M (6/5): Adequate on a budget - Good weekly rate, great location if you are affiliated with USC This is normally USC student housing; they rent it out to just anyone during the off-season. There's no staff on the premises unless they come to clean/fix things. The rooms are small, the walls are thin, and the other tenants are typically very LOUD; you can hear everything going on in the entire building.

Krätschmer (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and tidy. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The location was also good. The lack of parking, every evening we had to look for a safe parking space. The cleanliness of the staircase was not really adequate either. It was a bit problematic to get into the house, but I received help by phone. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, the bed was a bit like lying on water.
Claire (7/5): Overall it was decent but I wouldn’t stay here again. - Nice property, nice kitchen, has a living room and dining room. For those who don’t know Los Angeles very well, which is most people who travel here. It’s not a very nice area, there was a police helicopter surrounding the neighborhood every night. Lots of sirens. Didn’t feel very safe walking around. The place wasn’t very clean our bedding didn’t even seem washed. No soap in the bathroom, ran out of toilet paper and was denied any more during our week long stay.
