• Heidi (4/5): We stayed here out of necessity. Wouldn’t stay again - It was very near to the wedding reception we were going to at AMP Studios It is very run down. Lots of things are broken or badly maintained. It is right in the pavement so you cannot leave windows open at night ( and we were very hot) Hardly any cooking pots and no frying pan. Kitchen tap barely hanging on. Bathroom tap constantly dripping Dirty carpets and dangerous rugs Generally a lovely flat left to fall into disrepair I could go on.

• Tracy (1/5): Don’t stay there. - Nothing Nothing clean, terrible location, food left in the oven causing a bad smell. Damp towels left in the living room. Dishwasher did not work. Hairdryer faulty. All in all a terrible place to stay.

• Adrianna (6/5): - Mieszkanie było duże i przestronne, co zdecydowanie podnosi komfort pobytu. Dużym plusem były dwie łazienki — przy większej liczbie osób to ogromne ułatwienie i oszczędność czasu. Lokalizacja była całkiem dobra, z wygodnym dojazdem i sprawną komunikacją do centralnych części miasta. Na miejscu okazało się, że lodówka jest zepsuta — była o tym informacja napisana na kartce z prośbą, żeby jej nie używać. Niestety nie zapewniono żadnego rozwiązania zastępczego, co znacznie utrudniało pobyt. Nie mogliśmy zrobić normalnych zakupów, bo nie było gdzie przechowywać produktów. Dodatkowo „instrukcje” obsługi sprzętów były napisane odręcznie na luźnych kartkach i paragonach, co wyglądało mało profesjonalnie i było nieczytelne. Brakowało też informacji, jak włączyć gniazdka do sprzętów znajdujących się po drugiej stronie kuchni. W łazience nie było gniazdek elektrycznych, choć w Anglii jest to raczej standardem.
• MacEvilly-Brown (6/5): - This was a nice place for a short stay for a group of 4+. The location was good for travelling to central london with a train station 10 minute walk away. Cafes close by. Right next to bicycles for rent for short journeys. The apartment itself was spacious perfect for a group of people. Safe area. Fridge was not working when we stayed. There was laundry hanging up on arrival. Apartment was not spotless but was not dirty.
• Marvelous (9/5): Very lovely place.Would recommend. - I stayed here with a friend and we had a great experience. The place was very aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well kept. The host was extremely nice and responsive, which made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The apartment is relative close to Gregg, premier and a cafe nearby by just a few minutes a walk. The only thing I wish it had was a microwave, but that’s a minor detail and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
• nadege (6/5): - O apartamento estar quente quando chegamos . Acolhedor. Nós éramos 8 pessoas mas a mesa era só para 6 pessoas. Só havia um pequeno e grande tacho , sem microondas, é difícil gerir para 8 pessoas.A minha cama tinha um colchão muito fino até se sentia as molas.
• Olatunbosun (7/5): Perfect location with free parking, and great access to transport, shops, bars and restaurants. - The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. Having free on‑site parking was a great convenience, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy. The property is just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, which made getting around and enjoying the area effortless. The property had a few issues that affected our stay. There was no microwave, which made preparing simple meals a bit inconvenient. One of the lounge windows had a broken lock, which was concerning given that the property is on the ground floor and made us feel less secure as a family. We were also unable to open the living room curtains to let in natural light because laundry had been left drying on an electric rack directly beneath the window ledge throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the main bathroom and toilet was below the expected standard.

• Giuseppe (1/5): Orribile e indecoroso - Solo la posizione era favorevole Abbiamo trovato la casa interamente sporca con carte nel pavimento, tovaglie buttate a terra, polvere dappertutto, i bagni indecenti e la cucina sporca. Arrivando alle 2 di notte i riscaldamenti non funzionavano e abbiamo dovuto dormire al freddo e senza poter appoggiare la testa sul cuscino per la polvere. Abbiamo perso un intero giorno per aspettare lo staff che veniva a pulire e solo dopo aver contattato Booking altrimenti ci lasciavano senza riscaldamenti e nella sporcizia. Tovaglie da bagno sporche e macchiate di rossetto oltre ad altre bagnate ad asciugare in uno stendino in cucina.. Da incubo

• paige (7/5): Great place and value for money as it’s so nice and modern - Very nice property with fantastic views, modern and cosy Under the sofa was not clean it was full of food and dust Bottom of the bed was broken, and bedsheets left drying in the living room/diner which was off putting

• Musawwar (6/5): Problem with parking, poor condition, but great location. Okay for a few nights. - This is a modern design, spacious property in a great central london location. We travelled by car, there is an underground private parking space with gated entrances only accessible by the building's tenants, so good security. The price for this location and size is quite reasonable. The building has good entrance security with a keyfob access, which is good for a ground floor property. There is a spacious sitting room with open plan kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher and working hob. The property has all the marks of a great stay, except for all the below mentioned problems. It is a great shame as the location and layout of the property lends itself for a very high-end stay, let down by the condition and way it is managed. The fob to enter the car gate didn't work and took about an hour for us to sort out, only with the help of another resident from the building. The property owner didn't respond to any communication until the next day, they provided a local contact who was responsive, but wasn't able to completely resolve the issue over the phone. Another resident gave us access within a timeframe that thankfully didn't incur a ticket. The cleanliness of the property was poor. The carpet throughout the property has a lot of stains. There was an electric dryer with drying bedding from the previous visitors drying in the sitting room. Both bathrooms had minimal toiletries provided and the handsoap had been clearly diluted with water. Some of the pots in the kitchen smelled awful. The condition of the property was mixed, whilst it is a modern design it clearly isn't well looked after. Two of the curtains are damaged on one side. One of the bathrooms was missing a mirror, the other had small mould along the silicone in the shower floor. The bed mattresses have a fair bit of sag and made sleeping uncomfortable for some of our older guests.
• MellyL89 (8/5): - Sehr geräumig. Möglichkeit einer Dusche (gerade bei älteren Leuten). Schallisoliert, nicht hellhörig. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, öffen der Fenster nachts nicht empfehlenswert, leider hatten wir Angst, dass jmd in die Wohnung steigt.
• Gabriel (9/5): Apartament mare și frumos - Apartamentul este spatios, luminos, curat, bucataria este utilata, si doua băi frumoase și mari. Draperii mari si groase, au tinut bine pentru intuneric, iar geamurile au izolat bine pentru zgomotul de pe stradă. Pentru 4 nopți si 5 persoane au fost lăsate doar 2 jumătăți de rolă de hârtie igienică, iar la solicitarea boastră de a suplimenta, nu am primit niciun răspuns. Nu era detergent pentru masina de spalat vase si nici pentru masina de spalat rufe. Instalatiile dintr-o baie erau vechi si neîngrijite. Un pic departe de statiile de transport care duc in centrul Londrei - 15 min statia de autobuz si de gara.

• fatima (4/5): NEW BEDDING & TOWELS NEEDED ASAP AS WELL AS DRAINAGE EXPECTION - The property was spacious, and a cot was provided Overall: Our stay was severely impacted by unacceptable cleanliness standards and persistent damp odours. · Cleanliness: The property was not properly cleaned. Bedding and towels were not fresh. Odours: · A strong mould/mildew smell persisted throughout the unit. · The sofa smelled strongly of body odour & dirt. · The ensuite toilet had a distinct musty smell, indicating potential water damage. · Pre-existing Damage: We identified and reported minor damage to the curtains and a kitchen cupboard with photographs on day one to avoid any false claims. · Actions Taken: We were compelled to purchase our own towels and bedding due to the poor condition of the provided ones. Recommendation: Host should arrange for professional deep cleaning and a moisture assessment to fix the root causes and protect the property.

• Sarah (10/5): Great place to stay - The place was lovely, well presented, beds comfortable We all loved everything, owner said would get a manual left for TV for next time but apart from that can't fault it at all would definitely recommend

• Kavishana (7/5): Great place, clean ,location not great and check in time isnt the best - The apartment was clean and exactly like descripted. There was a cleaner still cleaning the place when we checked in which showed to me they care about the cleanliness very much which was nice The keys were not that easy to find. Location of the Airbnb is not ideal, not easily accessible by the tube. Coming back to the Airbnb at night was not so easy. No Late check out is given with this apartment so they are strict with their time. Would be nice if they provided late check out time with the amount of people the apartment can take.
