Despite my flight being canceled and rescheduled, the hosts were incredibly understanding and flexible, allowing me to check in late without any issues. The house itself is a gem—spacious, full of character, and beautifully maintained, offering a true sense of old-world charm. While the location is a bit remote, the tranquility of the surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful retreat! However, I noticed an odor in the towels and the sheets in the living room, which was a bit disappointing. I recommend replacing them or providing fresh ones to enhance the experience. Despite this, I would still recommend this place for its charm and tranquility, and with these improvements, it could be perfect!
• renate (4/5): Renovierungsbedürftig - die Bewertungen sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar - Die Lage am Ende einer engen Sackgasse in Trastevere stellt jeden Autofahrer vor eine Herausforderung. Die Größe der Wohnung war ok. Kaffeepads und Tee waren vorhanden. Ebenso Salz und Pfeffer. Der Bus in die Vatikanstadt ist in 6-8 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Parkgebühr wurde uns (aufgrund der Schwierigkeiten) erlassen. Eine Erstattung der Tourismusabgabe wurde auch angekündigt, aber bis heute ist dies nicht erfolgt. Die Kommunikation erfolgte nur per whatsapp oder email. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, mit dem Gastgeber zu telefonieren. Bei der Buchung war die Voraussetzung, daß das Auto untergebracht werden kann. Dies war völlig übersehen worden. Erst nach mehrmaligem Hin- und Her wurde zunächst auf der Straße ein Platz frei gemacht (ohne ein Wort mit dem Fahrer wechseln zu können) und bis zum Abend dann ein Platz hinter einem abschließbaren Tor zur Verfügung gestellt. Darüber gab es dann mit der Hausbesitzerin einen Wortwechsel. Die Wohnung selbst braucht dringend eine Renovierung. In der Badewanne stand das Wasser noch vom Vormieter. Ebenso in der Kaffeemaschine. Der Heizkkörper im Bad ist verrostet und die Steckdose kommt aus der Wand (Über der Badewanne!). Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Rom war der Schlußpunkt unserer größeren Italienreise. Überall haben wir besser gewohnt (und im Verhältnis preiswerter)

• Aimee (9/5): A really excellent spot for a longer stay, peaceful and beautifully decorated - feels like Rome! - The accommodation provides almost everything you could need and we were there for a five day stay for our first time in Rome. It is quiet and peaceful, backing onto the botanical gardens, you wake up to birdsong, which is outstanding for Rome and a four minute walk to a bustling road with multiple restaurants and coffee shops and gelaterias. We hopped on Lime scooters and were within the city centre in under fifteen minutes. The apartment is spacious and excellently decorated, it couldn't be more charmingly and tastefully done to suit the travel dream of Rome. Really appreciated the access to the washing machine and dryer - so helpful to do washing and there was even detergent waiting. Shortfall is the small shower, the panelling around it feels a little mouldy. And the roof is very low, I'm short but it was just manageable for me, not great water pressure. I did also miss a firmer more supportive mattress.
• Lauren (10/5): Why haven’t you booked this yet? - I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place at the last minute for a couple days’ layover in Rome. It backs up onto the botanical garden in Trastevere and so is incredibly quiet, surrounded by green, and still within easy reach of the neighborhood hot spots. The space itself is well laid out, incredibly cozy, and is as beautiful as the photos. Silvia was both proactively communicative and quick to respond. They even have a couple of sewing kits among their amenities stashes. Just book this place already. It’s wonderful.

• Goodwin (10/5): Great Location, Quit and Clean! - The property is in a great location. It was VERY quiet which we really appreciated. The only negative would be the height of the bathroom ceiling. If you are over 5’9, you will not be able to stand up straight in the shower. My daughter is 5’9 and she was almost touching the ceiling.
