• Romans (7/5): - The location is good: the metro is 5 minutes away, and there are supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The central station is about a 15–20 minute walk away. It is quiet at night. The gate key (turquoise) and the key for the apartment entrance door (red) work poorly — it is very difficult to unlock the doors. There is an electricity issue: the kitchen power outlet does not work at all, so we have to carry the coffee machine to another place; the outlet in the bedroom near the entrance is broken. The air conditioner is not working properly and only blows warm air — the apartment temperature was 28–29°C, making it impossible to sleep. There is still no kettle, so we have to heat water in a pot.
• Victor (6/5): - Месторасположение, рядом метро и центральный вокзал Centrale Достаточно чисто в квартире, есть посудомоечная машина. Персонал, такое ощущение, что им не нравилось, когда к ним обращаешься с проблемой. У нас не работал фен, они сказали снять с него переходник. Но дело в том, что без переходника его нельзя включить в розетку в ванной комнате. Мы останавливались на 7 ночей, уборка не входит в стоимость, если заказывать уборку, то стоит 100 евро. Также смена постельного белья и полотенец стоит 25 евро и не входит в стоимость. В ванной комнате очень плохо работает слив. Не стали обращаться к персоналу, после опыта с феном( Сама ванная могла бы быть чище. На плитке и форсунках ванны налет из ржавчины. Почему то была только одна таблетка для посудомоечной машины. Когда путешествуешь, как-то не получается с собой подобные вещи возить, всегда рассчитываешь, что такие расходники есть в апартаментах

• Diandra_B (10/5): Прекрасные чистые апартаменты недалеко от жд вокзала - Расположение прекрасное! Пешком от Central station 15 минут. Апартаменты очень чистые. Прекрасный матрас на кровати и хороший удобный раскладной диван. Отличное постельное белье! Из посуды есть почти все необходимое. В 300м большой супермаркет Conad. На соседей улице маленькая пиццерия, где при тебе пекут очень вкусную пиццу. До ценра доходили пешком, это минут 40. Огромное спасибо за пакетики с маслом и уксусом, сахар и чай. Очень приятно! Апартаменты двухэтажные (на верхнем этаже можно только чемоданы разложить, но и если есть желание - поработать за столом. Основные комнаты внизу. Лестница довольно крутая и длинная, вряд ли пожилым будет удобно, имейте в виду. За исключением просто пожеланий, всё в общем прекрасно! Мы довольны! Спасибо! Это не жалобы, это пожелания: - Очень не хватало электрического чайника. Приходилось кипятить воду в кастрюле, а заварочный чайник привезли с собой. - Ну и с рюмками было бы приятно) Все-таки Италия, вкуснейшее вино ) - Пожалуйста, вместе с инструкцией, как попасть в апартаменты и пользоваться ими, напишите какого цвета ключ от какой двери. Это бы очень помогло! Ключей много, пришлось перебирать все. А потом просто в заметки записали ) - С выключателями электричества полная неразбериха. Может хоть какие-то наклейки над кнопками сделать или в инструкции прописать? Было бы классно! - Ну и требование оставить апартаменты в идеальном состоянии, в каком их и получили, при цене за уборку в 100 евро считаем завышенными.

• Anca (7/5): - Its a nice place, but its a bit far from Central station and you need to change the toilet seat!!! Its YELLOW not white anymore! The bathtub needs to be changed also. I tried to iron some clothes and i almost hurt myself with the ironing board because its broken.
• Pierre (10/5): Bonne adresse pour visiter Milan - Assez proche de la gare centrale (comptez quand même 15 mn de marche), ou un arrêt de métro Appartement très calme bien équipé, des petites attentions facilitent le séjour comme des sachets de sucre ou de sel, des échantillons d'huile, qui évitent de faire des courses Proche du métro pour accéder à toute la ville en quelques minutes Commerces très proches, on trouve aussi toutes sortes de restaurants J'ai eu du mal à régler le chauffage, on a eu un peu froid.

• Tobias (10/5): - Sauberes und modernes Appartment in ruhiger Lage. Anreise unkompliziert und wirklich gut gelegen. Nahe am Bahnhof und an einer Metrostation.
• Sarang (8/5): Lovely apartment with short walk access to Metro station - Very stylish apartment with easy 9 min walk access to Loretto Metro station M1/M2. Grocery store Tuday is just around the corner which is very handy. Beds are comfy and the sheets were clean. Great to have TV set to keep kids occupied after a long walk. Kitchen amenities are sufficient for short stays. Shower areas and tub borders and jets are catching mould and needs a deep clean. For 3 individuals, staying for 5 days having just 2 tissue rolls is not enough. I bought few more !

Μικρό θέματα με το μπάνιο,καλύτερο θα ήταν να είχε καινούρια ντουζιέρα παρά μια παλιά μπανιέρα.Το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου,χρειάζεται αλλαγή πετάει το νερό ανομοιόμορφα,δεν παροχετεύεται σωστά το νερό της μπανιέρας.

• Emma (9/5): Great stay - Lovely apartment in a quiet area. Ten minutes into the centre on the nearby metro from Loreto and a ten min walk to the Central Train Station. Communication was good. Instructions to get in were great. All done remotely with video instructions for key pick up and apartment entry, but we like that. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the size of the apartment was plenty. Supermarket for essentials was very nearby. Air conditioning could have been stronger and cooler, although we were there in August in 38 degrees so any other time I imagine it would have been fine. A few more drinking glasses would have been nice but that's not a big deal. And the lights switches were a slightly complicated system but we had fun working it out.

• Rehab (10/5): إقامة جميلة و مريحة - الشقة عبارة عن دوبلكس، المدخل في طابق و الشقة في الأسفل، الشقة تتكون من صالة و غرفة نوم و حمام و مطبخ مفتوح على الصالة، الشقة نظيفة جدا و مريحة من كل النواحي. السرير مريح و المخدات مريحة. كلينكس الحمام و الشامبو لم يكن كافي. الشقة تبعد تقريبا 10 دقائق عن المترو. المنطقة هادئة و يوجد سوبرماركت بالقرب من البناية. منطقة ميلانو سنترال تبعد 15 دقيقة مشيا على الأقدام. لا يوجد رسبشن في البناية، و الدخول ذاتي . يجب مشاهدة الفيديو لمعرفة مكان استلام المفتاح و إجراءات الدخول. حبذا لو يتم اضافة مايكرويف

• James (4/5): Failed on the basics of aircon but otherwise would have been okay. - Local to the central station and 5 minute walk from either the wonderful old Number 1 tram or the metro/underground. Good location. Excellent You Tube videos on how to get keys etc... You must watch it beforehand otherwise difficult. Not explained, and somewhat hidden, but there is a button to press just before the gates when leaving the complex. Super near to a local supermarket and the excellent, local restaurant - Ristorante pizzeria 3 Fratelli; good value, great food and an amazing head waiter. Quiet. Modern, good value and clean. Good wifi and had a TV (although small for modern standards). Had a little desk if you needed to work, as I did. Well equipped kitchen and iron, with effective fride/freezer and microwave. Washing machine for clothes if needed. It says aircon. We consistently had internal temperatures of 29 degrees plus. Despite downloading manuals and trying all options, plus informing them, the aircon was essentially useless. We had to go out and buy fans as none were provided despite an ineffective aircon. We had to open windows to try and get air flow and cool down. We had booked as this was a key criteria and was the only reason for leaving a below average reason. Coffee machine had to be moved elsewhere as electric socket didn't work. Smart lighting and switches were far too complex - and I'm agadget lover. No tea towel and ironing board didn't stand upright. Strangely, no drainage area for washed dishes etc... You Tube video on bins appeared clear but reality of going to them was it was hard to work out what should go where. Bathroom well equipped but limited air extraction enhancing heat of the apartment.

• John (7/5): Beautiful but a bit trying - This is a beautiful apartment in a fun area, with a grocery store just down the street, and many restaurants, too. It's a bit off the tourist's beaten path, and everything is in great shape. While we didn't cook, it seemed their were pans and such, and we found glasses and silverware. When I had trouble getting in, the agency that manages the apartment was a phone call away (though I speak Italian). If you are neither under fifty nor techno savvy, I would choose somewhere else. The apartment is a bit of a walk to either the station or the Loreto metro. There are lots of stairs both inside and outside the apartment. Getting the keys, and getting them to work, is a hassle. Italians have started to attach lock boxes to random poles on the street. While the place provides a video to use to find theirs,. this means you have to have a good phone and more tech expertise than I possess. Getting into the place is also trying, as you have a mass of keys with no indication which one goes in which lock, a key that sticks in the front gate, and several locks on the apartment door -- which contains no indication that you have arrived at the correct place. When the keys didn't work, I worried that someone would think I was trying to break in (or that I had the wrong apartment). Finally: if Italians want us to separate our garbage for recycling, they need to provide us with bags to do so. This means four: glass, plastic and metal, food refuse, and paper.
• Magripa (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you to the host of the apartment. Everything was just like in the photos. The location is great, close to the Central Station 🙂 The only downside was that there was no kettle, and we Kazakhs love to drink tea 🥲
• Jordan (10/5): Overall a great place for a great price. I would not look for another place to stay. Choose this! - Clean apartment and a lot of utensils. Easy to get there and the neighborhood felt safe. We struggled a little with understanding how to turn on and off different lights in the apartment but we figured it out on our last day :-)
• Alena (9/5): Superb - Great apartment! Cozy and compact, everything is within reach. The bedroom is quiet with no extra noise, ensuring a good night's rest. The location is excellent, very close to the Central Station, making it super convenient for those who want to travel outside Milan. It's also easy to reach the historic city center by metro. The only downside was that the lighting system was a bit confusing to figure out.

• Stefan (7/5): Good - The location is very convenient, 20 minutes walk to the train station, close to subways, so you can reach downton in less than 20 minutes there are two convenient stores right outside the apartment and there is a functional kitchen if you want to cook Some of the stoves on the kitchen did not work properly. The thermostat was hard to figure out, had to ask the property manager, but still didn't figure it out, so it was a permanent 27 degrees in the property (quite hot for summer). Also there is only one set of towels and bedsheets, so after a few days of stay it was a bit uncomfortable that there is nothing to change them with (my stay was 5 days), as they got dirty from usage.
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - excellent location, away from the busy tourist streets, but easily accessible by metro or tram to the centre. Nearby there is a delicious seafood restaurant, a pizzeria and an excellent small store with Italian delicacies. the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

• Anna (7/5): Overall very good place but you need to fix the AC. - Its conveniently located close to metro, tram, grocery store. Good storage. AC did not work - technically it was on but wasn’t cooling the apartment and it was 27 degrees all the time, I escalated this to the landlord who said maintenance will come to fix it but for the whole stay we had to manage living in 27 degrees temperature.

• Raines (6/5): Bedbugs - The location is great, alot of space, the looks of everything is really good. The bed had bed bugs, the bed in the sofa was dirty and distcuasting. I had bits/rush on my arms and legs the entire time I stayed there, and I was sleeping in pajamas. If you stay more than a few days you will need to buy stuff for the home like toilet papers and other basic hotel things. This is more like an air bnb than an hotel.
• Andrzej (8/5): Overall, very nice apartment, we may be back. - Spacious, safe, good location, close to grocery store, kitchenette, not to far from metro station. View (rather lack of view), internal stairs, confusing light switches. initially could not fit the door keys. I guess, it was just the nature of the building/apartment.
