Bradley (1/5): Horrible - The property was in very poor condition for the age. The owner was horrible to deal with. Beds were horrible you wouldn’t wish your worst enemy to sleep on them. We had to pull a second duvet off a spare bed to try and make it more comfortable as the springs were coming through the mattress. The house was filthy as well.
Boss (1/5): Disappointed with ongoing rubbish problem - Bins are never emptied as we have a ongoing booking each week and the bins are overflowing all the time. Complaints fall on deaf ears

Samantha (6/5): Lovley house could be sooooo much better - The house was beautiful. Lovley floorplan and great location between other showhomes and park across the road. 1) All the matresses were so cheap and so uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress topper to go on our bed after the first night. The springs came straight through and we all suffered. 2) the garden was extremely disappointing. The furniture was rotten, the grass was moldy and disgusting and the fire put was full of cigarettes butts from previous renters. The floors tiles havnt been cleaned in a while either. I looked for a mop but there isn't one.
Robert (7/5): With a few improvements it would be excellent - The house was very good. Clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities snd bathrooms excellent. The bed mattresses were thin and hard. The lounges were soft and not that comfortable. No blinds or window shades 4/5 rooms led to very early rises.
Rachel (9/5): Superb - The yard and garden needs maintenance. The outdoor furniture around firepit was broken and dangerous.
Mark (10/5): Spent 4 nights there and it was an absolute joy, highly recommend. - The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the outdoor area was fantastic to relax and read a book. The rooms were clean and neat, the owner was very easy to talk to and replied to questions quickly. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wasn’t staying longer!
