Important Information
1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay in cleaning will be liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their home. Please contact us if you want to book in your own home.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. halls). Violations of the nonsmoking policy will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

5. Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking cards.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to the host immediately.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Alon (10/5): דירה פונקציונלית, מרווחת ונעימה בקרבת שדה התעופה - הדירה מרווחת, נעימה ומאובזרת ובקומה גבוהה. היתה מעולה עבור הצורך שלנו - לילה אחד בקרבת שדה התעופה (25 דקות). נוף אורבני של שכונת שינה של פועלים. בקומת הקרקע חנות נוחה. היה מעט קושי להבין את מיקום הדירה בשכונה ואיך להיכנס אליה, אבל בעל הדירה היה זמין ורספונסיבי להסברים. לא פגשנו את בעל הדירה (אני לא מציין את זה לרעה אלא כעובדה)

The apartment was like a sauna being on the 8th floor. Hopefully it will be installed or if it already exists then maybe its location should be noted in the email.

Ich habe alle Informationen vor der Anreise erhalten, die ich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf benötigt habe. Immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte, was mit der Unterkunft in Zusammenhang steht.

- Julie (10/5): Fantastic Munich apartment with a great host. - The apartment was modern, clean and bright and had everything we needed for a one week stay. Lukas provided simple but thorough instructions to enter the apartment and for the parking and he was always available to answer any questions. There is a fantastic Bavarian restaurant Die Neuen Bürgerstuben about 4 minutes walk from the apartment plus a small shop downstairs which seems to always be open! Overall I would definitley recommend this apartment for a comfortable yet affordable stay in Munich. None

- Bigons (9/5): - L'appartamento è stato molto accogliente con tutto quello che ti serve per una bella permanenza, ottimi utensili e elettrodomestici tutti funzionanti utili per cucinare o mantenere la casa pulita. Letto molto comodo vasto assortimento di cuscini, così uno si regola a proprio piacere, terrazzo spazioso e comodo. Comoda anche la posizione della struttura a poco meno di 30 minuti dal centro di Monaco. Ottimo per chi cerca una struttura per una vacanza tra amici. Personalmente ritengo lo ritengo uno dei migliori appartamenti dove ho soggiornato all'estero. Nel bagno era assente il bidet ma purtroppo è estremamente difficile trovarlo fuori Italia, poiché sono italiano, è una necessità tipica del nostro Paese utile per pulirsi quando facciamo i proprio bisogni al gabinetto senza farsi obbligatoriamente la doccia completa.
