• Janyce (9/5): Calm and cosy - Very pleasant experience : peaceful balcony, quiet neighbours. Close to Bruckner University. The flat is very nice and allows a calm and focus space if you need to work or wish to relax after a intense day. I highly recommend it

• Stamenkovic (10/5): Will come again, again, again ... - All was perfect. Communication was in German, instead of English. Netflix was not signed in, so I have to use my credentials, so that was not a bonus but the availability is there at least due to modern TV set used.

• Petra (8/5): - Ausstattung Die Angaben zur Schlüsselbox waren ungenau. Es gab zwei, wir wussten nicht, welche für unser Apartment die richtige war.Außerdem checkten wir am Abend ein und konnten trotz der Taschenlampe vom Handy die Zahlen nicht erkennen, weil diese viel zu klein waren.Eine Einstellung der Zahlenkombi durch Drücken von Tasten wäre für ältere Menschen hilfreicher.Zum Glück kam gerade ein freundlicher Nachbar aus dem Haus, der uns half.

• Sonja (10/5): Klein, Fein und Ruhig. Ein Anker in der Hektik! - Klein und Fein. Es hat alles funktioniert. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Noch dazu machten die Vermieter es möglich, dass wir früher als ausgemacht in das Apartment konnten, was auf uns deutlich endstressend wirkte. Zudem ist die Lage des Apartments, absolut ruhig. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Einzig die Plastikstühle sind ein wenig unbequem, wenn man sich "hinein lümmeln" möchte. So wie in einen Sessel. Macht nichts, haben wir ausgehalten. Ansonsten alles gut und sehr empfehlenswert. UND - wir bekamen einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das war super! Danke für Eure Hilfe bezüglich Anreisezeit. Wir kommen sicher wieder. In den 2 Tagen haben wir keine Antwort zu dieser Frage gefunden.

• KS (8/5): Kurztrip Linz - Die Lage des Apartments, war sehr ruhig. Von der Altstadt ca. 7-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt, in der Nähe befand sich ein Unimarkt. Das Apartment wurde modern eingerichtet - alles stimmig, von den Möbeln bis hin zur Deko :) Man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Parkplätze befanden sich direkt neben dem Apartment, man hat immer einen Platz bekommen auch zur späteren Stunde [musste man paar Schritte mehr laufen, aber war nicht schlimm ;) ] Was leider ein Kritikpunkt war, bei der Küche, die mit paar Sachen bestückt war (Gläser, Tassen, Messer, etc) , jedoch befand sich im Besteckkasten keine einzige Gabel nur ein paar Messer. Aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

• Iva (10/5): - A beautiful and charming studio located in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. The hosts were exceptionally kind and provided us with comprehensive information about practically everything we needed. We are leaving the accommodation with a heavy heart, as we truly enjoyed our stay in Linz. We are already planning to return, at least for a weekend.
