- Kurt (9/5): Superb - Claudia was very nice and helpful
- Lucía (10/5): Great location - The apartment is located on the ground floor, with only one step down at the entrance and one step up to enter the apartment. The location is great, close to Termini train station and the Colosseum.
- Zuzana (3/5): I love Rome, the Monti quarter is excellent, close to metro too. If you only need to sleep and go it’s probably ok becau - Its central location. Claudia was kind and responsive (except for a request for a later check-out, where she simply stopped communicating instead of replying - was very strange). It’s not even an appartment…is is a groundfloor small place divided by a wall that does not go all the way up to separate bedroom and kitchen. It has two tiny windows (one in the yard), you can hear everything (badly isolated). The place is extremely humid!! No dehumifier available… very dark place. The bed was not properly dressed, just sheets but no blanket (despite visiting in February). Very small heating. When more than 1 appliance was on thr current collapsed (heating + hair dryer for example…) I would have appreciated to know all this in advance 😢😢
- Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, Claudia made us feel so welcome. She was an exceptional host—always available whenever we needed anything and incredibly kind and helpful. Communication with her was effortless, and she went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience possible. She even gave us amazing restaurant recommendations, and every single one was a fantastic choice!
The apartment itself is an absolute gem—cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Rome. The location could not have been better! Just a short 5-10 minute walk from the Colosseum, we were able to reach many of the city’s major landmarks on foot, which made sightseeing so convenient. Additionally, metro stations were only 5-15 minutes away, giving us quick and easy access to the rest of the city.
Having such a well-located and charming apartment, combined with an outstanding host like Claudia, truly made our trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome, this is it! We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
- Seth (8/5): Very good -
- Sandi (1/5): Basic, no aircon as advertised - The host did try and was communicative through the process to check in after delayed flights. We actually could not physically stay there. We arrived at night but the room was so hot we could not stand to be in there for more than 10 minutes at a time while we tried to work out a solution. The advertised "air conditioning" was actually a portable unit that blew twice as much hot air as cold into the space. We asked to be charged one night and left cash for the tourist tax but were charged the full amount even though we did not go further than put our bags in the front door while we tried to find a solution. It is a very basic, very small, uncomfortable space that was not very clean. (insect droppings on kitchen floor)
