• Beverly (9/5): We would stay again. Beds very comfy and lots of natural night with nice leafy views - Fantastic location. Walking distance to War Memorial and Canberra Centre. Never used the car once during our 2 night stay Instructions were a little confusing, but Vic sorted that out very quickly with a phone call. We had bigger pieces of luggage as travelling around for 10 days so had to carry up/down 3 flights of stairs and garage not so close to building entrance
• Daryll (10/5): Fantastic - Proximity to everything we wanted to see and do . Vic was absolutely fantastic . Nothing was a problem . Thanks to Vic everything went smooth as silk . The apartment was perfect. Clean , comfortable for 4 adults . I'd book with Vic anytime any day. 😃
• Deanna (8/5): Very good - Vic was very helpful. He was there when we arrived and was happy to take us through the unit. Unit was clean and spacious for a small family. Location was perfect. Nice little unit for a nights stay. Noisy, at night and early morning. No air conditioner so needed to leave windows opened for fresh air and could hear noise from cars and people talking.

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - We had a lovely stay. Car parking was easy. Charming old building. Comfortable beds. Close to Canberra Centre. A little bit of a maze to find the apartment. If you are a clean freak, then this may not be the place for you- The couches were a little past their best before and shower scum/mould build up bottom of glass from poor construction. No air conditioning.

VIC was responsive and extremely helpful. Even though it was central it was also very peaceful. Would definitely stay again N/A
• Colleen (8/5): Very good - It was a lovely appartment and the directions to access the property were exceptional. The facilities were really good. It felt safe and was within walking distance to lots of places- like restaurants and concerts The shower was pretty dirty and we saw cockroaches in the bathroom in the night. When the light went on we saw them scurry back to their hiding places. 😬

• Jessica (9/5): Perfect Unit for family stay. - Loved the location and comfy beds. The property manager, Vic, was extremely helpful. Lock up garage was perfect for us storing our children’s bikes. Unit was exactly what we needed. Would have liked air conditioning but we were very lucky with the weather so it wasn’t needed. The building is double brick so it might not get too hot anyway.
• Susan (10/5): Perfect little apartment with very friendly host in Vic. - Perfectly located, spacious, and well appointed with everything we needed, including a safe and lockable garage for our car. The internet was sketchy. It took along time to load and then kept dropping out (on TV in particular).

• Carolyn (10/5): Excellent stay!! - Excellent location. Close to shopping centre & Canberra attractions that we wanted to visit, especially the War Memorial. The apartment was beautiful & had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay. Our host, Vic, made sure we were well looked after & made our stay exceptional. There was nothing we didn't like. We give our stay 10/10.
• Beris (10/5): Very relaxed and enjoyable - So close to the city Ctr. Beautifully maintained. Very friendly manager and went out if his way to help us with most things, parking being the main issue.

• Claire (8/5): very good position and suitable for short stays. - the position was excellent, quiet but central in Canberra. the flat is positioned on the top floor of the building with no lift. the common stairs areas are not clean at all but the flat itself was very clean. the kitchen is good and well equipped but the dishwasher is old and failed to work at the end of our stay. the bathroom's water pressure and hot water is fantastic the curtains in the bedroom are completely inadequate as they are white and don't stop any sunlight so you are guaranteed to wake up with the sun in the morning. also the curtains were not well hung so they dropped off the rod the moment they were touched. a bit of a shame as the beds were very comfortable and clean.

• Pedro (10/5): Awesome! Full of memories. - I like the owner, Vic and the man next door, I think his name is Dave. The location is adjacent to the city center. The neighborhood is quite and tidy. No need to hail a ride to go to grocery and restaurants. Very strategic location. Parks are nearby. The place is safe.

• Siosina (9/5): Great stay and would stay again in the near future - Location was great in heart of the city I wasn't told there was no lifts in the building and WIFI info was not included in the welcome letter but found it on the fridge. Garage was not great for a 4WD vehicle however the additional parks for our unit was very helpful. Hubby wanted to apologise for leaving the rubbish on the table, he had locked himself out at the time of check out so he couldn't get back into the building to get dispose of the rubbish.

• Pawan (8/5): Good value for the price. - The property is centrally located and good value for what we paid. Little difficult to locate the apartment in the beginning after picking up the key.The entrance to the apartment was from the back side- slightly confusing in the beginning.
