• Anastasiia (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay! - Comfortable, clean, perfect location — just has everything you need. There is no window, but that was not much of a problem for us, as the ventilation worked great, and the apartment provided a nice escape from summer heat. Sleep was also good :)

• Dzhulieta (10/5): Один из важных моментов , это идеальная шумоизоляция . - Все было на высоте ! Первое ,что не может радовать это место расположение , до любой достопримечательности можно добраться пешком ! Второе это , то что дом новый , соответсвенно и ремонт . В апартаментах все продуманно ! Совмещено и минимализм (не захламленность ) при этом присутствовал армянский вкус( все должно быть дорого ☺️) все необходимое для беззаботного отдыха продуманно ! Остались очень довольны ! Особенно признательна владельцам . Мы заселялись в 00:00 , был очень долгий перелет из Германии , были очень уставшие , встреча с владельцем апартаментов состоялась в удобное для нас время и день . Очень вежливая, приветливая владелица в подробностях ответила на наши вопросы и показала все о чем мы спрашивали . Минус только один , что мы приехали всего лишь на 4 ночи . В следующий раз это будет намного дольше и 100% именно в эти же апартаменты

• inas (10/5): Honest advertisement and deserve best rate . - The owner was so respectful. The place amazingly clean and equipped with everything you need . Highly recommend it . Wished they had 2 bed room apartment . Thank you foe the amazing time Location is one of the best . You will not regret this place . Only we need building name outside . A banner or sign board would have been fine .

• Nina (9/5): Very happy with our stay. Would come back again. - The property was very good. Location is one of the best in Yerevan. Walkable to Republic Square, cafes, restaurants, little supermarket downstairs. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need. Suren, the host very easy to communicate with. The lack of windows was a downside for us but it got resolved.

• Olena (8/5): Very good - Great central, safe location and easy self-check-in. The apartment had everything I needed and was clean. ONLY cash payments are accepted. The ‘bedroom’ doesn’t have a window, and the noise from the air conditioners outside is constant. To have some quiet, you have to keep the window closed.

• Iman (10/5): Excellent value for money! - The apartment is great and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including everything you need in the kitchen. The apartment is warm, everything worked, we were there for 4 days, during which time it was quiet and you couldn't hear the neighbors. The bed is wide, comfortable softness. Wi-Fi works well. The owner is responsive and attentive. The location is probably the best in the city.
• Harutyunyan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, very clean and spacious apartment, everything within walking distance. The apartment is located right in the center, shops, restaurants are all 2-3 minutes away. Suren is very attentive, if there were any questions he answered right away. We will always come back here, if of course there is a place.
• Max (10/5): Beautiful apartment with really good location. - I stayed in this apartment and it was really nice. The place is beautiful and feels very cozy. The neighborhood is great too, with a really friendly and happy vibe. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would definitely recommend it to others. Actually I have liked everything.
• Lilit (9/5): Superb - The inside looked really nice and was comfy. Finding the place was a bit tricky, but it was really handy to have a good supermarket close by. Overall, it was a good experience. It would have been easier to find the apartment if there had been a sign.

The neighborhood had lots of good restaurants, so I could easily find great food nearby. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
