• Zheng (5/5): Exaggeration about the room size , it's not 505sqf - The service persons were very helpful and responsive. The location is convenient. The room has basic required facilities. The most disappointing part about this stay is the room/apartment size: 505 sqf listed on booking.com , however, measureed approximately length by width, the whole apartment is about only 300 sqf (and many spaces were occupied, so make the usable space even smaller, hard to move around). This is a serious misleading, I thought l booked a much bigger room, made this stay very uncomfortable.

• apgoncalv (7/5): Bonne localisation et séjour tranquille - Situé dans ChinaTown, juste en face de plusieurs restos, la rue n'est vraiment pas très propre, néanmoins l'immeuble est propre (l'entrée sent bon) et sécurisé (portier). L'appartement est correcte, Très bien équipé: lave-linge, séchoir, fer à vapeur, sèche-cheveux, etc...Super bien situé à deux pas de Darling Harbour et à 2 ou 3 arrêts de CBD. L'hôte est bienveillant et m'a laissé une surprise la veille de notre départ: du chocolat australien! La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous!: bcp de poussière sur les meubles/plantes artificielles et il ne vaut mieux pas regarder sous le lit! La déco est qque peu kitch, le couvre-lit et le couvre canapé tachés.
• Annette (7/5): Good location, average room. - The location is excellent, walking distance to Sydney highlights. The room is quiet and air conditioned. The property manager communicated clearly and responded to messages quickly. The room needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The bed broke when i (60kg) sat on it, with the frame having completely snapped prior. To his credit, the manager responded quickly with two handymen who worked till almost midnight to repair the bed. Accidents happen, but a well maintained property should not have this issue. There was a nasty stain on the fold out sofa bed covered by a cloth, wear and tear not reflected in the photos which are evidently out of date. The property manager asks you to sign a paper when you collect the keys to say you approve of the cleanliness of the room, which made us feel uncomfortable. When we asked about a discount for our interrupted first night of sleep the manager told us no, as the owner has cancer. While this is a sad thing, it is not relevant to the renting of the property and quite a manipulative thing to say.
• Brigette (10/5): Perfect for a couple of single looking to stay close to everything. - The place was clean and comfortable and close to everything. Perfect location if you need to go to the ICC, harbour or the city - all within a short walk. Also - the owners were very responsive and answered all my question within an hour. Met us at the apartment to go through everything which was awesome. The only thing that wasn’t comfy was the sofa bed - my 12yo found it really uncomfy as there is a wooden bar across your back (like most sofa beds). Other than that - no complaints.

• Maxime (7/5): Fijne locatie maar vanwege de hygiëne zou ik het niet nogmaals boeken. - De locatie en het bed was ook prettig. De hygiëne. Het ventilatierooster was extreem vies. Zelfs na de professionele schoonmaak waar wij extra voor moesten betalen, leek er alsnog extreem veel schimmel te zitten. Ik merkte het ook aan mijn luchtwegen. Er miste wat dingen in het appartement die wel in de advertentie stond. Zoals een koffiezetapparaat en een strijkijzer.
• Caroline (7/5): Initiative Test to find it! - Decor was interesting and quirky. Small kitchen with microwave and fridge was useful. Location was not at all clear. Wrong address was given and the name Vintage Charm Oasis doesn't appear anywhere!

• Sandra (9/5): Cozy apartment with very friendly host. - The apartment had everything we needed, e.g. microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, washer, dryer, hair dryer, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies etc. The location is great and walkable to all major attractions of the city. Street is quiet, despite the number of restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. For 3 people with 3 suitcases it was very very tight (with the sofa bed in use). No space to eat properly together or to store clothes and suitcases of everyone.

Hosts provided their direct phone contact number, met me on arrival as arranged and provide verbal advice on use of facilities Location was fine. Quiet, with easy walking access to transport and many eateries. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were OK Bed was comfortable. Unsatisfactory facilities to work with laptop. Very narrow area between bed and window in which to work. Small side table too low to work at without having my elbows on my knees. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine. Not a familiar Nespresso machine. Finally gave up on second attempt. Insufficient coffee pods for the time booked. No starter milk supplied. Microwave was old/tired. Rotation plate was was not set properly and had to be cleaned underneath. Location of facilities within the room would make it more liveable Power-board with short lead and location of chairs/side table as the only work space made it unsuitable for business use. Sofa and rug a bit tired.

• Jing (9/5): Great location with lovely hospitality. - Great location, very friendly and caring hosts. Nathan the landlord have gone extra miles for planning our Sydney trips as well as bringing the maximized WiFi from his own home to us. He also kindly expanded our staying time to noon to enable us to have longer relaxing time before we leave the room. It was a little confusion on the street number of the address at the beginning. To avoid the confusion, make sure that you keep in touch with the landlord through booking.com app.

• Dennis (10/5): Verynice - Easy access to public transport and supermarket, not too far from main part of city. The drier wasn't working but the managers resolved the problem quickly.

• Larissa (10/5): Great central location with secure parking - We drive to Sydney from interstate, the parking was perfect for this scenario. Communication with the hosts was prompt and easy. Jason met us at the property to hand us the keys, helped us with luggage and showed us around the apartment. It was a prime location as my office was around the corner at World Square and eating options plentiful at the door step. I would definitely stay at this property again.
• Tahlia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment. Very close to the city cbd and the train lines. Made it easy to get around Sydney while on holiday. In the middle of china town with the nicest food Tv was hard to work and wouldn’t connect to the wifi

Very clean, convenient, and with so many yummy restaurants downstairs and just a 5-minute walk to Darling Harbour and major train/tram stations. Ideal for exploring the city. The host was also quite friendly and warmly greeted us at the check-in. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.
