Marta (9/5): Muy cómodo, ubicación, excelente, muy limpio y con mucha seguridad en el edificio. Las zonas comunes también muy bien y - La ubicación, la limpieza, la cama muy limpia, y la comunicación en todo momento fue excelente Salía agua de la ducha al suelo

Silva (8/5): - De tudo. Não fui comunicada previamente que demorava 4 a 5 min para água ficar quente. Acabei tomando banho frio. Fiquei sem água na pia no banheiro no final da hospedagem apos testar a água quente com o chuveiro ligado. Mas para compensar o transtorno autorizaram o prolongamento da minha hospedagem.

Jutta (1/5): Terrible experience at check-in - Nice apartment and great location. Clean, great decoration and balcony. I had a terrible experience during check-in. The receptionist claimed there was no reservation, even though my stay had been booked and fully paid two weeks in advance. She refused to let me enter the building, leaving me on the street with all my belongings—luggage, notebook, and other items—after a long-distance flight. Being stranded like that, especially in São Paulo, was both unsafe and stressful. Being fluent in Portuguese, I had to plead with her to allow me in. She insisted there was no record of my reservation and told me to contact the apartment owner directly. After multiple messages and considerable frustration, I was finally allowed to enter the apartment. Both the receptionist and the owner were exceptionally rude and impolite. During my stay, I interacted with the other reception staff, who were friendly, but the behavior of this particular receptionist was appalling. Additionally, I had to request the invoice from the owner four times, despite having paid for my stay upfront through the booking platform. If you are considering booking this apartment, proceed with caution and be prepared for potential challenges.
