• Chicherl (5/5): Apartamento que resuelve, pero para no repetir - Que está a 10-15 minutos de Camden Town y de varias paradas del metro. La cama era cómoda y la cocina estaba equipada. Ideal para ahorrar un poco en gasto en comida al poder cocinar o desayunar y cenar tras salir durante el día y haber recorrido la ciudad. Algunos muebles están rotos o a punto de romperse. Había cosas personales de los propietarios en armarios y cajones (algo que no me parece bien si lo tienes como alojamiento turístico). El agua de la ducha sólo salía caliente o muy caliente y no se podía regular con la llave de agua fría. Y lo peor fue que desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, no pudimos disfrutar del WiFi ni de la televisión al estar vinculada al funcionamiento del router. Avisamos al propietario o gestor del alojamiento mediante Booking y no nos resolvió el problema. Sólo se limitó a responder que probara a conectarlo y a desconectarlo, algo que hice y probé en diferentes ocasiones, pero en ningún momento funcionó. Puede ser porque realmente no tienen WiFi en el apartamento y te engañan o porque hubo un problema técnico que en ningún momento de molestaron en resolver. No fueron capaces de pedir disculpas al final por generarnos este problema que nos tuvo sin Internet y sin tele toda nuestra estancia. Y con el precio que pagamos por dos noches, creo que todo debería estar bien y funcionar con normalidad. Y si no es así, solucionarlo lo antes posible. Una auténtica decepción, ya que nos sentimos estafados e ignorados con esto. Deberían habernos respondido en cada momento. Sólo lo hicieron al principio. Deberían pedir disculpas y compensarnos de alguna manera económicamente o ampliando el horario del Checkout, que es muy temprano, a las 10 am. Otra cosa que no me gustó nada fue que el checkin era muy tarde, a las 4 pm. Y que si quieres entrar antes, tienes que pagar más y te cobran por hora. Con lo que pagas por noche, ya podrían ser menos rastreros y más flexibles. Por último, las instalaciones del edificio están descuidadas (también la terraza del apartamento) con las escaleras sucias y obstáculos en los pasillos. Cuando vuelva a Londres, no repetiré en este alojamiento. No lo recomiendo por las razones que he comentado, a pesar de que sea una aparente buena opción para familias.

• Neil (8/5): Great value, very clean accommodation. - Great value, very clean accommodation. A good base for exploring London. The flat is tucked away in a very quiet residential area.
• Lee (7/5): good and convenient. - location is 3-5 min from my daughter accommodation. Therefore is very convenient for us. since they are 3 of us, so my hubby has to sleep on the sofa.

• Auriane (8/5): Great place for a short stay in London - - Great location, easy to find with the instructions given on video - The flat was super neat and well furbished, especially the bathroom (incredible shower!) - We had no trouble finding the towels, bath products and linen for the extra bed in the living room, as well as all the necessary items in the kitchen - Quick answers from Guy, the owner, through Booking messaging system, no matter the subject - The balcony was great to get some fresh air - We had some trouble getting the keys (lockbox not easy to open, and not the colour announced, so we thought it was not the right one, but no other lockbox around), and the phone number given for help never answered though we were in an hour when it was supposed to be (calls and texts). Hopefully, Guy answered quite quickly through Booking and by forcing a bit we got the lockbox opened ! - One thing could be improved when someone has to sleep in the livingroom : adding a curtain to the main door (or the living room door). These doors are both partially glass doors, and the light coming from the outside corridor never turns off, so there is always light in the living room... We used a blanket on the living room door to partially block the light - It's not a terrace, but a small balcony : only 2 people can fit in
