• Cotza (8/5): Il soggiorno è stato ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista - Uni dei punti di forza della struttura è che questa sia molto vicina rispettivamente alla Metro, ad un centro commerciale, ad un supermercato ed infine ad una farmacia.

• romina (2/5): Siamo su scherzi a parte ? - La posizione e la facilità di poter parcheggiare la macchina Praticamente è un appartamento dentro un comprensorio di condomini. Preti sottili e quindi molti rumori Mobile rotto comodino in velluto con buchi letto scomodissimo con un materasso di almeno trent’anni cuscini inesistenti. Siamo state senza corrente e acqua calda circa 10 ore. La corrente è stata ripristinata il giorno dopo Ma l’acqua calda ancora non veniva. Quindi non ci siamo potute lavare due giorni. Il signore che ci ha accompagnate ha risposto a qualche messaggio, non ha risolto i problemi e poi non ha più risposto.

• Mikesh (9/5): - rested in Rome for 3 days, stayed 2 nights at La casa di Flavia, (92 Viale di Valle Aurelia, Aurelio, 00167 Rome, Italy) The apartment is very comfortable, modern. Everything is clean. The kitchen is shared, there is everything you need for cooking. There is shower gel and soap in the shower, just in case, take your own hygiene products. There is a hairdryer) The location is beautiful, a quiet area, there is a cafe very close by, a supermarket nearby, where there is everything you need. The metro is 5 minutes away, it is very convenient to get to all the sights. We were met by Mr. Carmine Coletta, very pleasant, showed us to the room and explained everything. I sincerely recommend it! I fell in love with Italy, we will definitely come back ❤️ For us, as a couple, we found no shortcomings. The oven did not work, this is just a remark and not a flaw. everything is great

• Karen (10/5): Hermosa estancia!! - La casa es súper linda y espaciosa, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una linda estadía. La cocina es súper completa, nos sentimos como en casa. Barbara la anfitriona es súper amable, sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos aquí! Está un poco alejado de los principales puntos turísticos y si vuelves muy tarde no hay transporte público. Pero pudimos volver en bicicleta electrica o monopatín sin problemas.

• Kerstin (10/5): Excellent Stay with Outstanding Host and Location - The location is amazing — just steps away from Aura Mall and the Valle Aurelia metro station. The view from the balcony is exceptional. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Barbara was incredibly helpful. She met us outside upon arrival and explained everything thoroughly — something most hosts don’t usually do. She was always available when we needed assistance, and she was very welcoming and kind throughout our stay Nothing

The property was spotless and the room was big. Bed was really comfortable and Barbara was a great host. She helped us with everything, even before the trip started. 100% recommended if you’re travelling to Rome, doesn’t matter for how long. Everything was great.

• Răzvan (1/5): terrible. go somewhere else. - clean, I guess. The door at the entrance was creaking so bad that it woke us every time someone was leaving the property. We did not have hot water for 3 days and the host did not offer to pay us back a certain amount or anything and barely apologised. The shower head was very bad and the pressure was so poorly designed it hurt u when washing. The overhead shower does not work. The owner insisted everyday for us to pay the city tax, which we would of course do before leaving, but just bugging us about it everyday I thought it to be very rude. A lot of drawbacks for a not very cheap property. The location is not too great. Also, the bed was creaking as well and every time i was moving in bed it made a terrible noise and I would wake my girlfriend up. terrible sleep, terrible host, no common sense and interest for the guest. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE ! go somewhere else

• Mackenley (4/5): Location and host were extremely nice, but the room was not at all what we hoped / expected. Dirty - The location next to the mall was nice. Sheets had stains, room not as advertised, could hear everything in the complex, shower did not drain, was under construction and missing pieces, no storage space, extremely hard to use locks, far from bathroom, just overall could not get comfortable here whatsoever. All of the seemingly minor inconveniences like the door scraping the floor, no toilet paper holder, no shelving in shower, no counter space, etc. really added up. The advertisement didn’t include pictures of the room we got and we were extremely misled about where we would be staying. Stayed several places in Europe and this was the only one that we really regretted.

• Anna (9/5): Great value for your money - I liked the comfy beds and cleanliness of the room and all the facilities. It was in a nice neighboorhood, near the metro station so transportation to the city was convenient. I didn't really like the ceramic floor in the room but that is a minor flaw. They could maybe give us some slippers because it wasn't comfortable walking on that cold floor.

Only con is I thought it was the whole apartment but its only a private room along with shared kitchen . For this rate I could have found something cheaper on Airbnb but I still loved the place so much and would recommend it to anyone its very luxurious
• Kateryna (1/5): Disappointing experience to say the least - I have to warn future guests that due to lack of communication from this host you may end up with situation like ours. Had the host replied to my message this would be a different story, but he didn’t. Right after booking this place for three nights I’ve noticed that check-in is until 19:00 but knowing my flight will land at 20:00 I’ve wrote a message right away asking whether that would be a problem. Never before I’ve had any problems with late check-ins, but wanted to check, however I didn’t receive any response. Arriving to the address I called but no-one answered, the location is in some apartment building where you will not find it by the advertised name. Calling customer support of booking.com didn’t help either, so we had to search for a different stay late in the evening at the suburbs of Rome. The neighborhood is frightening by the way. Can’t really rate the apartment itself because wasn’t inside.
