• Christiana (5/5): Great location, but a lot of damage. - Location was fantastic. Decor was nice. And it had a balcony which was good. The shower head was broken and held up by a purple hair-tie. The shower mixer was broken and kept falling off the wall. Lots of scuffs on the wall and blinds frayed. The beds were clean and linen clean, but the windows dirty and floors weren't very clean. No milk for coffee, like little mini long life milks arent hard to supply. No wine glasses at all. I wasnt expecting them to request an additional $300 as a damages deposit (apparently it was in the fine print) they sent me a link for the money outside of the booking.com app which just seemed dodgy so I had to spend ages trying to get booking.com on the phone to see if it was a legit request. And then for us to get there and there was so much damage, which they hadn't mentioned or given any kind of compensation for. I would have expected that they would waive the $300 damages deposit at least by way of compensation for the fact the shower was quite broken.
• Neko (8/5): I like the location, 5 mins walk to the sourthern cross station, the washing machine is convenient. - The bed is very clean, kitchen is convenient with microwave, refrigerator. The view from balcony is great! The shower pressure is too low.
• Kavee (8/5): Good location and clean good view too - The room was well maintained. The location was very good easy to go anywhere in Melbourne. Just a block away from south cross station. Tram ride is just at the door steps. Everything is good except for some point such as shower holder broke and the water tap in the shower also didn’t fasten. It fell down several times. Also for ten nights stay, shouldn’t there be more towels?

• Martin (9/5): I would stay here again! It is in prime and safe location! - Location is close proximity to places we wanted to visit. It is close to Southern Cross. The apartment was clean and nice. The building is new and we felt safe. Basic ameneties were available and convenient. The view from the apartment was lovely and overlooking the river. Hand Shower/shower head needs fixing but still functional. Washing machine seal is mouldy, just needs a thorough clean. Traffic noise can be loud but not a big deal.

• Anastasia (9/5): Superb - I stayed here with my partner and some family and it was such an incredible stay! The apartment was very clean upon arrival, had excellent amenities (washer, dryer and kitchen utensils) and was in the most perfect location (5-7 min walk to Southbank, 5 min walk to train station, less than 5 min walk to a 7-Eleven). The balcony view was gorgeous and the host was very accomodating throughout the entirety of our stay :)
