Martina (3/5): smejem se, a plače mi se… -  The girl that checked us in (Irene, I think), was really kind and helpful with tips around the city and some facts. The location is also really good. There is a private garden right outside of apartment which is excellent.  The first thing is that the apartment looks NOTHING as showed on the pictures on booking. Second, it was pretty dirty. Spider web all around the ceiling in the bedroom. The dust all over the place. Couch was broken in the middle. There was a lot of hair on the floor. We booked a room for 3 people so we could sleep separated but they didn’t let us use the third bed. There also was just enough towels, like nothing extra in case we need it or it gets dirty. And the worst of all: THERE ARE BED BUGS. We got totally bitten. That is UNACCEPTABLE! This is the first time I’ve ever been so shocked by the booking I have made and the first time I write such a bad review, but I think it is necessary so the people can know what awaits them.  There is no washing machine or dryer so either you bring enough clothes or wash them by hand.  We are really disappointed.

Sarka (10/5): great catch, thank you! - perfectly clean place, appartment well equipped with all you might need, hairdryer included :) Warm water immediately, not losing any pressure. Can be heated or air-conditioned as needed. Great locality: all-you-might-need store few steps from the place. Vaporetto stop close enough. Last but not least, extra gate for extra sense of security, enclosing the terrace where you can sip your coffee or wine.
