- Santeramo (2/5): Purtroppo esperienza deludente, la casa non rispecchia quanto mostrato online. - Le foto pubblicate danno un’idea totalmente diversa dalla realtà: sembrava un appartamento fresco di ristrutturazione, ordinato e accogliente, ma appena arrivati abbiamo capito che non era affatto così. Sul grande terrazzo, ad esempio, abbiamo trovato uno stendino rovesciato dal vento con delle lenzuola stese, il che ha dato subito un'impressione trascurata. Il secondo bagno, quello in camera, è stato ricavato da una rientranza del terrazzo: molto freddo e con una finestra senza tende che affaccia direttamente sulla porta-finestra dell’altro bagno (separati solo da un vano lavatrice). All'interno, una parete in vetro satinato collega visivamente i due bagni, con effetti di ombre tutt’altro che gradevoli, soprattutto per chi – come me – soggiornava con una collega. L’intimità è praticamente inesistente. Anche il ritiro delle chiavi è stato caotico: le indicazioni iniziali erano sbagliate, e abbiamo dovuto fare almeno tre tentativi e restare costantemente al telefono per riuscire a trovare la cassetta giusta. Avevamo inoltre richiesto e pagato un terzo letto aggiuntivo per il soggiorno, ma al nostro arrivo non c’era. È stato consegnato solo verso le 21, mentre noi eravamo già fuori per cena. Per concludere, in due diverse occasioni l’ascensore è rimasto bloccato, costringendoci a salire sette piani a piedi. Un soggiorno complicato sotto molti punti di vista: sicuramente non tornerò e non mi sento di consigliare questa casa.
