• Laura (8/5): Buena experiencia - Buena localización y aunque es pequeño para 4, para una estancia corta esta bien. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un 5º piso sin ascensor. La comunicación y disponibilidad de la dueña fue muy buena. Los colchones son mejorables.

Super Clean, a coffee Machine with coffee, all the needed kitchen facilities and the bathroom was equipped with all you need. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was well isolated. The host was super nice always, fast to respond to all my questions. Thank you 😊
• Maria (10/5): - l’appartamento è centralissimo e perfetto per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di napoli, l’arredamento è moderno e funzionale e la presenza di un balconcino rende l’appartamento ancora più bello! ci siamo trovate benissimo con la proprietaria Rita che ci ha accolto calorosamente ed è stata gentilissima permettendoci anche di anticipare il check-in al nostro arrivo, inoltre è stata sempre veloce e disponibile nelle risposte . Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che l’ultimo giorno non sentendomi bene mi abbia permesso di rimanere in appartamento più a lungo rispetto all’orario di check-out, è stata davvero un ottima host!

• Teresa (9/5): - L'appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione (15 min a piedi). Si presenta molto bene e c'è tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno per un breve soggiorno.
• Iwona (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt w urokliwym Neapolu. - Fajny apartament w Centro Storico, można było poczuć klimat prawdziwego Neapolu. Ciekawa kamienica. Miła właścicielka, bardzo pomocna, pozwoliła zostawić bagaże przed czasem zameldowania abyśmy mogli pozwiedzać Neapol. Poleciła nam dużo ciekawych miejsc.

• Rosella Molinari (3/5): Pessima esperienza - La sistemazione, al 5* piano senza ascensore, era pulita. La signora ha inviato in modo preciso le indicazioni per il check in. Il 5* piano senza ascensore con scale ripide non dichiarato in descrizione, le dimensioni della stanza che tra stanza/cucina e bagno (piccolo senza bidet) sarà stata 15 mq. La finestra della stanza dava su un cavedio interno. La dotazione per la colazione molto triste. Assolutamente sconsigliato per chi non è adeguatamente allenato. Noi ce ne siamo andati.

Rien à dire niveau propreté ou équipements ce qui est nécessaires y est! L’hôte est très serviable et a été d’une incroyable gentillesse. L’insonorisation des lieux n’est pas la meilleure,j’ai été réveillée en sursaut à 6h30 par les voisins de chambre. Pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à Monter des escaliers,l’appartement est au 6 eme étage à prendre en compte

• Wolfgang (10/5): Im Herz von Neapel - Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp klappte reibungslos und zügig. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, man ist sofort mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist das schnelle Internet und die Sauberkeit. Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock eines 6stöckigen Wohnhauses ohne Lift ist.

Molto accogliente, tranquillo e - come sottolineato da altre recensioni - pulito. La posizione della struttura è estremamente comoda: contigua a Corso Umberto I, il che consente di muoversi a piedi con estrema facilità. Mando un saluto e un arrivederci ai proprietari.

• Paweł (2/5): - - Great location - Relatively clean - Owner of the apartment. The owner requested that I leave a €100 deposit in a small locked box in the apartment. I responded that I would prefer to hand it over in person and that I needed written confirmation that the deposit would be returned at the end of my stay. I didn’t want to simply leave it because I had already noticed a few issues in the apartment, for example, the bathroom door was damaged and couldn't be closed, the rain shower didn't work at all, and setting warm water in the shower was almost impossible. After that, he started causing problems. He rescheduled the meeting time several times, including the day we had agreed to meet, which disrupted my short stay in Naples. In the end, we never had the chance to meet in person at all. One day, when I left to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius, I left the air conditioning on. At the time, I didn't know that this was 'against the apartment rules.' He then threatened that I had broken the rules and that he would charge the cost from my deposit. When I mentioned the current energy prices in Naples, he replied that this is not how the free market works and that he can charge me however much he wants. The entire interaction with the owner was very stressful and unpleasant. I decided to leave the apartment one day earlier and booked a different place so I could finally rest and enjoy Naples. I don't recommend staying here, yes, it is cheap, but they will try to charge you for any small thing, and in the end it may cost more than other, better apartments. After I left the apartment a day early, the owner cancelled my entire stay, so Booking support had to contact me and restore the reservation in order for me to leave a review

• Patricia Ricón (3/5): No sirve para más de 2 personas - La ubicación, muy céntrico No sirve para 5 personas, 2 personas tuvieron que dormir en el suelo porque el somier era terrible. La ducha funcionaba muy mal, el agua caliente se apagaba cada dos por tres No había ni 5 sillas para sentarnos a la mesa En definitiva, un piso que ok para 2 personas pero para mas gente ni de broma

• Simon (8/5): Très bien dans l'ensemble, je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir - La chambre est située au coeur du centre historique et à quelques minutes de la gare. C'est propre et confortable, avec un petit coin cuisine doté d'une cafetière. L'endroit est relativement tranquille. En tout cas c'est une bonne base pour explorer la ville, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix! L'hôte est très réactif via les messages. Il y a l'espace nécessaire, mais juste ce qu'il faut... et il faut être prêt à monter 5 étages un peu raides, mais on n'a rien sans rien!
