• Makokis (8/5): The host and the cleaning lady were very kind and understanding, and easy to communicate with. - It has a nice balcony view. I like that the place has good natural lighting during the day. The parking wasn’t the best. You had to find a good spot before the end of the day otherwise you’d be stuck parking down the street.

• Chantel (1/5): They Stole My 200 Deposit and said it was because the cat poke a hole in the mesh and they need to replace it - - I was uncomfortable the whole time . They stole my deposit -gave me the most ridiculous excuses - the cat poked a hole in a mesh ( whet did I pay $100 extra cat fee for and tried to accused me of spilling Liquoud that damage the headboard .. ( there’s no way you are eating that piss smelling room They room smells like pee, I had to buy baking soda and cover the room to hide the sent, The maid lives on the property and ministers you 24/7 The door closes by itself so you get locked out … ALOT. I think they have bigger fish to fry that a hole a cat poked in a mesh .
• Chantel (1/5): Refused To Return my $200 deposit blaned it on my cat poking a hole in the mesh, even tho I paid $100 pet fée - The bed smells like pee, had to use my own purchase sheets and baking soda to hide the odor. Maid lives in property and monitors your every move . Not sure how she even knew the cat touched the mesh if she isn’t stalking me .
• Grant (6/5): Pleasant - Communication with the owner was fairly clear and fairly quick. The location is fairly good for non drivers, as there's a bus that connects to the LRT in about 20 minutes. Things were superficially clean, other some of the shelves could benefit from a deeper clean. The kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and kitchen utensils. There were some things advertised that were not delivered with the facilities, or that were somewhat misleading. There was no laptop safe, no balcony, and part of the house and yard are still under construction. Although a washer and dryer are advertised, it is not clear that each load costs five dollars until you arrive. The owner did give us one free load, as a family of three staying for several nights. Similarly, some small and inexpensive touches could make this place feel a little classier! There is no shampoo in the shower, only anti-bacterial hand soap! The kitchen could be slightly enhanced by leaving some kind of cooking oil. The main reason for this review not being higher, however, is the noise level. Somebody complained to the owner about our family, even though we were in bed by 9 p.m. and up at around 8 a.m every day, as well as spending much with the day away from the accommodation. Every night, we could hear the people walking and cooking in the unit above us well after 10 pm. The TV in our room was turned on a couple times on two different nights by someone trying to connect to Apple TV. Overall, I'd recommend this place, but with the knowledge that the website info is a bit misleading and that it's a fairly noisy unit.
• Diana (5/5): Honest review - The bed in main bedroom was ver comfortable. The washroom has lots of room. Please read and re read instructions before getting their. I had issues finding them and my phone was dead, tried calling the host and didnt answer. The washer does not come with instructions and the app wasnt working. The app charged me 3 times and didnt work, but the host was kind enough to give me my money back. The pictures are not how it looks in real life at all. Also, unless the host turns on the heat it is very cold, and we werent allowed to make noise until after 4pm even though they have a piano in the living room that takes up half the space.
• Pamela (4/5): What a JOKE!!! - Nothing Hard to find. Over charged! Rude and absolutely for the price of 96$ will stay in a hotel where the laundry is free this person charges for laundry and advertises that they have a washer and dryer but negates to say they are paying per use. It's just a matter of semantics however, if it was advertised as pay-per-use I would have happily paid and use it. I didn't have dirty laundry to Wash anyways. I just chuckled when I seen it but I guess it was another thing to gouge. Would never stay here Ever again. When initially I went to book it said 64$ I thought what a Price on after all was said and done. I looked at my credit card charge and it was over $94 and change. I went to speak with the owner and you told me basically tough luck.

This made preparing meals super easy. We really appreciated that none of the bedding used scented products in the laundering.

• Behr (1/5): Bad - Location These guys tried to claim my 1 dog pooped 30x in their yard when we only stayed 2 nights. Also the poop he is complaining about is frozen and covered in snow when it was dry the whole time we were there. Asked for money outside of the app and threatened to kick us out in the middle of our stay even though I had already paid for my stay. No where in the app does it state there is a pet fee. The owner harassed me on Christmas day dinner. I will be making sure customer service deals with these scammers.

• Rezahrb (1/5): Bad - Regrettably, no progress has been made, resulting in a significant loss of time Upon arrival, the property owner contacted me and offered a shared hostel room instead of the booked accommodation, citing roof leaks as the reason for unavailability. This claim is questionable, as there was no rain or snow that day, and Everywhere was almost dry; great weather. They offered an alternative 20-minute taxi ride away. Following a lengthy discussion, a refund was issued directly to my bank account, bypassing the booking platform. This situation bears resemblance to a prior incident in Poland, where an additional credit card was requested. In the end, much of my time was wasted finding a new place and moving to another part of the city, causing excessive stress. Because I believe fake stars or reviews for this property

Entertainment is very outdated (vhs or dvd) visible damage . I had to shovel the walks myself, we were there two days .

• Caroline (9/5): Just what we needed - The property was easy to locate with Google Maps. The owner texted me instructions and a door code on the morning of our arrival. The property is in a quiet location and there was plenty of parking right outside the door which made bringing bags inside easy. I would best describe the small, comfortable space as a home away from home. It had a very comfortable feeling and there was everything we needed and more; kitchenette, bedroom, large bathroom and laundry facilities and a living room area with tv and sofa. For the price this place was awesome. The only downside was the shower head that seems to be fixed and in an awkward position.

This reminded me of a cabin my family used to stay at in Castle Mountain. The host was quick to get back to me and answered any questions I had. Possibly, park on the side of the house whereby the gate will be on your right. Go through the gate, up the stairs ….
• Kenneth (9/5): As above nice place. I’ll stay again!!! - Quiet,clean,and affordable. Perfect for what I was looking for. If I need a place to relax this would definitely be at the top for choice. Only reason not to would be the look for variety but this would be hard to beat for all the reasons I listed thank you. Battery’s in the remote where dead asked for new ones. He got old ones to work but they died shortly after he left we tried to buy new ones at the seven Ellen down the road they didn’t sell batteries anymore. Next time just supply new batteries, barely worth the argument.
