• SBASARAN (8/5): Great location in great city - The apartment is in a great location. You can even walk to most places. Barcelona is a wonderful city to explore on foot. There are many restaurants near the apartment. There is a drain problem with the bedet in the bathroom. It needs to be checked. One of the single beds is very uncomfortable. It needs to be inspected. The surface of the sofa in the living room is very tired. Steam cleaning is recommended.

• ANGELA (9/5): - La posizione centrale Qualche piccola manutenzione da effettuare all'appartamento, fornito veramente di tutto ma per il prezzo richiesto dovrebbero curare un po' in più. Dal bidet non usciva acqua calda e l'infisso nella zona giorno non chiudeva bene. Una pulizia più approfondita non sarebbe male. Per il resto tutto era perfetto.

Есть все что нужно, посудомойка, кофе машина , стиральная машина, утюг. Мы приехали без багажа, поэтому было супер удобно, постираться. В ванной есть все необходимое. Шампунь, бальзам, крем для тела. Это радует, отдельное спасибо хозяину, за оставленные капсулы кофе и чая ! Это было как никогда кстати, есть отдельная спальня идеально подходящая под детскую .

Amíg nem lehet elfoglalni a szállást van lehetőség egy távolabbi helyen lerakni a csomagokat. A használat nyomai meglátszanak már a szálláson. A fürdőszoba ajtót olykor alig lehetett kinyitni. A nagy szekrényekben elérhetetlen magasságban van csak polc. A kis szoba eléggé szűkös.

• Martinez Nova (7/5): - Nice location, with everything near by. Rooms and bathroom doors not well maintained, we were locked multiple times inside. If no more people in the flat couldn't be possible to open. Curtains didn't cover well the windows, so light was inconvenient to sleep. The beds were unconfortable as well. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. And one of the showers was very very small, made it impossible to be used. So in reality they have 1 shower that can be used.

Стиральная машина с функцией сушки. Приветственный набор, куда входила вода, немного специй, оливковое масло,виноградный уксус, чай, капсулы для кофемашины, капсулы для посудомойки и стиралки и гель и губка для любителей ручной мойки посуды, кухонное полотенце и салфетки для протирания столов, плиты, бумажные полотенца. Надо починить рамный профиль в спальне. Во время шторма, который случился в ночь на 2026.01.26, часть верхней конструкции балконной двери достаточно сильно шумела при порывах ветра. Если уж есть биде, то неплохо было бы подключить горячую воду.

Ho trovato strane le prese vicino i letti... appena spegni la luce si spengono anche loro... puoi caricare cellulare solo da una parte e anche le lampadine si spengono... o devi tenere la luce accesa...

The lobby staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out times could be improved to offer more flexibility. Additionally, there was no cleaning service provided during our three-night stay. While an espresso machine was available, the welcome pack only included four capsules. Finally, we noticed that the curtains were dirty.

La iluminación del dormitorio, el baño chico,imposible ducharse,puerta de la ducha rota ,colgada una cortina que dejaba pasar el agua y se inundaba el baño,no había donde colgar una toalla. El sillón del living,hundido y rotos el tapizado. Solo 4 sillas ,no hay donde apoyar nada. La caja de seguridad cerrada,no se pudo usar. Se comunican únicamente en inglés.

Das Apartment ist grosszügig für 4 Personen mit 2 Badezimmer und Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation läuft gut. Kein Wc Papier wie auch Klobürste waren vorhanden und hatten 3 Tage kein Warmwasser

No entendimos y no nos llego el link para pagarles el importe restante para completar el pago. 3er. Inconveniente fue que nos comunicamos 5 horas antes del ingreso por telefono para pedirles la aplicacion para pagar el resto y poder ingresar. La respuestas eran todas en ingles y no nos entendian.- INGRESO: Llegamos en hora al dpto. Llamabamos y quienes nos atendian era todo en ingles. Despues de 1 horas logramos hablar con un señor en español, que despues de informar la situacion nos gestiono un ingreso provisorio hasta que alguien nos enviara el link para cancelar.- AGRADECIDOS POR SU GESTION Esperamos y recien a las 23.00 horas. Nos llego la instrucción para pagar e instrucción de datos y claves. ESTO NOS OCASIONÓ UN GRAN TRANSTORNO AL INGRESAR. NOTA: DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL AL APAGAR LA LUZ DE ARRIBA CORTA TAMBIÉN LOS TOMA CORRIENTES. POR TAL RAZON DEBIAMOS CARGAR LOS CELULARES EN OTROS AMBIENTES ( COSA QUE HICIMOS ) O BIEN DORMIR CON LA LUCES ENCENDIDAS.

Yurumeyi seven bir grup olarak her yere yuruyerek ulasabildik. Sessiz ve guvenli bir muhitti. Daire genel olarak temizdi ancak perdeler daha temiz olabilirdi.

• Aneczka (7/5): Ogólnie na plus - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra. Blisko do centrum, a w razie potrzeby do środków komunikacji. Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre. Duża ilość ręczników, na wyposażeniu żelazko wraz z deską do prasowania ii suszarka na pranie, a także do włosów. Przylecieliśmy rano a zakwaterowanie mieliśmy od 16, bardzo dobrą opcją jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu w lobby, by móc zwiedzać miasto na luzie Sam początek naszego pobytu to jakaś niedorzeczność. Pomimo późnej godziny możliwego zameldowania (16), w naszym apartamencie panował bałagan, a pani sprzątająca dopiero zaczynała go ogarniać. Nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni o tym fakcie. Jednak na duży plus napewno zasługuje opieka ze strony obsługi Sweet i chęć rozwiązania problemu z opcją rekompensaty za niedogodności. Nie podobało mi się jeszcze to, że pomimo wanny na wyposażeniu jednej z łazienek brak było korka by móc napełnić ją wodą.

• Martin Gabriel (8/5): - Estilo modernizado, todo desde el movil. Buenos servicios en el piso, aire acondicionado, lavadora y demas, para estancias de corta y media estancia. He solicitado un late check out (solo una hora mas tarde) y fue denegado. El spam en mensajes de texto y emails es bastante molesto
• Kristen (3/5): Avoid this place and this company at all cost, terrible experience. - Great location When we arrived to the apartment it was filthy. It had not been cleaned yet and ashes were on the table and cigarette smell was so strong throughout the apartment. The overall place was tired and the beds were discolored and dirty. The management was not easy to work with to rectify the issues and didn’t offer to change our accommodations. They also were unwilling to give us any money back except waive our cleaning fee.

• Fazaa (1/5): Disaster - I was given a code to enter the apartment building and my apartment upon check in. There was no physical reception. The apartment has the automatic NUKI lock on the door, so I did not have a physical key. The apartment was too noisy I noticed it on the second day when I was unable to sleep. They sent a technician who said it was repaired but I noticed it was not and complained again. Next day again a technician was sent and he said it was damaged by the previous occupants and was not possible to be repaired. I told them to change my apartment they refused. To put up with the constant noise and a damaged window I was offered 241 Euro as compensation. On one particular occasion I told the Apartment Company "Sweet" at 4 pm that as I exited the apartment I heard a sound, the lock seemed to have fallen from the door & to fix the lock & I gave permission to enter the apartment. No one did anything about it. I was made to wait more than 2 and half hours in the middle of the night from 11 pm to 1.30 am with my 10 year old son and daughter (twins) My son was sick & his antibiotic medication was in the apartment. No one was answering the 24/7 emergency number. The replies from the company were only every 20-30 minutes I experienced severe distress. My blood pressure shot up and I experienced anxiety and pain in my chest akin to a heart attack.They offered 75€ in compensation which I declined. THE AGENT WHO CAME with the physical key only got the order 40 minutes prior and I was lied to and made to wait 2 and half hours. No one called me. No one had the decency or courtesy to answer my phone call. Not even the 24/7 room monitor number which was reading my messages and rejecting my calls. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HEARTLESS. ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY. Add to this problems with the toilet. The WC was shaking and made a noise every time we sat on it and got up.
