• Guest (10/5): - The apartment was walking distance to St Mark’s Square with the added convenience of being in a non-congested neighborhood with the locals and plenty of restaurants. The concierge service was superb. They coordinated our water taxi service to and from the train station and the airport. Highly recommend. Can’t think of anything.

• Patti (7/5): Great location and beds comfy. But if looking to sleep it is very hot! - Washing machine great. Location great. Beds and showers nice. A/C AWFUL. Hard to sleep because it was so hot in the apartment. Fuse box had to be reset every 45 minutes to make A/C to work. Didn’t like that I had to provide my birthdate and birth place and had to write down my passport number. That is a huge privacy violation

• Jacalyn (10/5): Felt like a Venetian home—Very relaxing and enjoyable. - It was lovely new apartment with very comfortable beds. All the furniture was very nice as well. there are six windows facing a canal and a piazza. We felt like we were living in Venice. I even perched out of the window to say bonjourno to a passing gondolier. You can really enjoy the feel of Venice from this lovely apartment. The surrounding neighborhood had many very good restaurants with friendly and fun staff and owners. The piazza often was filled with different groups of people (tours) but they didn’t stay long. Musicians were playing and singing frequently. Lovely! Everything was great! I even hate to give such a rave review because I may never be able to get a reservation again in the future.
• Peter (8/5): Great place but the remote host did nothing above the bare minimum which was disappointing. - The property was lovely and well located. The person who did our check in was also very nice. A late check in - extra money. Can you put a small welcome pack (which we will pay for) in the apartment as we arrive late - No Check out at 10 - can we delay - No No directions to find a very hard to find apartment.

• Spiro (4/5): Great location - It was central Enough space for 5 family members Shower door locked had to leave our amenities in there We rang no one attended Kitchen was bare minimal No laundry access One towel each for the whole week It stated there was air conditioning in the apartment to be conveniently told both systems didn’t work?

• Jessica (10/5): The apartment was clean, beautiful and one of the rooms had a great view. - I loved that it was super clean and welcoming. I didn’t like the walk up or the journey there. I wish I would have been told which public water boat stop was closest when I booked it as a courtesy. Figuring Venice out and getting to the hotel was a difficult ordeal that could have been easily avoided had directions been provided.
