• Deanne (1/5): I’d rather be locked in a room with all my phonias and my mother in law than stay here. - This is SHARED. It was not stated at all until check in day. It was Gross. Unsafe. Disgusting. Mattresses on the floor. No proper sheets (they weren’t even clean. Used towels, broken fans, overflowing garbage. Smelt terrible in and outside the property. Other tenants had excess to our place. Landlord was rude and appears he’s looking to make a fast buck (and he did off of us). After 11 hours of driving for this shit hole with kids, we ended up having to find a hotel. I wish zero stars if it were an option

• Jackilyn (1/5): Avoid this property. - Nothing. The place is not ready for occupancy . It's dirty and unsafe.There is a broken picture frame glass beside the door. The washroom and shower are disgusting. No toilet paper, soap, and towels. The fridge is full of foods from other tenants. Stove, kitchen counter tops are dirty, kitchen sink is dirty with dirty dishes on it. Bedroom blinds are dirty and have broken pieces. On the other side of the bedroom, the windows are partially covered with band paper. There is no privacy at all. The closet in the bedroom is dirty with leftover like yogurt,jam, and cool aid drink. The dining table and living room are dirty and have empty bed beside the couches.The caretaker's bed is also in the open area by the living room. I saw the caretaker sleeping there that night. There are other occupants living in the house. The kitchen, dining, living room, and washrooms are shared with the other occupants. The owner did not abide by the terms and conditions stated on the website. The owner forced me to pay ahead of time. He threatened me to cancel my accommodation if I won't pay.
