumbles on the couch, hair in the shower. 'Funny' though that there's a message on the door saying that you can get fined if you don't keep the apartment clean, but in our case it wasn't clean to begin with. We cleaned it up as much as we could, we also contacted the support and they sent somebody the next day who mopped the floors. Sincere appreciation here to the person answering the chat and doing problem solving at a late hour. Second issue: there was no hot water. When we contacted the support, we learned there's a water heater and just needed to give it some time. Here's my recommendation: it would be much more helpful to have a note that lets the customers know there's a boiler so they can plan accordingly, instead of that note with the fine. Last thing: when you first get there, you have to press a button on their website to open the main door to the building, and then get the keys. Of course, in my case, the button didn't work. I called the support and they responded promptly and opened the door remotely, but still, imagine you get there tired after a long trip, or it's raining, or you don't have coverage, and the button doesn't work. Here's my recommendation for this as well: please don't use a software solution if you can't validate that the function executed successfully or without some retry mechanism. It may look cool, but sometimes the simplest physical solutions are just more practical.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Im not first time rent property with Easylife ,they are always big professional with everything,I was made my reservation late afternoon and they let me to check in immediately,very easy ! Always available in any day what really very appreciated . Apartment are renovated and all inside are new ,on kitchen you have everything for cooking,situable for long duration of stay . District for people who want to be not far from city center and central station. Located just in the middle . Easy for parking.

• Marco (10/5): excellent stay on porta Venezia - Milan - excellent location , good looking and comfortable property one small issue: the key for the main entrance door (the building door) was missing, however after calling the propriety manager a key was quickly delivered - no major issues or disruption occurred (they do speak english)
