• hong (8/5): 性价比高，值得入住。推荐给大家入住。 - 小哥打扫卫生真干净，地板踩上去咯咯响，浴室虽然是共享，但是打扫的也很干净。微波炉、冰箱、烧水壶都齐全，很方便。共享厨房也很好，还有共享洗衣机。 窗的隔音效果不好，马路上声音太吵。床太矮了，床垫和床不匹配。

• José Francisco (1/5): MUY DECEPCIONANTE CASI UN FRAUDE - Muy decepcionante, por no decir fraudulento Nuestra experiencia en el "Buckingham Palace - Hyde Park near" ha sido muy negativa. Para empezar, no es un hotel, ni siquiera los comercios de los alrededores lo conocen como tal. No hay ningún cartel identificativo en la entrada ni indicación visible; incluso el restaurante de al lado no tenía idea de su existencia. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces hasta que finalmente nos explicaron cómo acceder. Una vez dentro, la habitación era diminuta, con un calor sofocante e imposible de ventilar adecuadamente. Para nuestra sorpresa, el cuarto de baño era compartido, algo que no se menciona en ningún momento en la publicidad, lo cual resulta muy engañoso. Además, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: la cama y la habitación estaban sucias, lo que generó aún más incomodidad. En resumen, una gran decepción. No lo recomendaría en absoluto. La información ofrecida no se corresponde con la realidad y, en nuestra opinión, rozó lo fraudulento.

• Bruno (8/5): Convenient for a short stay - Located 10 minutes walk from subway station, refurbished building with elevator. I had a large room and shared a bathroom with just one other room. Around the subway station there are several restaurants and pubs but there is not much immediately around the hotel. Bed and pillows were good. Noise from other rooms, specially from room above. No hooks to hang a wet towel or overcoat in winter. A bit too far from tourist attractions.

• Aura (10/5): Great, safe location and tidy rooms, exactly like photos. - Safe and tidy neighbourhood, we were traveling as two girls and felt very safe there no matter the time. Great location - a few minutes walk from metro station and a bus stop. It takes about 20-30min to travel to most tourist areas by public transport. There is also a big grocery store nearby. The room is very clean and newly renovated, there are 3 bathrooms and 2 showers in the building, they are all clean. The kitchen is also great. There is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower. In the room there are many towels, clean sheets, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a fan and two electricity outlets (make sure to bring an adapter if you are not from UK). It's self check in, so it's a great option for those who have a late flight. Also, WIFI works great. The room itself is quite small, but that is to be expected and was not a problem. You can hear well what your neighbours are doing, but that didn't cause any trouble as our neighbours were respectful and didn't make any noise past 22:00.

• Urszula (9/5): Superb - Looks like recently renovated, very clean, good location close to subway station. A missing cutting board in a kitchen could be useful 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
• Hazel (6/5): Great overall. Good for couples, wouldn’t recommend if traveling with sibling. - Room and common areas were very clean. I wish there were more hooks or places to hang a wet towel or clothes.

• Kelly (8/5): Great stay overall. My husband and l loved the location and place was clean. - Great location. Close to the metro. Some cafe's and restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom a bit small but quite expected for the price and location :)
• Hsien (9/5): Overall pleasant - -Everything seems accurate to the photos online, neat and organized. -The fridge and microwave in the room were very handy. -The location is close to supermarket and less than ten minutes walk to underground station. -The lights in the room were very sharp, there’s no cover but the plain white lightbulb shots straight down. -There was no bin for recycling.
