- lisa (9/5): A HUGE flat in a great location - also well equipped when you just want to stay in and relax! - Not only were we met at the flat, but we had help with our luggage (the lift was out that day and my partner was struggling with the cold/flu). We could not have had a more gracious and helpful reception.
- Luke (10/5): Lovely apartment in Kensington - Location was amazing. Some nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. Plus walking distance to Portobello Road amd Hyde park.
The apartment was lovely and felt like a home from home for the two nights we were there Nothing.
The lift for the building wasn't working. But honestly, it didn't effect the stay at all as it was only a couple of sets of stairs to the floor we wanted.
- Shaun (8/5): Pleasant stay in roomy flat close to everything. - Location and space Appliances and renovations looked DIY.
- Mavundla (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bia (10/5): 10/10 we will definitely be staying again in future - We both loved how spacious and comfortable it was; including a balcony which was really peaceful N/A
- Pg (9/5): Comfortable, cozy, amazing. - Location is excellent. Very spacious. Nothing but would like to request for bidet.
- Andrew (1/5): Scam - Don’t book - Nothing Property sent an email which I read on my way there telling me they couldn’t accommodate me and suggested I moved my weekend break to be Saturday to Monday.
I messaged back to cancel, no response from property. I rang booking.com, that wasn’t working. I messaged booking.com who promised a call back within 24hrs. This didn’t happen though they did do something irrelevant regarding a checkin time. I had to book somewhere else.
I have still been charged and am now of the opinion this was some sort of scam.
- Joanna (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful and spacious apartment just few steps away from Notting Hill Carnival
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Great apartment lovely area Location and the price
- John (8/5): Modern and excellent location - The location, surrounding bars and restaurants
The neighbours were quiet The bathroom needs a bit of TLC, nothing major,, but it would make a big difference.
The curtains across the doors / windows are a bit strange.
- Richard (5/5): Apartment is very convenient but could use a lot more TLC to make it exceptional. - The location was very convenient and had a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The building itself had excellent security. The building had an elevator. The apartment had cheap, shabby curtains that should be replaced. The window in the bedroom had no lock and thus, did not make us feel secure. The owner provided only two towels and in general, the place needs a lot more TLC.
- Steven (7/5): Good, a few minor changes would make it very good. - The location is good as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and Queensway, Bayswater and Paddington stations are not too far away.
The flat is roomy and has most things you need.
The kitchen is well-equipped appliance-wise (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee makers, etc). There were a number of differences between the listing on booking.com and what the host later said. These included parking (there is none) and check-out time (host said 10:00, booking.com said 11:00). Parking is not the easiest as most locations are for residents only.
The flat needs a few updates to make it a better place to stay. Two window panes are cracked, the curtains are scrappy with loose cords, the rug in the living room is very slippy, and there aren't really any microwave dishes (just two reused takeaway containers).
Just a little thought and TLC would transform the flat from good to very good.
- Irma (9/5): Will recommend it to friends n family members - It provides the feeling of a Home away from Home Some maintenance on the knickknacks that may improve our overall stay
- Yahya (8/5): Great location and nearest to all conveniences - The location and the staff. Mr. Abdul Aziz was very helpful and very efficient too on checking us in. The bed and towels in the toilet. The bed and the covers as well as the pillows could be changed and bring better ones. Also bring newer better quality towels in the toilet
- Alex (10/5): excellent - great place, very nice flat, nice building, great location, host was very accommodating, good stay, will come back nothing was a problem
- Nb (9/5): Kensington Gardens Square Accommodation - Nestled in the quintessentially vibrant Westbourne Grove, the Kensington Gardens Square accommodation emerges as a beacon of urban retreat that caters adeptly to the modern traveler’s desire for comfort, convenience, and connectivity. Upon arrival, the immediate impression is one of thoughtful integration—where privacy, security, and accessibility converge to offer an experience markedly superior to the conventional hotel stay. The architecture of privacy and autonomy is skillfully woven throughout the stay, beginning with the robust security measures. A secure front gate coupled with comprehensive CCTV coverage in all common areas provides an enveloping sense of safety, allowing guests the freedom to relax with an eased mind.Inside, the accommodation’s interior harmonizes spaciousness with comfort, creating an atmosphere that is both inviting and functional. The cleanliness is of a standard one might expect in premium lodging, yet it is the autonomy afforded to guests that truly distinguishes this experience. The ability to inhabit the space without the intrusion of hotel formalities fosters a bespoke sense of belonging—a rarity in the bustling heart of London. The strategic location serves as a gateway to the eclectic charm of Westbourne Grove, positioning guests less than 30 metres from an array of local shops and amenities. From The Merchant 24's curated selection of goods to the sartorial elegance offered at Matches Fashion, the locale caters to a variety of interests. Culinary explorations are well rewarded at Granger & Co., where the cuisine reflects the area's vibrant spirit. The proximity to cultural touchstones like The Tabernacle and The Electric Cinema, along with the pastoral respite of Kensington Gardens, enriches the stay with a multidimensional exploration of London’s diverse offerings. The accommodation’s host plays a pivotal role in elevating the experience from satisfactory to exceptional.
- Nigel (10/5): Great apartment to just chill in London close to bars and restaurants. - Great location quiet and gated.Very relaxing nice balcony great views.
- Aleksander (1/5): Host didn't show up - Guy never showed up, we were left looking for stay in 11 PM mid-London. Still waiting for refund.
- Rabaah (10/5): Very safe and family place . - It is exactly as featured in the pics. Nandos is tight at the corner of the building. The location 10/10 . You can walk 10-15 min to the subway “ underground “. There are 2 supermarkets that ate nearby walking distance of few min & they work late but not 24 hrs.a lot pf cafe & sandwiches and restaurants nearby walking. All of a good variety cuisine: turkish, Persian, Indian, Mediterranean,& many halal bakery and fast food . Souvenir shops aa well. The communication was very easy and reachable. I was using the hair dryer and the power was cut off I contacted Aziz he responded right away & was making sure everyone is aafe alhamdulillah only the bathroom was affected : the fuse was switched on and power back . We loved that everything thing was ready and stacked at the apartment the toilets paper dish-soap & all the cleaning sprays…. Some morning start groceries like honey, tea, coffee, some spices. Some games and books, candles which made night fun to spend. We loved that they have a prayer mat and the direction of Qiblah ready. The view the location again and the space were all perfect. Definitely, coming back again when we visit London. The check in was late which as we heard an issue in most of london’s stays. We had to pay 40 pounds as waiting fees for the driver.
