• Anonymous (8/5): great host, good location, a bit difficult to access the apartment. - The location is good and the hosts communicated very well. The apartment itself is very spacious. The rent is also good value for money. The apartment is not very accessible. You have to really do a workout to reach the apartment and if you have luggage, this is very very difficult. The rear entrance is more accessible but is full of garbage. The showers are quite small. And this is a matter of personal preference, but the bed had a spring mattress.

• Paul (3/5): Very challenging Accessibility - apartment itself is adequate but washer was broken down - apparently long term Entry to unit is virtually unaccessible to anyone with any mobility challenges. The listing should feature a prominent warning about accessibility!!!
• Alejandra (9/5): Nice experience - It is a big and clean apartment. Very comfortable. Also, it has a good location near stores and bars. It's not close to the downtown, but it's very well-connected by bus. It was not a problem for me, but it's important to consider that you need to use a stair for access. So, it's not comfortable for persons with disabilities.

• Jennifer (7/5): Good - Clean inside (the outdoor access was very dirty). The back entrance was not accessible when I arrived due to massive amounts of dumping and garbage. This was a problem since the access for this unit is really only accessed from the back with suitcases otherwise you need to go up two flights of stairs, through a door, then down another flight of stairs. The outside space needs to be maintained so at least it’s accessible. I did not like the property management. One day I was out and it had left all my belongings in the unit because I had no reason to worry (I thought) and I got a call saying that there was a leak and that maintenance needed to come and did they have my permission. I said not now can they come when I am home later on. I had valuables in the unit and there was no safe to protect them. They said that would not work and again asked me if they had my consent to go inside. I said no. Then they decided to say it was an emergency and they were going to go in anyway. Again, I said no. They said they were going in anyway, so I raced back from where I was and managed to meet maintenance as they were arriving. Apparently the unit below had said the day BEFORE there was a leak. It was not currently happening, there was NO emergency. Maintenance also said it couldn’t have come from my unit. The whole thing rubbed me entirely the wrong way.
