• Morgane (10/5): Emplacement idéal dans la rue piétonne de Praia - L’emplacement dans la rue piétonne est idéale. Restaurants et café à proximité dont le fameux Quintal da Musica. Vous pourrez facilement visiter Praia à pied. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et c’est très appréciable. Rien à signaler

• María (8/5): - La ubicación es fantástica y el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades El wifi que nos proporcionaron no llegaba al apartamento de arriba, teníamos que salir a la terraza. Además la TV no tiene antena, funciona solo con wifi, por lo que como no llega hasta el apartamento no puedes utilizarla.

• Lidia (9/5): Apartamento super en el centro de Praia - El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una comoda estancia. Ademas, habia cafe, te, azucar, sal, sandwichera, calentador de agua, utensilios de cocina,…. Algo que no es muy habitual dependiendo a donde viajes. La conexion a internet y tv funcionan perfectamente. Para nosotros que llevabamos ya varios dias de viaje, el hecho de tener lavadora (tb dejan detergente) y un balconcito para poder secar la ropa, fue super practico. Ademas, al estar en el centro, tienes cerca los principales puntos turisticos, restaurantes, tiendas, taxis… Uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que hemos estado. Si volviesemos a Praia, repetiriamos sin dudarlo No podemos decir nada negativo. Nos sorprendio positivamente todo, desde la facilidad para el check in hasta la atencion del staff que si necesitas algo o tienes alguna duda (como nos paso a nosotros) responden y solucionan rapidamente

• Giulia (8/5): Buon soggiorno - L’appartamento, all’ultimo piano del palazzo, era ben arredato, moderno e comodo. Abbiamo soggiornato lì 4 notti e siamo stati bene. Tutto perfettamente funzionante, compresa l’aria condizionata. Abbiamo trovato acqua, caffè, the e zucchero. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Posizione eccellente, proprio sul corso pedonale di Plateau. Dalla terrazza si ha una bella vista della città di Praia e delle montagne circostanti. Self check in con cassetta di sicurezza, inviano un messaggio il giorno prima con i codici. Essendo l’appartamento molto piccolo, non c’è un divano e una zona soggiorno ma solo una cucina in un corridoio di passaggio. Abbiamo dovuto spostare in terrazza tutte le mattine il tavolino e le due sedie presenti di fronte la cucina, considerando che non c’è alcun arredamento nella terrazza e a noi piaceva far colazione fuori. La terrazza potrebbe essere sicuramente arredata anziché lasciarla vuota. Non c’è phon dentro l’appartamento e quando l’ho richiesto mi è stato risposto che non è presente tra i servizi della casa, senza preoccuparsene più di tanto. Non mi sono sembrati disponibili nei confronti di una richiesta di qualcosa che, ad oggi, è tra i servizi basilari di un appartamento per cui non ho potuto lavare i miei capelli, considerando che non avrei potuto asciugarli, per diversi giorni nonostante fossimo stati al mare. Lenzuola totalmente in fibra sintetica che ci hanno fatto sudare tutte le notti. Consigliamo di usare quelle di cotone e di dotare l’appartamento di un phon.
• Hildegard (8/5): - We had the apartment on the 4th floor, right at the top, with a roof terrace and a wonderful view over Praia. The apartment is brand new with a new fitted kitchen, bed, and bathroom. Unfortunately, there's only a bistro table in the small kitchen and no seating on the roof terrace. There are still building materials lying around. Some outdoor furniture to replace the living room is missing.
• VIRGILIO (9/5): - A localização é ótima, na rua pedonal, bem perto de supermercado e comercio local, bem como cafés/restaurantes e foi muito silencioso à noite. O apartamento é remodelado e está em ótimas condições. O quarto e a casa de banho são de um bom tamanho. A cozinha tinha tudo o que era necessário para cozinhar e tinha disponível café e chá. O apartamento estava bem limpo e cheiroso e a senhora que trabalha durante o dia foi muito simpática. Tem máquina de lavar roupa e local para secar (estávamos a meio da viagem e foi muito útil) Tem ar condicionado e funcionou bem e permitiu ter umas noites muito agradáveis. A simpatia dos proprietários e a disponibilidade a qualquer hora (via whatapp) para qualquer dúvida ou ajuda. A única situação que temos a referir, foi que não tivemos internet durante a nossa estadia (informaram-nos que existia um problema temporário), apenas por esta razão não demos um 10. No entanto, deduzo que para próximas estadias já esteja tudo resolvido.
• Lidia (10/5): Buen apartamento en el centro de Praia - La ubicación es perfecta por qué se encuentra en el centro de Praia, pero por la noche es una calle muy tranquila. Además tiene una terraza muy grande en la que poder cenar con unas bonitas vistas de la ciudad. La anfitriona fue muy amable en todo momento y a pesar de tener algún contratiempo sin importancia siempre intentó solucionarlo de inmediato, así da gusto. Al ser el último piso hace calor, pero cuenta con aire acondicionado así que se está muy a gusto.
• María Remedios Martín (9/5): Apartamento nuevo y cuidado - El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica y está nuevo. Es muy moderno, tiene un montón de facilidades. La comunicación fue muy fácil tanto con el anfitrión como con la persona encargada allí. Entrada autónoma. Nos dejaron un bote grande de gel, café, té, sal y azúcar, una botella de agua en la nevera, y jabón para la lavadora, lo agradecimos mucho. Nos dieron el contacto de un taxi local para ir al aeropuerto (a pesar de que la comunicación con él no fue buena). Es un puntazo tener aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en la habitación y la tele con plataformas de streaming también. Muy positivo también poder pagar por adelantado y con tarjeta. El balcón está fenomenal para poder tender la ropa, es muy grande. Estaba todo muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. La zona no es demasiado turística y los locales nos miraban mucho. Está alejado de las playas (como a media hora andando). Las ollas y las sartenes están algo viejas y el estropajo que nos dejaron también fue insuficiente. El colchón tiene una funda de plástico como medida de higiene que suena por la noche, pero nos dieron la opción de poder quitarlo. Son pequeños detalles.
• Geoffrey (8/5): Well equipped aprtment in superb location. - Well equipped secure apartment on the main pedestrian street, which has restaurant/bars, shops and market. Comfortable and air conditioned. Easy collection of keys once code supplied. My 2nd visit and looking forward to the 3rd. Coffee maker and coffee provided. The stairs but kept me fit. Door to the apartment requires a little bit of force, after which the key turns easily. I soon got the hang of it.

• Tomas (10/5): Perfect! Highly recommended. - One of the best places we had in Cabo Verde. Clean, all new facilities, European standard. Perfect location in the pedestrian street. The is also a balcony with fantastic views. N/A

• Ana (6/5): Good for one night but not more - Location was great, right in the center of Plateau. The place was cozy, had a big fridge, laundry machine, and tea station. Host was very responsive via Booking messaging - we booked the place last minute and they immediately accommodated us and made sure we got in ok. Very polite and helpful! The place felt generally a bit unclean - towels and linen smelled funny, the dishes in the cupboard were greasy and had to be washed several times before using! Also the hot water in the shower didn't last much, so the second person showering already got cold water in the end. It was a good place to crash for a night but I wouldn't advise staying more than that.

A big thank you to Manuela, for all your hard work and dedication for making the apartment clean....by the way the stairs will keep you fit.... The location is exceptional, in the main pedonal around everything you need
• Geoffrey (9/5): Modern secure apartment in ideal location. - Modern very secure apartment on the main pedestrian street. Well equipped and ideal for my stay. Good air conditioning. Filter coffee supplied was a bonus. I will definitely use it again. Can't think of anything.
