• Nikolaos (10/5): Nice property; amazing host! - The host was amazing! Greatest experience I've had in a while! What stood out is how much helpful advice was provided proactively and timely. As an example, there was a taxi strike in Athens the day of arrival and the host proactively gave much information to facilitate transport planning. Also a detailed restaurant list and attraction list was provided and that is above typical expectations for such rentals. All communication was very timely and responses quick. This simply enhanced the overall positive experience which I was already expecting, as I have stayed in this property once before. The price was a bit higher than typical for the area, though the overall experience made up for it somehow.

• Petra (8/5): Prima verblijf voor paar dagen Athene - Ruim appartement, goede airco, goede bedden, wasmachine aanwezig De eigenaar, Eleni hebben we meerdere keren contact mee gehad en ze reageerde meteen. Erg prettig. Fijne locatie, over het algemeen tevreden In de beschrijving staat dat er 2 badkamers zijn maar dat is niet waar. Er is maar 1 badkamer met douche en de andere ruimte is een toilet. In de keuken geen keukenhanddoeken en keukenrol aanwezig. Er is een mini vaatwasser, we waren met zn vieren en dan is die snel vol. Dan het terras, het is een groot terras maar het zonnescherm doek is gescheurd en zakte in. De vloer is met kunstgras, die de hele tijd nat is omdat de airco er op drupt. Hebben er zelf maar een bak onder gezet, en die moest je echt 2x per dag legen. De bankjes en stoelen , daar kan je echt niet op zitten zo pijnlijk en hard, dus eigenaar gecontacteerd en die stuurde meteen iemand met hele dunne kussens, maar dat werkte helaas ook niet.

• Katiebellviii (10/5): The perfect place for a long stay in Athens! - Firstly - our host Eleni was super responsive and very friendly. She answered any questions we had very promptly and provided a lot of very helpful information before we arrived. The apartment is in a great location if you're wanting to get a feel of being a local in Athens. The Pagkrati area has everything you need right on your doorstep (supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, cafes etcetc). It was very tidy and clean - no dust, smudges or anything! The kitchen is huge (not to mention the giant fridge/freezer). It was great being able to cook a few meals easily - everything you need is provided in the kitchen. I also have to mention - they are VERY generous in their supply of clean linen and towels! The balcony is great, even on cold windy days - it's sheltered so it's very nice to wrap up warm and sit and have a drink out on the balcony. If you're looking to get around the city, it is a little far from a metro stop, but the trolly buses run through the neighbourhood. We just used Uber to get around as it was relatively cheap. The TV didn't work when we arrived - but we alerted Eleni and she offered to have someone come look at it. We didn't need the TV for our stay so we said she could have it looked at once we left. The wifi can be slow in the evenings - but we had very good data plans so we didn't need to rely on it. Despite this - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was such a nice place to stay and the neighborhood feels very safe!
• Irina (9/5): Superb - We had a confortable stay, in a spatious and nice apartment, well equipped. The host is very kind, we communicated easily and she sent us all the information needed before we arrived. We liked: - the design and the furnishing is nice, spatious, clean and useful - the balcony is a sunny terrace, nice to relax in the morning (before it gets too hot) - the rooms are very confortable, they have air conditioning and the shades can be closed for privacy - the kitchen is clean, well equipped, the host welcomed us with coffee, tea, sugar and apricot jam - the washing machine and the dish washing machine are really useful, we did not think we needed them, but then they did save us some time - the location is close to market stores, berry coffee, shops and bus stations. There is always room to improve and it is useful to know what to expect. We had few things we did not like: - the bathroom is small and water splashes everywhere. So it could be improved with a few accessories (void suction accessories are actually easy to just stick to the wall) : 1. A solid hanger to put the towel next to the sink 2. A place to have the toilet paper at hand, not on the floor on the stacker 3. A shelf to have the shower products at hand, lower than the basket, as short people have no other option than to put the products on the floor. - The shower is open, close to the toilet seat. So if you take a shower the whole bathroom gets very very slippery. A towel that actually fell on the floor helped us with this watery situation. - the last room had no place to hang, set or organize your clothes... We managed as we had a short stay. - when you enter the building there are a few steps before you reach the elevator - so we had to carry the baby stroller each time. - the elevator is so small, we took turns to get up and down - 2 persons at a time. Lucky for us, the stroller fit in the old, small elevator. Also it has no door on the entry side, so beware if you also have children... - The location was close to a few bus stations but their public transport is not reliable unless you use the metro. And the distance to the metro, to get by foot, in the summer sun, with 2 small kids was not really a good option for us.

• Panayiota (8/5): Very good - Huge recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Pagrati. Pagrati is an awesome hip area of Athens, just a 25min walk to Syntagma. The apartment had everything for a longer stay - coffee machine, washing machine, ironing board etc and a big balcony. Communication with the host was fantastic - had a great stay. I booked four nights initially and ended up booking 2 more. The apartment was recently renovated so there were a few holes still needing to be patched up which wasn’t an issue - purely an aesthetic thing. Shower is the usual small shower for Greece which can cause water to splash around a bit. For
