• Debra (8/5): A great apartment in a good location, we would stay there again! - It suited two couples really well, with the common area separating the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Really comfortable beds and good linens. Fairly well appointed kitchen. One shower had warm but not hot water. In need of paint touch-ups. Would have liked more comfortable living room furniture, perhaps a second lounge chair in the living room.

• Leon (3/5): - Location was good and the bedrooms and baths were better than acceptable There was no welcoming brochure with need-to-know information such as the Wifi password. It took about 24 hours to get it. The living room furniture was poor. The sofa had you sitting about 15" off the floor—only one other chair. The electrical outlet in the master bath is coming off the wall. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The TV had Sling TV with no instructions. The living room carpet was stained and filthy.
• Lynne (1/5): Disgraceful. Do not book this property. - There were absolutely no positives in this property. It was absolutely filthy. We could not stay at the property, due to the poor state. We had to leave and stay in a hotel.
• Alain (9/5): Appartement de qualité et fonctionnel - Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, calme et spacieux. Excellente literie des 2 chambres. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec grand frigo et cuisinière de qualité. Emplacement bien situé. Le personnel - bien que physiquement absent - à su répondre à toutes nos demandes et rapidement. Merci à eux. Le matelas King size se dégonflait pendant la nuit.
• Flavia (7/5): - Da localização e do tamanho do apartamento e apesar de não ter utilizado a cozinha, do fato de ser bem completa Do fato de que quando procuramos no booking um lugar para 4 pessoas com 4 camas terem informado que seria assim, mas na realidade eram 2 camas e 2 camas infláveis que não cabiam nos quartos e não eram cômodas como os colchões. O sistema de portaria com aplicativo é ruim. Nós conseguimos check out tardio e apesar de nos terem dito que os códigos seriam mantidos foram suspensos no horário do check out inicial e foi muito complicado entrar em contato com o pessoal do apartamento para nos mandarem outro código. Não atendiam o telefone e tive que pedir para uma pessoa amiga ligar. Muito estressante.
• Sarah (10/5): Perfect property in a perfect location - The apartment felt very safe and secure. Communication between us and the host was great, anything we asked they were quick to answer and even gave us advice on how to get around and how best to get to the airport. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was a great location, all the sites were easily accessible by subway and some were even close enough to walk. Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time visiting New York!
• Vanina (10/5): La tranquilidad para refugiarse de la intensidad de Manhattan. - El departamento es amplio, cómodo, sobrio y luminoso. El barrio muy residencial, con varios comercios abiertos 24hs. Más silencioso que el resto de Manhattan. Accesos mediante app muy sencillos y prácticos para que cada huésped pueda moverse con independencia. La verdad nada nos disgustó. Podría tener un poco más de menaje de cocina.
