• Deimante (9/5): We are recommending. - It was quiet apartment. Close to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Walkable distance to most of all turista attractions. It was a bit noisy from walking street, but everything was ok.

The property itself is in great condition—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Francesco was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. His kindness and attention really made a difference. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again
• antonio (9/5): Impossible not to repeat. - Property was very nice. Amazing neighborhood, walking distance to almost every historic landmark, restaurants and stores. Impossible a better location. Francesco always available to assure everything went well, including excellent recommendations from restaurants to do's and dont's, as well as perfect coordination for my arrival and departure. Delicious coffee capsules. Will definitely stay again when coming back to Rome. A standard second set of towels would have been appreciated, though I didn't ask for them. Sure I would have got them if asked. Sometimes Ubers / Taxis might find it hard to arrive straight to the door.

Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας έδωσε μια πολύ χρήσιμη λίστα με μαγαζια για φαγητό. Τα δυο μπάνια στο διαμέρισμα πολύ χρήσιμα. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια πολύ καλά.

• Nigel (8/5): overall a very nice apartment in a great location - Great location, easy to access the main Rome attractions for tourists. The apartment is nice and tidy and well appointed. The hosts were very flexible and easy to contact & communicate with. The sofa bed is not good. The apartment is large enough to easily accommodate 4 people but the quality of the sofa bed is not up to an acceptable standard for what is being charged in the room rate. For a 6 night stay it would be better if a spare set of towels and spare toilet accessories were provided.

Nice restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is super clean, spacious, quiet having all the necessary staff for a great stay in Rome. Highly recommended and if we come again we will definitely stay there. Not to forget the apartment manager who welcomed us personally, gave nice recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Easy to find and had access to shops and stores nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, with a nice design and also had a kitchen with all the appliances to make our stay more pleasant. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t as perfect as everything else was the sofa bed. It wasn’t very comfortable and sometimes the neighbors would be loud during the night. The bed was close to the door so you could hear everyone on the steps outside.

Only one very slight negative, we used the sofa bed and although it looks the part as a sofa it is not as comfortable as a bed .

• Seng (8/5): strongly recommend to anyone who like big apt with 2 bath rooms - Ms Camy waited for us and show us the apt, she was very friendly and helpful, accomodate our request for more towels, the location was good near to spanish steps, and taxi stand very near so is easy for my mum to travel to all the attractions without walking and the room is really spacious with 2 bath rooms, it's the biggest apt we stay in italy and only apt with 2 bathrooms so we love this apt, Camy also help us book the taxi on the last day to the railway stn, very kind of her, I strongly recommend this apt to anyone ! there is no lift so very tiring for my elderly mum to climb the staircase everyday and the door is quite difficult to open

He met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked in the apartment (AC etc). He gave us instructions on how to get to the places we were interested in. at the end of our stay he came back to check us out and make sure we got into the taxi he ordered for us. I would definitely recommend this place. it was perfect for three people. it was clean and comfortable

No taxis needed as location is perfect - Although we had a 3 hour delay on arrival, the host was still able to make it and greet us at 1am in the morning rather than at 10pm. This was immensely appreciated, and the host was also very responsive to all messages sent and replied immediately. The service was exceptional and we truly appreciated this.

The location is just perfect, everything is within walking distance, the neighborhood is beautiful and there is immediate access to the metro. The whole experience was great. There is nothing missing. You really cannot ask for anything more.
