Guest Reviews
- Rizwan (7/5): Good - Location is very good There’s no privacy for the couple because the bedroom doesn’t have any door
- Rizwan (7/5): Good - Location The bedroom door was not available
- Aleksandra (7/5): -
- Rizwan (9/5): OK - Excellent location The space is very hot and room size is very small. No door in the bed room so there was no privacy

- Gemma (1/5): Horrendous - I didn’t like anything about the property It was dirty, lots of damage to the cheap furniture and tiny. I arrived at the check in time and the cleaner was still in the property! Me and my partner had to wait 20 minutes for the cleaner to finally leave. Upon further inspection it was dirty, stains everywhere and the furniture was cheap and damaged. My partner and I did not stay the night because it was so unhygienic. I wrote a long email to the property including pictures as to why I wouldn’t be staying there. They acknowledged the extensive list of things but had the audacity to only offer a 50% refund not including the parking fee they scammed out of me. How they can justify only refunding 50% when I spent all of 30 mins in the property!

- Miguelete Flamenco (3/5): Unpleasant experience - The view on the Canals they answered 2 or 3 days late all of our comms, had a very bad attitude towards de guest... They even asked us to prove we had used the toilet paper when we asked for more. Really miscared venue, quite underequipped.
- Melchor (8/5): Lovely apartment and a good stay.. - Good location, nice area and view. Free parking is a big deal for me and the apartment has it. Amenities just good enough for the stay. Overall a good accommodation. Thanks Electric Shower very hard to control either very hot or very cold. Bottom area of toilet bowl is dark brown.
- Ian (6/5): Dated property needs upgrading. - The location was excellent. It is very tired and the fixtures and fittings need attention.
Bathroom was dated and evidence of leaks etc.
Found a silverfish on the headboard.
Won’t be going back.
- Charbel (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (7/5): A decent place to stay for a decent price. would happily book again for the right price. - the location had an excellent view onto the water and city itself. facilities were really good as there was lots of sockets in all rooms as well as USB table lamps by the bedside which were very handy for all our devices to charge overnight. An Iron and decent internet. The shower was a little underwhelming and I was staying over in the middle of the bathroom being renovated but I wasn't hindered in any way by this. Outside was a but unsightly with some mattresses and other furniture scattered about in one car park space probably waiting to be uplifted.
- Kerry (10/5): Just perfect for us. - The location was perfect, views amazing, great little apartment. It's quite central to London but away from the hussle and bustle, so really quiet.
You can walk around the beautiful dock which is right on the door step.
We was attending a concert at the O2, once we had worked out all the trains/trams/buses etc. It was a 5 min walk to Mudchute station on the DLR line, to Herons Quays, 2 min walk, down the steps to the Canary Wharf station on to the Jubliee line, first stop North Greenwich which brings you straight to the O2 (just incase anyone wants to know 👍)
The hosts were helpful and responsive. I needed to change the dates as my daughter had an exam (I had booked well in advance when we got tickets for the concert (TØP)) Luckily the dates were free and the hosts helped me get them changed at no extra cost.
It was nice and simple when checking in, the hosts text you instructions well before check in.
The hosts are also very responsive if you message on booking.com they respond almost instantly. There are a few stairs to get up to the apartment, this really is a tiny moan only because it was hot and I had a suitcase. However your on the top floor, looking out on the dock so totally worth it. 😁
- Nick (8/5): Very good -
- Natasha (7/5): Good - Lovely apartment and great price I think the place needs a bit of tlc and the kitchen drains smelt a bit
- Jennifer (1/5): Money thrown away - Nothing. Had to stay elsewhere The fact I booked and paid but they wouldnt send me a link or give me details or how to pay deposit and check in despite me messqging them and providing 2 email addresses
- Qalovaki (5/5): Comfortable homely - The view was amazing. The location was not far from Canary Wharf. It’s very convenient for family’s with children. The deposit may sound like a fraud but it really isn’t they do return it back if you leave the place as it was. There’s a few faulty stuff to encounter like the curtains and a broken window but for what I paid for 3 nights it’s such a bargain. We went out everyday and only used the flat to sleep in which was perfect. The staffs were very friendly and they made sure we got into the flat alright. Thank you staffs we will be staying again. View and location. Close to Canary Wharf.
- Aleksiunaite (8/5): Very good -
- Liutseng (7/5): Value Stay but £300 deposit was charged after booked - The property is clean and good equipped. I would like to know any deposit required before I booked. That made me stressed when I found out the broken window lock that was not mentioned when I checked in. Also parking is another £18 for a day that is not expected.
- Isabel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (7/5): Good in general, as location and cleanliness of property made it worthwhile. - The location was very good with a gorgeous view. Parking facilities are good. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. It was very difficult to get the access to the property upon first arriving and had to eventually be told that the key to access the main building was in a postbox. Also, the sofa bed was broken and we were not able to make use of this additional bed.
- Cesar (9/5): Superb -
- Elliot (10/5): Lovely peaceful experience by the waters edge close to classy night life - Location was peaceful and window view was amazing Nothing
- Giedre (1/5): Very bad experience. - First of all noone let me in. When you pay, there are some more hidden fees like £300 you have to pay deposit. Noone informed on booking that they will send you a link from strange mobile number and will ask you to share your credit card details. I did not feel comfortable as I don't know maybe they are scam. Deposit suppose to be paid through booking website not to strangers seperately. Anyway they took my copy driving licence and I am not sure what they will do with my identity. Phone Number provided on booking was not in use so this number fake. In a message they provide other number. This sounds like legal scam. It was marked as no show but I was standing outside in a rain with kids who were wet and tired. My son and me were very upset.
- Gemma (7/5): Good - Location
- Ruby (7/5): Good - The location of the property was lovely and it's really well placed for events at the O2. Facilities were more than adequate for a one night stay.
Communication was good when needed.
Easy and convenient to get into the property, coded lock on the flat and then there was a key for the outside door whioch could be used for re-entry. There a few bits cosmetically that would benefit from an upgrade.
It is a pain having to pay out such a large deposit for a one night stay, this came back relatively quickly but still would have preferred not to have that stress.
- Christopher (10/5): Host was very welcoming. Great property and location, would recommend. - Great location. Very clean and tidy
- Pender (8/5): Very good -
- Michel (1/5): Such accommodations should not be allowed on n Booking! - I booked the accomodation for one night and prepaid. After prepayment I was asked for paying a deposit of 300 pounds. Booking did not accept my offer to pay for the deposit and it was not possible to prepay for the deposit within a few hours. The consequence was that the my booking was considered as no show and I did not receive any refund. Booking was also not able to convince the Landlord to refund!
- Jamesmarsh (3/5): Poor - View, comfy bed. The place is a total wreck. Scuffed walls. Holes in doors, no hot water from shower.
- Jacquioakley (8/5): Very good - location, the view was fantastic there were no sheets for the sofa bed. I used one of the duvets underneath me. The curtains didnt fully hand on the rails.
- Siettie (9/5): Comfortable for all! - We loved the apartment, compact but with everything you need for a comfy stay, very homely and has such a great view of main Canary Wharf and the waters.
Apartment faced the water front, beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. Living/dining area was well-equipped and does not overlap each other. TV was movable and has Netflix. Large spacious wardrobe with shelves. Bedroom is cozy, just a little niche in the wall with power outlets on both sides of the bed. Kitchen had everything, stove, microwave, cutleries, kettle, sugar, tea, coffee, cereal, dining sets. Bathroom was spacious, soaps provided. Lots of mirrors all around. Clean and neat.
We really loved how cozy and quiet it is. First time in Canary Wharf/Isle of Dogs, and this place was a treat.
Near Masshouse Terrace Pier (some 10-minute walk) and you can take the RB Uber Boats to main London (Westminster, Embankment, etc.) easily! Microwave wasn't working. It whirs but the heat doesn't come on. We used the stove instead! Apparently first to use main heater so it took too long to heat up and didn't work at all, but the staff we spoke to was very helpful and tried to assist us to his best ability about it unfortunately it still couldn't work but fortunately there were portable heaters that were in storage and they worked well.
A bit too far out from main Canary Wharf to walk. We thought it was alright but an Uber ride would be the best option. And the deposit could be less hefty it hung on my mind abit afraid to accidentally chip anything (Deposit was nearly 3 times what I paid for the stay.)
Otherwise all was splendid!
- Shakiyl (8/5): Very good - Room and place are clean The bed was not long enough in length as I'm 6ft1 but other then that everything else is okay
- Pericles (10/5): Excellent apartment. - Nice. Cozy and clean. Excellent location. I would stay again. It took some time to check in
- Mohammed (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view, easy check in, close to good restaurants and bars Clarity about paying a deposit when booking
- Claire (8/5): Perfect location - Location was perfect for a trip to the O2. Very pretty and quiet but can see the city . Tea and coffee was there, bed was comfy. Gaining access wasn't great, the door wouldn't open for about 20 mins. But the owners called to make sure we were ok. Sofa not comfy at all, and bathroom needs some attention especially tiles and woodwork.
- Jamie (9/5): Superb - Well furnished and comfy. Had everything I needed and easy to access.
- Subhash (9/5): Superb -
- Isao (9/5): It was good. - Reasonable size flat. Comfy bed. Nica view. Door key was bit tricky...
- Mohammed (8/5): Very good -
- Jasim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Huseyin (8/5): Very good -
- Linsey (9/5): Lovely and comfortable stay. - I liked that there were jars with tea coffee sugar and cereal available. It was nice to just grab milk from the local shop and we were covered until a big shop the next day. The fridge didn’t have a shelf in the door for milk. It was removed? I just found that odd. And the extractor fan controls were so high I couldn’t see them. (I am very short)
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Odd (8/5): Despite the problems with the door locks, I would rent it again. Hope they get a new bed. - The apartment has a wonderful view, a good well equipped kitchen. And it was tidy and clean. The code did not work at the front door. I did have one mobile number, they answered quickly, but their remote control didn't work either.
Suddenly the cleaner came and opened the door and I went inside. The key was in the apartment. Also the door lock (code) to the apartment was a bit difficult. Once got a message: "low battery" and was blocked. After a while I tried again and it was OK.
Not the best bed and some smell in the bathroom.
- Joe (9/5): Superb -
- Diane (8/5): For the short stay it was ok. Would not like to have to stay longer as bed and settee uncomfortable - Kitchen had equipment to cook most things. Tea and coffee provided. Keypad access to flat. Views. Quiet location. Large shower with handle. Parking available. Bed too soft. Extractor didn't work. Tile cleanliness in bathroom could do with looking at. One light out in lounge and second flashing. Settee not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. The worst thing was accessing the property. The trigger from the office was not opening the front door. Throwing it down with rain, trying too hold stuff, press button and opening door, dropped keys. Couldn't access car and wet through. Staff struggling to help and managed to get in eventually thanks to another resident who also rescued my keys.
- Gulsen (9/5): It was a very lovely stay - its location is incredible, and the price is really good as well. Safest i felt in london the shower can be improved, but it was ok
- Rebecca (1/5): Left without a room alone in London at 2 am! - Nothing. That i was locked out of my room at 2 am despite all of my belongings being in the room. Alone in London to be told to check in to another hotel as unable to contact the host!!
- Thai (7/5): Good - The sofa isnt really clean
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Siluo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kostiantyn (9/5): Superb - Good location, great view! Had some minor issues with self check-in (the front door didn't open). But this was easily fixed after I called them.
You put a 200 pound deposit via some external service. But my deposit was returned in around 2 weeks. So not an issue.
- Sabah (3/5): Very disappointing. The gate key was not left outside, wrong instructions provided too. - It was clean and big enough. It was very disappointing. The gate key and wrong instructions was provided to open the gate. The gate key was no left next to the gate out side. The gate key was on the table inside the flat, not outside the flat . I was on the call with their staff members for 24 mins, but she could not sort out the problem for us and that my children and I were waiting outside in the chilly night to enter for about half an hour. We had been left with no other option, but to start ringing other flats, and eventually one of the neighbours opened the gate for us.
- Nusrat (5/5): Passable - Nice smart tv. Good kitchen and dining facilities. The bed was very small - suitable for one person now two. The toilet did not have a bin. We had to take the one from the kitchen. Property was very cold with no proper heater. The entry system did not work to get in. We had to call up the and get help, but this was resolved fairly quickly.
- Domantas (5/5): Passable -
- Nnamdi (1/5): Bad - These guys are crooks, they make you pay a deposit and scam you out of it. Stay away from them.
- Kate (6/5): Beautiful location with easy check in. Great value for a short stay- bed where quite little. -

- Wojciech (8/5): Very good -
- Baptiste (7/5): good value for price -
- Katy (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location, quiet area Curtain falling off rail, basic supplies (salt/pepper/oil/coffee) not provided, had to call property manager to gain code to door for entry

- Elena (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammadali (5/5): Don't book if you are more than 2 - View is good The area was said to be 150 m2 but it was so small, thesofa bed is so small and just good for a child, it's 10 minutes away from public transport, not good for more than 2 people, staff wasn't kind at all
- Preksha (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abbas (7/5): Good - Very Calm and nice aera. It needed a bit more instruction on how shower works .
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Everything you need for a stay, even coffee when you arrive 😀 lovely views
Will definitely be returning Bit of a job to locate, went round the building three times before we found the entrance but the water view made up for it
